Tuscany Woods is a great place to stay. It's quiet, close to everything, great property staff, and great amenities. It's a diverse community across the street from Security Square Mall, Weis Supermarket, a gas station and plenty of fast food options aswell. I really enjoy my home here.

I was ok with living here up until the fire happened in July 2021, after that everything has been down hill. A few days ago some juvenile's were lortering in a vacant apartment and I don't know how they entered the building I called emergency maintenance and no one has yet to respond I also call the police now I don't feel safe at home and I shouldn't have to feel that way.

My experience has been ok maintenance have gotten better. They got new people that care. For the most part its quiet over here the outside is always maintain. My Hall could be cleaner and that come from the kids next door and their bikes my front door is nasty they let there backs rolled down the stairs into my door they always gathered in the hall on the stairs. Thats the only part I don't like. The neighbors leaving the front door open for people or packages because no intercom

I always thank you. I have lived in this area for 9 years. and I like this place. tuscany wood is located in a very convenient location. 695 and 70 near the highway. and Security Mall. and weis shopping. I intend to move to 2 rooms in the future.??????

I would say the overall experience was okay for the price I am paying but I would definitely not pay more as there is a definite tradeoff between price and safety. Especially at the carrol fuels gas station down the road.

I have no problems here that are real issues, i have good neighbors and no loitering around this building, but only i issue is receiving packages from Amazon, FedEx, Ups, the only carriers that has an entry key are the postal services.

The maintenance is somewhat slow except for maintenance emergencies. Major roach issue has not been adequately addressed. Several months and I still find roaches. Rent high for quality of apartments and services offered. The parking and security system are a positive aspect. The apartments were not properly cleaned before they were painted for us prior to move in. You can see where they didn't clean the hairs off the walls in the bathroom and just painted over it. Two in one washer/dryer takes 6 hours to dry a small amount of clothes.

Not very happy with the maintenance and response from the staff! They don't fix the issue properly at the first time. Staff don't respond in time and are not very responsive. Maintenance is a major concern and rest everything is okay!

The staff of the lease office are cooperative. The apartment unit we received was nice and clean, we requested to have the unit a few days earlier so we could move all our furniture & etc, but do not rely on that. Unfortunately there seemed to be appliance issues, which shall be fixed soon. We also noticed some minor/moderate damages in the apartment unit, and we couldn't help but to notice these damages immediately (they're noticable).

I have not had a good experience living at Tuscany Woods. I've dealt with roaches from when I first moved in, apartment flooding from neighbor above me, dealing with bedbugs from neighbors, no hot water and low water pressure.

Tuscany woods apartment is very nice. Neighboring are very good and great people. Facilities are also nice. I recommend to all people choose the Tuscany woods apartment. It is best apartment in Maryland.

It's okay for the price. Management is rude and unorganized. Maintenance is slow. Some apts have roaches but if you keep yours clean they don't travel. Washer dryer outdated and paint job and carpet jobs are pretty bad. Neighbors are sometimes weird/loud. Overall not bad for affordable rent.

Roaches, roaches, roaches, in walls, in every room, in dishwasher, get an inspection before signing a lease, but of course they come out at night so good luck. Staff is helpful but inconsistent. You have to remind them of what they said they'd do over and over to get things done.

My brother and I have only been here for a couple of months but so far so good. We like the complex because it's quiet and people mind their own business. The location is also great because it's close to a supermarket, a mall, several fast food places and the highway is also close by.

Not a great experience. I have been living here since 2010. I have to call them 20 times for the maintenance service. They do not take seriously these kinds of maintainence. I have to do this survey to let people know about this management.

just moved in recently and the community seems to be really nice. its good to move to a community where you feel safe enough to take a walk in. having ample parking is a plus as well, and there seems to be no riffraff.

Community is ok but management is very poor.I told so many times for dryer machine is not working and they come to fixed it but no still it's not working every time I go outside for laundry every time but that is so expensive few weeks ago I complain for dryer and they come to fixed it but no its not working

My experience at Tuscany Woods has been pleasant and the staff has been nice as well. All maintenance concerns are addressed in a timely fashion per request, that's always good . The community is diverse as well.

I moved in barely a month and I'm not satisfied in anyway. Unit wasn't ready on arrival and no one told me, was in the hot sun with my 6 years old daughter for more than 5 hours and our loads in the truck. All kitchen appliances was broken, kitchen. Floor dirty and other stuffs

My experience in this community is very poor. So I don't want to prefer to my friends at all the apartment maintenance is not good around the community is also dangerous for walking. In this apartment lots of roaches and mice.

Living here at Tuscany woods apartments for 10 years I have never seen careless management like this. They never fixed my problems on time I am waiting for maintenance for 16 months now. Leasing staffs are not cooperative. I tried to meet leasing manager several times but he was not at office for many time.

the people at upstairs apartment make ton of noice and are very inconsiderate about people living under. the leasing office staff "kevin" is very rude and unwilling to hear. the washer and dryer are so old and doesn't work properly.

The Customer Service is beyond great! I love living here. Jennifer, Kevin and Dante are the best, They provide great customer service and really make me feel I am apart of a family. What a great Team!
