I love living here. It's a great community very quiet and peaceful, the neighbors are very friendly, my grandkids love coming over here specially, this past summer they love the pool and they also enjoyed the chili fall fest.

Very quiet & peaceful. Nice area. The office staff is very friendly, communicates well, and is always available. The apartments are set up super nice. I enjoy living here and plan to stay for a couple of years.

I love living at Altair. The staff is really helpful and very quick to respond. The property is kept very well and I rarely have any issues at all. The amenities are great and the neighbors are super friendly.

Was one of the first tenants at Altair. Management and Maintenance have consistently done a fine job. Grounds are well-maintained. Issues with neighbors are addressed promptly and fairly. Rent is fairly priced. Pool is gorgeous

I've had a seamless experience from the beginning of the process starting with the initial contact with staff to moving in! I haven't been in an apartment for a long time, so there were things I would've dropped without the staff sending me reminder emails, etc.! I feel so comfortable here knowing how well tenants are cared for. I will be recommending this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live!! We even moved in on the day the apartment was hosting a Friendsgiving! It was just an all-around great experience!

I originally moved into a 1 bedroom at Altair at the Preserve in 2021. It was great from the beginning from the awesome amenities they offer, events they host, great staff and maintenance staff, beautiful units, etc? They have everything you would need. I recently moved into a 2 bedroom here because I didn't want to leave! Definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the apt, surroundings and staff. THe grounds are well kept, area is safe feeling and peaceful. The location is ideal and convenient to everything you need in any direction. The complex seems to appreciate the tenants and provide gatherings for fun.

Amazing!
Kristen was the absolute best! She made the application/moving process so easy and helped so much along the way. No matter the question, she was so sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone moving in!

Very nice, upscale, modern community. Lots of useful amenities. Nice landscaping. Pool is awesome. Excellent work out room. Garage space has ample space. The staff is very friendly and available when needed.

It is a beautiful clean community. The dog poop is picked up. We love the trash valet and there is always somewhere to park. The little events are fun for the kids and adults. It's nice not to have to drive anywhere.

This community is absolutely amazing. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. The apartment complex is beautiful and is maintained very well. The complex had amazing amenities such as a pool, a courtyard, gym, trash services, dog wash station and a car wash station.

Apartment is clean and nice, upscale amenities, appliances, flooring and cabinets. Storage is limited as expected probably in most rentals. Dog park and car wash amenities are great. Pool is like a resort.

Kate one of the property managers was the first person to introduce us to the complex and show us around the property. Always extremely helpful and friendly.!! we love our apartment. The pool, gym and Clubhouse and beautiful and it's one of very few complexes that have a very nice common ground areas which they do a very good job of maintaining and taking care of

My husband and I signed up online from their website to view a potential upcoming apartment that fit our time needs. When we arrived for our meeting the next day, they did not have any apartments that fit our needs so it was a waste of a meeting. The amenities and location were very nice. We never saw the inside of an apartment so I cannot comment on that.

My experience at the Altair at The Preserve has been wonderful thus far. It's hands down the BEST Apartment I have ever lived. All landscaping and amenities are meticulously maintained & everything stays looking brand new. The maintenance staff as well as the property managers have been extremely helpful & have satisfied every request I have had. They are a very professional & extremely pleasant to work with.

The move in process was very easy from setting up utilities and wifi to the physical process. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet besides the construction going on but that is temporary. The amenities like the gym are great and look forward to the pool being opened.

Everyone is extremely friendly! Bristina in the leasing office is very nice and gets back to you quickly! The complex is very nice and well kept! Love the pool and the fire pits! Highly recommend Altair at the Preserve!

The units are nice with high ceilings. Amenities aren't bad. Service leads a lot to be desired. On site maintenance staff is great. However outside maintenance vendors and front office staff need some work.
