We love living where we live. Our building was brand new when we moved into it. It's perfect. it's nice being on the outskirts of town close to my work in O'Fallon as well as my husband's still close to shopping and eating.

Outstanding Property

can’t say enough good things about Altair at the Preserve. It’s a wonderful area with a fantastic location — convenient, quiet, and very well cared for. The property itself is consistently clean and well maintained, and it’s clear that a lot of pride goes into keeping the community looking great. Maintenance was excellent — responsive, professional, and thorough. Requests were handled quickly and done right, which truly makes a difference in day-to-day living. The management team really sets this community apart. Christina, the manager, is genuine, extremely helpful, and truly did her best to accommodate us. She clearly cares about the residents and the overall experience. Rachel and Clayton were also great to work with — friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout our time there. We ultimately ended up moving due to location needs, but that had nothing to do with the quality of the property or management. I’ve had my son living at multiple apartment complexes over the years, and I can honestly say this is by far one of the better ones,!! I would absolutely recommend Altair at the Preserve to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed community with a great team.

Altair at the Preserve is a wonderful place to live. We only moved in last week and have been astounded with the management and all the amenities included. Despite its close proximity to the highway, rooms are very peaceful and quiet. Management responds quickly to any questions or concerns and is very helpful and kind. It is worth the price. We love it here.

I like the community at Altair. It seems like a resort. The staff is helpful and the grounds are kept up. The pool is wonderful and now adding a new one! You can't go wrong living here! I lived here a few years ago and recently came back home! With all the new apartment communities around, they do a great job making this an inviting community !

We were very impressed with the professional and friendly staff. They helped us to coordinate our move from out of state and even offered suggestions on movers to assist. The apartment grounds are clean and well kept. There are two dog parks on the property and a lake to walk around.
