This is the first placed I lived that I actually enjoyed coming home to.The office staff, the maintenance and ground keeping staff are all amazing.I love the rules and regulations and the enforcement of, they are designed to ensure that quality of life is clear and present for the residents and it comes through.I love how the property is full of Green and it's all well taken care of.

Here since February of 2025 and enjoying it very much. Community is very quiet and keeps to themselves but everyone is extremely nice and personable. Staff is very fried key as well and always quick to respond to any issues at hand.

Great quiet place to live. Great amenities on top of that to really push the homeliness. Surrounded by a great area with many places to access. The valley is very close. There is a park. Your typical grocery stores and with 40 being right there, it is a straight shot to the city.

A wonderful place to live and wonderful people to work with. Beautiful landscaping and very efficient Apartments. So easy to get to I 64 and go anywhere in the city. Tucked in a valley and feels very residential.

55+ community would be nice lol Prevented care could be used to Maintain +10 landscaping. Invasive weeds are killing trees. Excessive salt application is causing wood rot in exterior hallways. 194 characters ugh

This apartment is very well kept, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and has nice facilities. The on-site pool and kids splash pad, gym, and sauna are all very nice amenities to have. Maintenance is completed promptly after service ticket, and communicates very clearly with what was done, and if there are any delays for equipment delivery. Would recommend!

I have. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. I moved from a small town in the south to be close to my family and I am close to my family. The location is fantastic. Very very close to the interstate close to all amenities very well maintained very, very well maintained. I have never had any problems with any problems being resolved. The staff is always very very helpful administrative staff and maintenance staff. I like being in the apartment that I have looking out on trees, but there are many many trees. The grounds are well kept well designed and well-maintained. I am very lucky with my neighborhood. My building has 10 apartments And all of my neighbors in my building are friendly, helpful, and quiet. We all tried to keep our apartments very attractive because that's where we live. I feel safe living here moving close to the valley. I have no trouble shopping for anything that I need.

Management is responsive if a problem arises. The Townhouse is nice. Since the building is older, the walls are thick and noise is not an issue. Management takes care of the property nicely. Managment is good about communicating when work is going to be done in or around your unit.

I really enjoy how well the grounds are maintained. Both the maintenance and leasing office staff are always quick to help and address any concerns I might have. The apartments themselves are also in the perfect spot right off the highway so it's easy to get anywhere in STL.
