Privacy not in these apartments. Two time someone is try to open my front door at night time. Management is not allowed to bird feeding in these apartments. When you complain any problems he takes long time and not properly solve the problems.

    The environment is peaceful. I love it. The leasing office and maintenance team are really helpful. Quick turnaround every time! Nice sized apartments, washer & dryer in units, and close to your favorite hobbies (bowling, shopping, etc) Would recommend.

        I've never had any issues, except for the kids/teenagers that randomly decide to want to hang out in front of the building. I have had to remind them that they dont live here/there and to leave. A few of them wanted to give me a hard time but i aint worried about some kid who wants to sit on what i consider "my stoop", and smoke weed

          The leasing office was amazing with calling me and informing me about the issues that delayed my move in process. Once I received my official date I did my tour and my unit was everything that I asked for. My unit received new appliances and fresh carpet.

            great community, quiet, nice neighbors, convenient, apartments are clean ceilings are relatively solid not bothered by upstair neighbor convenient to mall grocery store transportation etc. would recommend.

              I found tuscany woods better and more comfortable living experience than my previous experiences. Im sorry for being tough some times but Peak management staff always displayed good patience and courteous manners.

                This community is quite I really don't have any problems with my neighbors or anything. But the Maintenance is really bad. I had to call and call for over 6 months about my washing machine they even came while I was not home to try to fix it and got water everywhere and cleaned it up with clothes out of my washing machine and left the wet clothes on my kitchen floor. I had to go months without a microwave and a lil over a week without my toilet flushing correctly and I called many times about it but no one came. But they will blow your phone down if your rent is late even if it's a day late. I would not recommend this community.

                  I like my new community, all I can say is that the day of the moved everything went smooth with no problem, and until today everything is going well. I`m very happy with my new apartment. I would recommended to live here in Tuscany Woods.

                    I've lived at Tuscany Woods for over a year now. Maintenance and office staff has always been very helpful. My request for service has always been handled in a timely manner. Grounds are well kept and I really like the secured entry doors. I plan on renewing my lease.

                        So far I am enjoying living at Tuscany Woods Apartment. I love the quietness, friendliness of my neighbors and the locked doors. It would be nice to have cameras on the property. I love the feeling of locked doors.

                          Worst maintenance and service requests are closed without addressing I have raised requests multiple times but they come and check it and they mention they will be back shortly to fix and then no show. And then close service requests

                            This happens pretty often. Someone tries to use black tape to keep the main building door lock opened. This poses security risk to the resident in the building and management should do something to avoid this from happening.

                                I love living at Tuscany Woods Apartments. The property is kept neat and clean. The maintenance people are friendly and courteous. The staff at the leasing office are courteous and work to solve any problems quickly as possible. I have great neighbors and cozy home to live in.

                                  My experience has been less than great. My move-in was horrible. The paint job was bad, the appliances did not work, and many other issues. It was so bad that maintenance had to stay after they were off to fix my issues. I am still having issues: maintenance key has been missing TWICE!! My maintenance request are being married completed and not done. I was told I was getting new appliances and here it is 4 months later and I'm still getting the run around.

                                      So far things have been very nice, although there were a few maintenance things that hadn't been fixed before I moved in. I've only been here about a week, but it seems like a nice community. My main request would be a bit more soundproofing, since I can hear the kids who live upstairs running around.

                                        Never a problem with the staff. Some neighbors as in any community are nice and courteous and some are loud, rude and disrespectful. Also, as in all communities some aspects are very positive and some are not. I guess that's called life and all I can do for now is live with it.

                                            The unit is lovely and the grounds around the apartment are nice, but a lot of stuff was broken in the apartment. They also charged me twice for the application, asked for the receipt so they could reimburse me, but insisted I not email it to them (probably so there wouldn't be a paper trail), and then kept the extra 38 dollars they took anyway. They literally stole my money. Also, maintenance does a lazy job without fixing anything and then says they'll follow up later and never do.

                                                I was looking for a apt that has a washer/dryer inside my unit and I love it... The location is good too...being its right next to security mall and fast food, super market etc...they do increase the rent every year so be prepared for that
