The maintenance and office staff are pleasant and helpful. They keep the hallways clean, emergency maintenance response is quick, work orders are fulfilled fast and efficiently. The neighborhood is quiet and it is an overall good place to live.

The issue in the wow was not fixed. The technician needs to come out again and fix the problems stated in the wo. The air is not cold, there is no air pressure coming from the vets. The AC runs for hours and does not cool the house.

I love living here. My neighbors are nice and friendly. The office staff and maintenance staff is excellent. All service requests and concerns are handled in a timely manner. The office staff is professional and personable. Great community.

They will raise the rent without renovating your apartment or adding any amenities. You're basically paying the same price as nicer apartments, but do not have upgraded appliances. The leasing staff never answers the phone. You can hear your downstairs neighbors, and they can hear you.

My vehicle window has been busted and door handle/ car panel has been damaged. Appliances and cabinets and flooring need to be updated. The floor creaks when I walk on it and the kitchen floor has a bump in it.

Moving in was a really smooth and easy process. The staff were helpful and made everything simple from start to finish. The apartment was clean, smelled fresh, and everything was ready for me when I arrived. No issues at all and I'm really happy with how everything turned out.

The neighborhood of the apartment has many stores that are walkable, without needing to drive there. Stores include fast foods restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. The apartment has the main door building locked which can be opened with your keys provided by the apartment which is great for safety and the apartment has ADT security that can be controlled on your mobile device.

I've enjoyed it overall, only complaint is a somewhat loud upstairs neighbor late at night and cockroaches no matter how much I clean and keep the place tidy and spray with products out of my own pocket

I'm not satisfied with management and the maintenance recall for Chavis and they done after 10 days and the maintenance supervisor told us if you pay fix the word, you have to pay we already paying the rent. I feel this is fraud.

My wife and I moved into our apartment and we love it. The neighbors are nice, staff is wonderful, the area is super convenient, and any issues we have are fixed promptly. We can't recommend this complex enough! We feel so lucky to be here!

Clean facility with very courteous and responsive staff. All my requests are handled quickly and I've never had problems. They always help when I forgot my keys in my apartment. There is a nice playground and lots of kids. It feels safe and nice.

No complaints, at all. All the staff are very responsive and have a nice demeanor. Neighbors are respectful to apartment living. I am always able to park in front of my building. It's been almost a year and I have not experienced any issues with bugs, water, electricity, AC. I have a bottom floor unit

I have paid my rent on time. I always pay it on the 28th of the month and they always raise the rent. Now my bathroom in Latina is damaged and they haven't fixed it. The ceiling in the bathroom is not working either, and the other thing about the sink is that the water in there is not working, it moves a lot and they haven't fixed it. I would like them to fix it.

There were some hiccups with building security early on but maintainence and staff addressed the issue promptly. Otherwise, the community is regularly maintained and cleaned. We've enjoyed our year here!
