Nicest place to live. High class gym. Very close to I64. Play area for kids, tennis court, pickle ball court and swimming pool are maintained very clean. Very close to lot malls and theaters. Also in very good school area.

Great community to live in. The scenery is pretty and there are many amenities available including a nice gym, pool, basketball & tennis/pickle ball courts. Any time we have requested maintenance they provide a quick response. Overall, we have had a good experience so far!

For most part it's quite and neighbors are respectable and friendly. Many stay in community for quite a while, which says a lot. The property is well managed, too. Any maintenance request are handled promptly. Beautiful natural surroundings every season. Convenient location to grocery, restaurants, parks and entertainment.

Wonderful community. Nice houses and great staff. It's near to shopping and community places. The landscape is green and beautiful. However the roads might need a makeover. There are many potholes. They do temporary fixes which lasts for about six months.

Chesterfield Village is a really nice place to live. The landscape is beautiful, the streets are clean, and waste management is on top of it. Thanks to the Community Manager, office staff, and maintenance staff for all that they do.

Great ten years renting from 2013-2023. Well maintained community with mature woods and easy access to highway and stores. Don't want to leave but relocating out of state is only reason for breaking lease this summer. Will be bittersweet leaving.

It's been great! Quiet, peaceful community. Maintenance issues are promptly taken care of and the office staff are friendly and courteous. I have had no issues with neighbors and the community is well kept up with.

We love the community, landscape, and amenities at CVA. The management and maintenance team are very professional and caring in organizing regular events and communicating to residents. Overall, I'd rate CVA as a great place to live and highly recommend to our friends.

The apartment community is quiet and well-maintained in a wooded area. The rents are reasonable for the Chesterfield area. Close to interstate access, shopping, and restaurants. Maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours.

Friendly office and maintenance staff and beautiful landscaping. This apartment community is the most like a subdivision I've ever seen. I don't know what else to say but this field requires a minimum of 200 characters.

Neat and clean community, prompt service response, well located neighborhood.Competitive rental plans. Appliances are new. Excellent amenities including gymnasium and pool. Convenient stay for every age group.

A very clean and safe community. The landscaping and natural greenery really adds to the overall aesthetic and provides a sense of privacy that's hard to find in a community as big. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, quick, and do a great job. There are constant improvements being made, like the addition of EV charging stations and a dog park. The rent is reasonable and when there are increases they aren't exorbitant. Overall a lovely place to live.

Very freindly and quiet community, excellent access for young and old. Very beautiful and well maintained grounds. The apartments have great amenities and inside and outside. As of 2023 you get a great apartment for the price and I hope that doesn't change as continued economic hardships keep hitting all Americans.

Ever since we have been here things that need to be fixed were done quickly. It appears now things have changed. Overall we still think this is a great place to live. The maintenance of the grounds is always taken care of. when it snows salt is always on the sidewalk.

Chesterfield Village is a quiet community with a great location close to schools, shopping and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and any issues are addressed and remediate quickly. The pools and fitness center are always clean and well maintained.

The tenants are primarily kind and good neighbors, sociable and friendly! Periodicaly there has been a noisy nehbor, that typically correct anoying behavior when made aware of the disturbance! I had one several neighbors that had no idea of the the effect the noise they were making and effect it had on their neighbors!

We love Chesterfield Village-Roxy , Andie and the entire staff are fantastic-Maintenance with John at the helm could not be better-I would recommend Chesterfield Village to everyone .We will be here for many years to come.

I love this place. Apartment was clean and wonderful. The community has wonderful neighbors and great park like walking for dog and yourself. Keep it clean and well cared for. The parties and special events are wonderful and special. The amenities are numerous and well maintained.

We would not want to live anywhere else! After 4 months of living here, we have no complaints. The staff is great and super responsive, and the community as a whole is very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Great location! Quiet and lots of trees and landscaping throughout the community, all of which is well maintained. Very friendly staff and prompt responses when contacted. Townhouse is great, too! Quality materials and workmanship (mostly?carpet on stairs is a patch job in a few spots), plenty of storage, decent appliances, thick walls so don't hear neighbors.

Even before moving in, just coming to tour was amazing! The staff was friendly and willing to show us around even drove us from clubhouse to apartment! Greenery and wildlife around is beautiful and well kept! It's quiet and safe! Staff is amazingly kind and make sure your new apartment is like home to you even before moving in.

Secluded, quiet family units in park-like surroundings. Year around maintenance to outside areas. Large pools and workout gym. Quick access to large shopping malls, multiple stores, businesses, supermarkets, entertainment and restaurants and choice school locations. Friendly, experienced office staff.
