Used to be affordable. Rent goes up yearly with little improvement in community. In warm months, landscaping is done regularly. In winter and snowy months, you had better hope that we don't get a serious snowfall. No landscaping/snow removal company. Instead the poor maintenance guys have to shovel each sidewalk which is a darn shame! If I could move i would. Lots of turnover which encourages pests. I gave up with pest control and use my own bought spray.

My experience at this community has not been good at all. I would like to be released from my lease as so as possible. I have had too many problem within the first week of me move-in. So I am am hopeful that who ever reads this would give me a call and let me out of my lease.

Not really good! When we moved in we had faced mice issues for almost a month and had to live somewhere else even though we still pud the rent. We caught 10 mice and the management did nothing by saying to wait for thursdays for the pest control department. Also our bathroom tile was broken, kitchen sink was broken, kitchen cabinets are STILL broken, our washer dryer makes alot of noise, i keep complaining and have to wait for gazillion days for them to fix it, like recently my kitchen sink is clogged today is the fourth day and i see no maintenance guy to come and fix it. I regret choosing tuscany woods. Cant wait to end my lease with them

Since I moved the first day I find a lot of issues I find a broken microwave A rusted oven and dish washer Above all that there is a lot of roaches , mice Building so dirty Maintenance very bad they don't know nothing Save yourself don't rent from them Their is places way better than this property and with same price Also be ready to pay 100$ for water

please don't think to rent with them the place is full of roaches and mice they are unprofessional if your neighbor is so noisy just be patience because they won't do nothing maintenance is the worst ...they will not fix anything they will come as a group of people get out and in too many times for days but nothing will get fix.....

Personally I don't think it's a wise decision to move in here. Before moving in they should clean up the apartment but they didn't do it and suggest me to clean myself and i told them there are somethings need to fix but thy haven't done yet.

Who in this day and age still has roaches? The place was not cleaned when I moved in. The kitchen was filthy. Old food and grease everywhere. The floor plan on the website is deceptive. There is no storage. If I had it to do over again I would never have moved here or any other Peak Management property.

I love this community. The management staffs are great, the area is safe, nice environment, located at great school, great area to travel to any direction, close to shopping stores. Keep the good work and keep your good services to residents.

For the past 5 days living here, the feeling has been bittersweet. I love the idea of living on my old but the issues I've been experiencing hasn't made my short stay enjoyable so far. For starters, every time I use my dishwasher, my entire countertop gets flooded, along with the floor getting wet. Also, I've seen a lot of roaches so far. At first I thought it was because I might have to get it fumigated; however, I've noticed an increase in them after My apartment was fumigated. I know that with living on the first floor, there will be pests but for the short period of time I've been staying here, I shouldn't have seen so many. I haven't fully unpacked my kitchen things due to pests & the flooding. I can't get fully comfortable in my home. The community is nice & the neighbors appear friendly but I must say, even though I'm only 5 days in, I'm not sure if I'll be renewing my lease next year.

If I can have a choice to not give any stars, that would have been great. Spoke with Eddie and Kevin and they were both very unpleasant. Called the emergency hotline a week before calling the office asking for the exterminator because I found fleas and it was biting both mu dog and I, but told me that they don't have a log of my call nor my order request. I verified it on the emergency hotline and they assured me that I DID CALL AND MADE AN ORDER REQUEST. I also spoke with Eddie and he assured me that he will put an order for my apartment to be sprayed, but just to find out he did not do anything and blames me for just telling him that my dog is the only one getting bitten by fleas. HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD! Make sure to put everything in writing and don't trust just by word of mouth because he will say one thing and then change it to another. He lied about the statements that I told him. Be careful with this Eddie guy.

So far it has been 1 week that I've moved and my experience hasn't been great. Severe pest problem just like Google rating and comments. Management is bad because company don't care. I wouldn't suggest it. I was in a rush to move in so had no choice. It's been a week since the inspection and my oven is still not working along with 2 stoves. Some if the outlet's aren't working. They scheduled for someone to come Friday morning to take care of the pest problem so I can unpack. No one came, not even a call was made to me. Seems like nothing will get done until I nag and annoy the office. And they'll make you feel like you're being annoying, have too many problems and very needy. Instead of understanding that this is my home, where I come to end my day and would like to find some peace and not worry about how the management still hasn't cared about any of the issues that needed to be repaired. I really hope that my stay here doesn't continue like this and it get's better. Or else there will not be a renew of the lease.

Good community. Nosy neighbors family of 5 in a one bedroom Overall well good office staff . Grounds are very clean community I feel safe . Community is great for people with children and not single one people

My experience has not been the best and I have only been here for a week. Saddening because I really just wanted to be settled in my new home. I feel like if anyone in the leasing office was in my position they would want to break their lease as well

So far my experience has been decent. It is a pretty quiet area which I like. My apartment is nice. The leasing office is okay. They only respond when you go and talk to them in person. They will not reply to emails. Maintenance is horrible so don't expect too much. They get the work done but it takes weeks.

I am so frustrated with the roaches. The appartment is infested. Appliances are extremely old and working inefficiently. Kitchen cabinets are extremely dirty and full of roaches. The appartment is full of holes

The Office staff isn't very helpful when you have problems or questions. When updates have been done to your bills and other things the office doesn't send update notices and when you call about it they can't tell you why

Started off rocky and it's still there. Amy tried her best to be helpful. However, I originally wanted a six month lease and was told I'd get a month free. When it came time to sign I was told I had to do a year or come up with over $900 on top of the $1100 deposit I had just paid. At the end of the day I understand it was a mistake but I wasn't compensated for the error. I asked for a new fan that doesn't squeak a new refrigerator and/or a new oven; one where I could see the temperature I'm setting the oven to. Nothings been done. The mistake was swept under the rug.

My experience is Standard. I can't say it's horrible because my apartment is relatively nice. The leasing office staff are not always friendly or professional but, as long as you pay your rent on time and online you don't have much to deal with them about.

Area of this community is very good. Also safe for every one. Locaton are very good to accessable, No any flooding. Internal road very clean. Also Garbeg facility is very frequent and good. Also Grass cutting in time.

This was my very first apt and it has been an experience to say the least.. upon moving in almost everything in the apt was either broke dirty or needed to be replaced. From the A/C that still doesn't get the apt below 70 to the closet
