Not worth the $1250 I am paying. The apartment had a trash can of debris in the living room on move-in day, dirty carpets, a window with a broken seal, and the previous tenant's lint in the drier. The refrigerator has a hole on the left side that is patched up with cardboard. My in-unit A/C was not draining correctly and I had to fix it myself. The A/C struggles to lower temperatures below 80 degrees in the summer and runs non-stop. The A/C issues make working from home difficult. The front door has a half inch of clearance between itself and the ground, creating a significant gap for bugs and outside air to enter. The community and environment are peaceful and quiet. I enjoy the area but would prefer to live in a more updated apartment.

Very friendly neighbors, wonderful and very helpful staff and a grounds maintenance program that doesn't stop. Tennis, swimming and a class A gym make this a mini resort. I love living here , this is my 3rd time !

This apartment area is very quiet and the maintenance squad kept it clean throughout the seasons. At winter times the snows were effectively removed. There are a couple parks around and you can definitely take walks around the area.

Management is so helpful and any problem is fixed promptly. My friends always comment on how beautiful the area is, and how well cared for it is. I have been so comfortable all of these years and hope to continue.

Very pretty neighborhood, and affordable pricing. I like that there's a gym I can go to, the parking has never been an issue (I don't pay for reserved spots), and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Very well kept and responsive to maintenance needs. When some maintenance is going to be performed to all units, ample warning is timely delivered. Roads are cleared nicely after a snow storm. Good place to live!

These have been the best place to live. The landlord listens and cares. All around, wonderful company. I have just signed another 12 month lease with them, and i don't plan on leaving soon. It has been a a great place for my family.

The stay in the apartment is pleasant. The move out was hilarious. With the new management, they charged a lot of of amount. Looks like they are finding unnecessary reason to charge. They want whole renovation cost should come from old tenant. Which is very frustrating.

This is our third year at Chesterfield Village Apartments through the Wooten company. Family friendly, safe location, close to restaurants and shops. Great place for you to start your family and stay long time.

TLDR: Location is great! Management is the worst. Apartment is old and has many dated utilities. HVAC is old and moldy, Washer/Dryer taps would not close completely and leak, low water pressure in the showers First week I moved into a 1 Bed, 1.5bath townhome, there was a thunderstorm and the roof and walls were wet from the water! I was told that this does not usually occur. Ok, I suppose that is the answer. 1 year in, I moved to a 2Bed, 2Bath apartment in the same complex. After a year or so, the roof started leaking in 2 places: the living room and the smaller bedroom. I've placed numerous maintenance requests and eventually the management hired a company to replace the roof. After, we still were getting leaks when there was moderate rain outside. Management refused to replace the wet damaged ceiling and did nothing to fix the continued roof leaks. A month before the end of lease, I called the leasing office to ask if there is a checklist for moving out, they said there was not and I just need to sweep the floor. A couple days before moving, maintenance said they will replace the appliances and carpet and we don't need to clean the unit. The day of lease expiration, management told us verbally to deep clean the unit. There is no physical documentation of any of these requests! They didn't give us any paperwork for terminating the lease, dues due or move out receipt! They said we had balance due left but the web portal we use showed nothing and the manager did say it was on them. Overall, if you want to live in an older apartment with dated appliances and horrible management, then this is a great place

The staff here were amazing! I did have a abnormally large deposit when I moved in due to Credit, however it was given back to me in the end when I left. I had nothing but the best interactions with the leasing team and the property manager. I would recommend this complex to anyone relocating to a new job in the Chesterfield area as they are in such an amazing location. Easy access to everything you would ever need on the daily. I also must admit I had a family crisis when I was a resident and went though a divorce. They were very supportive and worked with me on my rent payments in such an amazing way that I could pay half on each check of the month, this allowed me to keep up on all my bills and stay in a good standing with them. If I ever moved back to Chesterfield area I would stay here 100%

My experience has been pleasant for the 4 and a half years that I lived at the Chesterfield Village Apartments. I was impressed with the prompt responses from the office staff who arranged maintenance assistance in a timely manner every time I made a request. The apartment is inviting to have guests over and cozy and my neighbors were friendly. I enjoyed the walks around the complex and beautiful landscaping that the apartment maintains. The dumpsters are enclosed and clean and trash are picked up regularly. I also used the reserved covered parking especially during the winter with frost or ice. There is always plenty of parking spaces even for guests. I liked that the apartment was walk-in from the outside, meaning no hallways. The washer and dryer are inside the apartment. There are plenty of natural light and storage. Mail is easily accessible as well as package delivery. It's definitely a safe neighborhood. The City hall and police are across the street. Central Park and Chesterfield Commons are a few minutes away. I would strongly recommend Chesterfield Village Apartments for a couple, a family or a single person. It's worth the cost!

It bothers me to write this review because of the potential of the townhomes and community, it could have been wonderful, if it was not mired in bad attitudes and approaches towards the renters. The lady in the townhome office is passive aggressivism at full display, she would treat you like she is doing a favor on you for letting you rent one of the townhomes. There is little chance of having a decent conversation especially when negotiating as you are always talked down. This affects during maintenance as well, the general approach is very short sighted, long term thinking is non existent. Plus, of course you can't discuss because, you are probably not worthy. I would not recommend anyone I know to live here because of the treatment to the renters, now I very well understand this could be me, but, judging by how I treat other people and get their reciprocation, I doubt that it is.

I am about to renew my lease for another year. Love the quiet neighborhood. 24 hour maintenance is very nice and good. The grounds are kept up and clean. Neighbors are quiet and I rarely ever heard them. Community is friendly.

Lived here for close to 2 years and had the worst experience. I and my husband moved here with our 9 month old son from O'fallon, MO. The staff is one of the rudest I've met. The only nice person is Roxaine. When we moved in, we did not get any move in checklist, as a result, Ameren cut our power and when we called the staff, Miranda, said it was not her problem. I told her I have a baby and it's freezing outside and she just disconnected. When it was time for us to leave, we paid a frikin $1500 for damages. Our carpet had spots in the living area to which I was told that it's so dirty that we did not even attempt to clean it. They just replaced the entire carpet for the apartment. Our son, who was learning to walk and stand up, had broken 2 blinds in the bedroom, for which we had to pay almost 200 bucks. It was not just money but the way their property manager, Janet, talks to you. She told us how do u break blinds. I explained her that we have a small baby and he was learning to walk by grabbing things. It is just the way she ridicules people. Locality is nice, nice neighborhood. But terrible staff. If you love yourself and have self respect, I wouldn't move to this place.

I lived here for six years and would love to still be living here! The location is incredible. I don't recall ever needing to travel more than a few minutes to get anything that I needed. The staff is wonderful and very responsive. If you call with a non-emergency issue, then there is usually a maintenance professional available to resolve it within an hour. I highly recommend this complex!
