I have been a resident since September 2022 and overall my experience has not been bad. There are a few things that could be done better but they are manageable. I really like the fact that the complex is located near public transportation and a grocery store.

    Seems to be a nice family community. The easy access to the highways are a bonus. No matter which direction you travel, you'll find something to eat. 24 hour diner 5 minutes away is added bonus to have.!

          This community is calm and cool, because that's the kind of place of my choice to live. The security there is ??. No rats,roaches nor any kind of house insects, Their maintenance workers are doing a great job.

            I only been here for a month. The Leasing office has really help me a lot with my moving. I am much appreciative with the staff. The neighbor above me are very nosy by listen in or following you within. Very hard walking people but the they can be quiet when listen to your conversation. Someone in this smoke funny smelling chemical.

                I have no real issues to speak of. Its my home and I feel fairly safe and have managed to make and maintain some friendships. I only complaint would be the once you renew your lease free carpet cleaning has not taken place in a couple of years.. I call and set it up and they never come to do the work..

                      Terrible. There is hardly any communication for the leasing office. Notices of painting and lot striping are the day before the work is done. No word from them regarding updates. Maintenance takes forever to fix issues. We never have any notes left when they perform work while we are not here. We haven't had a working oven for two weeks now and we were supposed to get a new one a week ago. No word from the office or maintenance about what is going on. Every major maintenance issue we have had has been so frustrating.

                        Great apartment complex. Very quiet neighborhood and peaceful neighbors. Very easy to find parking spots. Clean and fast responsive maintenance services. In unit washer and dryers are very convenient. All in all, these apartments worth their prices

                          It's been a little up and down. Lots of turnover with the leasing staff is unnerving. Maintenance staff is always friendly and nice. I feel relatively safe in the neighborhood. They're trying to do better I feel this year. I'm also not happy with the rent increase this year being almost 10%.

                            I think this is a wonderful community. It's good for adults and kids. My grand children come over and act like they never want to leave. I would not have been here this long if it weren't a great place.

                              Horrible experience. From unacceptable conditions in my apartment. Unanswered maintenance requests. I had to call corporate office just to get my furnace fixed. Constantly changing management stuff. And they are very unprofessional

                                  Lots of cockroaches in my apartment before I even moved in. I was placed in a unit that I did not preference or sign a contract for. The office staff have been accommodating from any issues that they cannot fix. The maintenance staff is friendly and stretched thin.... I have requests from a month ago that haven't been resolved.

                                        I wasn't satisfied with everything I'm going to listed what I've experienced first of all carpet is has some dusts on it and , oily stains kitchen bathroom needs work / dryer need works/ air filter bathrooms and living room filters need to be replaced .

                                          Great neighbors in my building. The staff has turned over a lot but tries their best. Would be great if community was more secure with the location. Our apartment door was not working correctly and homeless came into sleep. All residents requested to have door fixed but told they will take off the whole lock. Thankfully the maintenance manager fixed at the request of my elderly neighbor when she was leaving. But I had to call the police and take video of the homeless men wandering the parking lot and sleeping in the building lobby. Grateful it's not a regular occurrence but was very concerning the response of those in leadership. Overall I appreciate the community efforts and believe the mutual goal of staff and residents can be achieved with further organizing, consistent staff & problem solving focused mindset as they seem to have so much to deal with problem residents before it can get to fixing things for residents who don't cause problems

                                            My experience with the first apartment was amazing. Leasing office staff is wonderful. Especially Amber and Randy. They're extremely helpful. They do help me with all my issues. I would recommend Tuscany woods only to prior inspection
