Best Apartments in Chesterfield
I looked around other apartment communities in Chesterfield before I renewed for my lease for the third year. Nothing compared!! The staff even knows me by my first name. My favorite thing is the large fitness center. It's two levels. The fitness center includes free weights, lots of equipment, racquetball court, and sauna.

Wonderful community
We've been here since May (6 months). Maintenance is never slow to fix any problems or complaints we have (call before 4pm and they arrive that day). The office staff is very helpful and remembers who we are (before we even moved in the woman who arranged our lease noticed I had gotten a new hair cut - well before any of my friends or colleagues). The grounds are beautiful and well maintained - they plow, shovel and salt the snow the same day, unlike the City of St. Louis. The neighbors are quiet. The gym, pool, and tennis courts are useful and clean. There is never a lack of parking spots. There are "Over 21 Only" social events every season - all free. The apartment itself it great: heating and A/C work fine, the kitchen is spacious, the appliances are brand new, the closets are large, there is a balcony and storage closet, in addition to basement storage room. The location is perfect: The grocery store is less than 5 minutes away, as are gas stations, pharmacies, the mall, restaurants, City Hall (across the street), and Chesterfield Commons (the longest strip mall in the USA). Traffic is never bad - it wasn't even bad on Black Friday. This apartment community in a valley is a perfect location to lve and relax. We have had absolutely zero complaints and hope to live here much longer. There is no other place in Chesterfield or St. Louis from which we'd want to rent an apartment (or townhome).

Perfect Apartment Home
I moved into Chesterfield Village in February of 2003 and still currently live there. The 2 bedroom apartment I occupy with a coworker is a perfect size. Great layout with lots of open room. The Kitchen is nice and spacious with a large dining area. Both Bedrooms are of adequate size, but may be a little small for king sized beds. Compared to other apartments I´ve been in, the overall appeal is very spacious and warm. As for the compex, the ammentities are great. Good apartment complex for small dogs with wooded areas and trails. A large concern most people have with apartments would be the sounds from neighbors, but I´ve yet to here any noises from neighboring units. No plumbing noises or creaking. Excellent apartment homes for a decent price. Would recommend to anyone.

Great Location! Excellent Living Conditions!
My apartment was renovated just before I moved in (I believe they are doing this to almost all of the units as they come available) and it is absolutely gorgeous. All of the appliances, cabinetry, wall coverings, window coverings, and flooring are brand new. The built-in microwave is a tremendous convenience. With two pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, a playground, and two fitness centers, you will always have something to do. Because the units range from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom multi-level townhomes, the community has a nice blend of young professionals, families, and senior citizens. The grounds are meticulously kept and the landscaping is top-notch. Many units have garages so parking is never a problem. The office staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The few maintenance requests I have had were handled within 24 hours and completed to perfection. One of the biggest perks is the washer/dryer hookup in every unit. They also rent washers and dryers for a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.
