We've had a great experience at this apartment complex. Any issues we've had have been dealt with timely. We like the home set up and the groundskeeping has kept the apartment complex looking great. We've been very happy with the experience.

It is a wonderful community, from the wonderful leasing staff to each Maintenance staff. The entire community is located on a beautiful wooded hillside area. It is conveniently at the eastern end of Chesterfield Valley.

From the wonderful staff to the amazing amenities and the beautiful landscaping. We love everything about Chesterfield Village. My wife, daughter, and I have been a resident of Chesterfield Village for just about a year. And we have no plans to move in the near future since we are so satisfied with our living situation. We are so grateful that the staff and maintenance team are so polite and professional.

It is amazing. We love living here. We moved in almost a year ago. The community is very quiet. It's a wonderful place to walk and listen to birds. Also it is so close to everything, while still feeling away from the city. The grounds are so well kept. We particularly love the all trees. It's been so nice to finally not have to do any yard work.

The Chesterfield Village Apartments & Townhomes Community is exquisite. The level of care provided and quality of their homes is unparalleled. Everything is updated with quality materials and construction. They have window washers. They have grounds people. They have people who paint to keep everything looking fresh and gorgeous. They have a police presence, so we're always safe. This community is a diamond. I'm never leaving.

Roxy and John are the very best staff a community could want. I feel very comfortable here. The grounds are kept very well. Maintenance is always prepared to address problems. The office staff is very helpful with answering questions.

I love that as soon as there is an issue it's taken care of quickly. 98% of the neighbors are very friendly and easy to talk to.. The area if always clean and it does not look like apartments, It's like living in a forest with all the trees.

The setting is so relaxing with the trees, flowers and landscaping. The staff in the office is so friendly and earger to help. The maintenance staff is prompt to repair and discrepancies. In the winter time their efforts to provide a safe area with salt and the constant maintaining the grounds.

I really enjoy the apartment homes because of the community of people that live here. People are friendly and quiet. I feel safe as a single woman. Also, the office staff, particularly Jenny, really do care about keeping tenants for the long-term and work with you to address any issues.

I have lived at Chesterfield Village Apartments for 9 years, and have always had very prompt, friendly and courteous service from all the office staff and maintenance personnel. The location of the community is great - convenient to post office, and many nearby stores (grocery, and Chesterfield Valley), as well as the library and YMCA. I love it here!

Chesterfield Village is a nice and peaceful community. Great Office and Maintenance staff. Neighbors are friendly and courteous. Amenities are kept up in working order. Parking is abundant. I really enjoy my experience so far. Wish I had found them sooner.

The apartment complex is ideally located with quick and easy access to the interstate highway system. Also, there are many shopping, dinning, and entertainment opportunities nearby. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.

Love living at Chesterfield Village Apartments! The staff members have been very friendly and helpful since we moved in. The complex is well maintained and looks beautiful. There are so many great amenities in the community including the dog park, fitness center, and many more.

Community is good, accessible to schools, parks, entertainment theaters. I also observed that maintenance is good and they are coming and resolving the issues on time. I would like to refer this community to my friends as well

Great. Love it. Good quality. Great value. Good neighbors and quiet living. Thought an apartment would be difficult but it isn't. A friend steered me here and he was correct. Other places can't compare with the value of this place.

We have lived in this community for 9 years. We absolutely love it. It is quiet, beautiful and the staff is very friendly and personable. Maintenance is great. They are quick to respond to issues. They are always working to upkeep the complex looking great.

Best complex to rent an apartment in Chesterfield, MO. The staff is friendly and responsive to issues. Grounds are always kept in excellent condition. Plenty of other amenities; business center, pool, exercise center. It is well located with access to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.

Enjoy the peace and quiet without heavy traffic in area. The mature trees/level of nature help tremendously Residents are quiet too & keep to themselves. Very few problems with building maintenance. Some buildings getting old, a lfew signs of rotten wood on staircases

I had owned my condo before choosing to move into an apartment. I hadn't rented for over 30 years. When I found this complex I felt at home. The staff are 5 star above and beyond on service. They are kind and truly care about you as a person. The complex is beautiful, I feel like I am living in the woods. It's so quiet here. And it's convenient to all services one might need. Highly recommend and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

Chesterfield Village is an exceptionally well maintained community. I have very few reasons to request repairs but they are always performed quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with this community.
