I am pleased with the way the community is kept clean at all time. We experience quick response each time we call for repair works. Overall I am satisfied, though it's only my 1st month we'll see what happens in a few months from now.

It's been a great experience living at Tuscany Woods. The community is friendly and the location is great. I have called Tuscany Woods home for the past 5 years. Over the years the property always had great upkeep and property manager is always so pleasant and helpful.

This is a very safe apartment community complex and very close to most commercial, banking and social wants. You would however not like the mice problem if you can't tolerate it. Most staff at the office courteous and helpful.

I like the community & my apt. I hate living with roaches. The community also have too many stray cats on the property and the smell is becoming a problem. I have seen 15 cats in front of certain buildings.

I love Tuscany and loved her sister community, as well. I moved just yesterday to a different part of town because I don't drive and the buses didn't work for me. But there is good service, if you are only going on one line. But my apartment was clean, no vermin (except an occasional cricket or such), and maintenance was usually Johnny on the spot. I love all the office personnel, even Eddie, who wouldn't let me feed him. The prices are reasonable, the room sizes large. I had four closets in my one bedroom. So I recommend them fully.

Tuscany woods deserve a minus star, that place is horrible. Maintenance argue with residents when they are in your apartment for repair, they will tell you that no repair is needed . Leasing agent are rude, then they lied about water bills when you are move , they will tell you water bills won't be that much , first monthly water bill will be over $50 and will keep up until end of the lease. that place is horrible NEVER MOVED THERE

I wrote the review of May 31 and the only change has to do with ownership not staff. We have old appliances and I have complained about mine too many times including today, Ive even offered to rent my own. The owners replaced the balconies this spring on every apt rather than replace decades old appliances and the old balconies were fine. So today I'm writing this as a followup. Don't blame the staff if you move here. They take the heat, but the owners are to blame.

I have lived at Tuscany Woods twice now and their sister community Tuscany Gardens once. I highly recommend both. If you are looking for reasonably priced, clean apartments with good maintenance, quiet neighbors and clean grounds then you can't go wrong. They aren't the most modern but they are definitely worth the money. And the office staff at both put up with me and that says a lot.

DO NOT MOVE HERE PLAIN AND SIMPLE THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING AND NOW THAT I'VE MOVED THEY STILL TRYING TO GET PAID OFF ME FOR THEIR LACK OF EVERYTHING. THEY DIDN'T GIVE BACK MY WHOLE SECURITY DEPOSIT, BUT THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE TRYING TO SCHEME. I TOOK PLENTY OF VIDEO OF OUR PLACE SO I KNOW THE CHARGES ARE BOGUS ALSO I'M TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW I GOT A COURT COST WHEN WE WERE ON MONTH TO MONTH FOR THE LAST MONTH AND HAD TO PAY BEFORE BEING ALLOWED TO DO MONTH TO MONTH. THEY ARE A HUGH RIP OFF BUT NOT GONNA GET ME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I don't like the community management. They towed my car within first month of moving into my new apartment because they did not see my temporary parking permit on my vehicles front windshield. And the front door of my building is never secured probably as someone always places tape on the door latch, Making the entire building vulnerable to unauthorized entry from the outside.

I can sum up in three words WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. Very rude, unprofessional, mean behavior and they show you hell from day one and even when you try to get out. Leasing office does not have any respect towards the residents. NEVER rent this place.

Do not move here!!!!! I lived in there for 6 years and all t Years I had roaches, they tryed to help by making pest controll but it never helped and put stress on my by making me move my stuff. The staff is also very rude. Recently I bought a house, so I went to talk with the manager and she said to pay December bill and I would be off but today I got a bill saying I need to pay 4k. Never live here guys.

Don't get fooled by the move-in specialsomeone, they will go up on your rent the next term so quick and it's not a small amount either. So far speaking with my neighbors it's anywhere near 50-60 dollars. The leasing staff gets turned over so much but the nasty manager is still here. She is the rudest person you could ever encounter. She stays in your personal business to the point it gets to be somewhat harassing. I don't consider this rental standards. They don't hold their residents on high regard.

So far, so good. I've lived here for about four months and everything has been ok so far. Move-in was smooth and I even received a small welcome package, which was truly appreciated. I live in a renovated, 2nd floor, 2 bed, 1ba San Marco model. All of my appliances were new. I had new carpet and the apartment even smelled of fresh paint and "newness" as my friend described :) I had a few small issues and maintenance took care of them very quickly. They have had some social events (Ice cream day, Pizza day, and etc) which have been really enjoyable. The fitness center is great and although I moved in too late to take advantage of the pool, it looks pretty decent. Now, the not so good stuff: I live right in front of the playground - which would be great if I had children, but I do not - so the constant screaming of little (and not so little) kids can be EXTREMELY annoying at times. But they usually head in around 6:30pm, so that's good. My other gripe: THE THIN FLOORBOARDS AND WALLS!!! I can hear every single step the people above me take and it is riidiculously irritating. It sounds as if they are stomping! It's an apartment and I am on the 2nd floor, so of course, I expected to hear some walking around and etc, but this is quite out of control, especially due to the fact that I can't sleep because of the noise. I sometimes hear the tenant right beside me, but it's just when I'm in the living room - which is the wall that connects us. I try to be cognizant of my neighbor below, and so far, I haven't received any knocks on my door, so that's good. Fortunately, I haven't seen any roaches/mice (and I PRAY I do not). However, this review is not meant to turn anyone off. By all means, I love my renovated apartment - very spacious, new carpeting, new appliances - and I would recommend this complex to anyone (as long as they get a RENOVATED apartment because I have heard many many many bad things about the older apartments within the complex), but I probably will not be renewing my lease with Tuscany Woods when my lease is up in 2015. Also, next time, I will more than likely will be move into an apartment on the top floor :)

DONT BOTHER MOVING HERE! PLEASE SAVER YOURSELF THE HASSELE! First off i am not one to complain about the little things, but living here was one of the biggest mistakes i have made in a while. I lived here for a year and a half and it went from "ok" to just plain awful. The first year there were no issues. I moved in the apartment was clean, the neighbors were quite, and the there were no issues with management. Then comes year two. I currently stay on the 3rd floor and i get a neighbor on the second floor who smokes throughout the day and it literally has my apartment on the third floor smelling like smoke! Everyday i would come home thinking i smoked. My apartment reeked of smoke and i complained to management about the situation and nothing was done. Then came the summertime. I turn on the A/C as its 90 degrees outside and the piece of garbage only blows room temperature air. The setting was on 60 degrees!!! and the apartment was awfully hot. I asked management about this and their solution was wait about an hour and the colder air should come...WHAT BS IS THAT!!! The A/C was completely useless.....and now the final draw was the roaches..OMG the roaches...i am a very clean person. I don't leave food in my apartment and i always clean after myself. Year one...no roaches. year 2 they start to pop up. I call management and they send pest control. Its fine for 2 weeks then they come back. I call again and management says they will come on tuesday. Tuesday comes around they never did come. Called again and management says next tuesday...as there only available on tuesdays...they never came. At this point the apartment is filled with them and there inside the oven, stove, cabnets, MY F_IN CEREAL! I called management for the last time and as usual "they'll be there on tuesday".... guess what? YUP! Never came! At this point i said FU to them, broke my lease and moved out. and they had the nearve to try and charge me for exptra nonsense that i left at the apartment...well guess what tuscany! They were filled with the roaches you didnt exterminate so you keep them! you're not getting a sent from me!! There are much better apartments in other areas that dont involve this nonsense.

I hate that I moved here. I can here everything my neighbor does. I can hear her walk through her apartment, talk, her tv, I can even hear her use the bathroom. I complained about the floor boards and was told, its expensive and will talk alot of time. That the whole building in complaining about it and they have no idea when they would be able to fix it. I having been trying to get this resloved for10 months. I think would rather you move then fix the problem. A year of my life paying to have no peace in my life. Moving to Tuscany Woods is a bad move.

Please DO NOT move here!!! I lived on rolling bend road and had to relocate to a "renovated apartment" after a couple of months because I caught 4 mice in a matter of 2 days. I had a crawling infant at the time, and I was afraid my child would ingest mouse droppings or get bitten by a mouse. They also had an issue with roaches. Onces moving into the "renovated apartment" I no longer had to worry about mice, but I then had an infestation of roaches. It was so bad that I couldn't even sleep because they were everywhere. I no longer wanted company or to even be in there anymore, and I finally moved out. Thank The Lord! If you like mice, roaches, beyond unprofessional staff, then this is the place for you.

This so called apartment complex is ran by a conniving low class management team that does not give a flying f**k about their tenants. They are racists and think that just because majority of the tenant population are of middle eastern or african desecent they can talk down to them and allow the bedbug and mice and roach infestation to continue. Dont waste your money on the aggravation that you will endure trying to rent from these slumlords. Even if you move into a "Renovated "apartment you will within a short period of time encounter a slew of vermin to the point where you will no longer want to eat sleep and invite people over to your home. by the way i will be back to post pics of all the mice that I caught living at this nasty section8ish apartment complex building.

I moved in tuscany woods in January of this year and I have NEVER had not one infestation issue until I moved here. Since I moved in I have gotten roches, mice and BEDBUGS. the bedbugs are the worst thing I have ever experianced in my entire life I had to get rid of 2 couches 2 beds and 2 dressers. Moving here has been nothing more than an expense. I would not suggest this place to anyone that doesnt want to get bedbugs because this place is overtaken with them and the management wont splend the money for the proper machinery to fix the issue so its just spreading and getting worse all over the complex. I was terrified of bugs and never had them before I moved here and now I can tell you how to properly get rid of them on your own because thats what I had to do to get rid of them. Please spend the extra time to look elsewhere
