Management pays attention to cleanliness, so apartment complex is usually clean and nice. Maintenance tickets are usually served as quickly as possible. Public transport, shopping mall and stores including food and beverage are very close to the apartment complex, so you can survive without driving your own car.

    Living here is mostly quiet the neighborhood and neighbors are respectful. There are times when kids upstairs make too much noise, stopping and doing kid things, (typical). The maintenance staff is friendly and professional. Emergency maintenance is proactive and come almost immediately. Leasing office staff have a high turnover rate, seems like there are new people every 6-8 months so it is sometimes hard to build rapport with leasing office staff. Again quiet and the safety measure in the building and units is great. Close proximity to most things essential - highway 695, grocery - Weis, Banks, SECU & Truist, Fast Food - Chipotle, Popeyes, McDonald's, Chik-fil-A, Burger King, Entertainment- AMC movie theater, Bowling - conveniently located close to HS and MS and ES and some local daycares

      It's been mediocre. The less I have to interact with the front office, the better. I was given the wrong key to the front door. The bathroom was covered in wrapping paper when I moved in. I had to move my utilities to another apartment as the original was not ready and was not reimbursed for moving them. My lease paperwork was lost so I had to sign a second lease.

            I thoroughly enjoy living in this community. I have lived here since December 2017 in a smaller apartment. I needed more room and they were able to accommodate me. I love the community and area because of the close proximity to anything I need.

                I love my apartment...as we have resided here for over 21 years. And hopefully we can still reside here for more years to come! When I 1st moved here..it was Town and Country Apartments, and as the years passed by it was renamed Tuscany Woods. It's convenient to the Mall and grocery stores!

                Quiet and safe, but minor maintenance requests are a struggle to get addressed. I've been fighting since moving here, to get hot water for my shower and they argue that it's already hot enough. If I can leave my hand under the max heat setting, then it's not hot. Just got my mailbox fixed (new key hole and finally got keys) after 10mos, but it's so bent, I can't lock or unlock it. The bathtub was refinished when I moved in, and the walls are already peeling away.

                                It been fairly satisfying. In the beginning it was difficult until I complained regularly and communicated with neighbors about treating the place with they lived with more respect in the beginning there was no grass outside in the back, but now there is grass because they stop playing soccer. A lot of the neighbors were understanding and I could speak to them and they watch their kids more. I am not totally satisfied with the quality of maintenance work sometimes. I have had to have maintenance come out several times to do the same repairs it appears as though they just do enough to get by instead of doing a quality good job so that it's done thoroughly and well done. Also, I've been here close to 9 to 10 years and I I feel that I should be able to get at some point re-carpet it if I'm going to stay here, this carpet can only last but so long I kept trying to keep it as best I can but sometime Maintenance comes in and they're walking on the carpet and I in the past when I first moved here we were able to get our carpetsā€¦Ā See More>

                                      My Neighborhood is always quiet. No real issues with my neighbors. They have always been pleasant. My Packages are always delivered with no problems. Never an issue with Parking. In any given evening I can park in front or in the back of the lot.

                                          I have been living here for 5 years. The grounds are well-kept. The building is mopped and cleaned several times a day. And my building always smells fresh. This is a safe place to live. When they have outside contractors doing work on your balcony they don't clean up their mess. Tuscany Woods go up on the rent every year by a significant amount $$$.
