[Incentivized Review] My wife and I have lived here for years now, and absolutely love it. It is quiet, and the area is wonderful, and our manager Colleen is the best! The pool is amazing during the summer as well. My kids feel comfortable here

Beautiful, well-maintained property. Quiet and beautifully landscaped. Very responsive office staff. Shopping and entertainment are close and easily accessible. Parks are nearby and the community is walkable.

I have lived here for 30 years. It is a beautiful well landscape quiet Neighbourhood. We have many long-term residence. The location is fantastic. It is in a fantastic school district. Next to a lot of shopping and great restaurants.

A great place to live!

I highly recommend this place! I've lived you since 2020. The management and maintenance is very helpful and friendly, the community is pretty quiet, theres no neighbor drama and it's in a great location!

A great managed property tucked away off Chesterfield Parkway. Accessible to all Grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants on a bus line. Staff works with residents to maintain the property. Seasonal get togethers a plus.

We have only lived here for a couple of months but I know I am going to be here forever. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Maintenance is very prompt and professional when called. Snow removal was very prompt. I can't say that for other places I have lived. I am so glad we found this place.

Great community and really nice apartments. Leasing company is friendly and maintenance is responsive to repairs when needed. Amenities are also a nice plus and well maintained. Neighbors have been friendly and special events at the leasing office help you meet them.

I'm in my third year of living at Chesterfield Village Apts. I still love living here. I'm surrounded by nature. It's always peaceful and quiet. Everything's convenient. There are so many easy ways to get to I 64 are out to our main road. Everything I need is within 15 minutes around me.

This apartment complex is like living in a home/family environment. They take excellent care of the property and their maintenance staff is top-notch. The office staff are caring and kind. The maintenance staff is stellar. This is the place to live if you are leasing property.

I can't recommend this community enough. I moved into this beautiful community a few years ago and I have no desire or reason to leave. This is a wonderful community to stay for long or short stays. The love and attention from the employees here shows.

When looking for an apartment, I did considerable "research". My first (and unscheduled) visit sealed the deal. I like the entire community layout and the excellent maintenance that is very obvious. Before signing the lease, I spoke with renters I saw walking. They all love CV and spoke well of management and maintenance. I also highly Chesterfield Village!

Q: What is the estimated utility bill for one person?

Residents are only responsible for the electric and whatever cable/internet provider they choose to go with. Our monthly rents include the cost of water, sewer and trash and residents are not responsible for the payment of those utilities.
