I was able to rent the apartment from India and start staying from the day I landed in US. I had a great experience booking the apartment and staying here. The staff is super helpful and responsive. The community is peaceful.

It was hard for me to make a decision about moving into an apartment after living in a house for the better part of my life. But thankfully I came to Altair at The Preserve and met the property manager who was friendly and kind from day one. She patiently explained the application process ,next steps, deposits , etc. It was very simple and I chose my apartment and moved in seamlessly the following month.

I moved in in September and it's a great modern apartment and I love it. The Ammenities are great and the staff is professional. Even the cleaning staff is nice. I love having guests over because I feel like the unit is modern and beautiful.

It has been easy and amazing. The team is very friendly and they personable. When there is a problem they are quick and they are timely with their responses. I would recommend living here because it does not feel like an apartment. It feels like a home

The apartments are beautiful, amenities are nice and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The apartments around us are full and we do not hear the tenants. We love that they allow larger dogs and there are a lot of pups here! We would definitely recommend this place.

Such a quiet and peaceful community! Anytime I have guests, they always comment that it feels like a relaxing resort and that they are on vacation! The complex being dog friendly is a plus and the amenities are top notch! You won't find bigger balconies at any other complex!

We have been here only a week but so far everything is great. Except for the pool being unavailable. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The complex is very well maintained and the landscape is very attractive.

Great community, would highly recommend. Helpful staff, lovely amenities and quiet. Have had no issues or complaints since I've moved in. Service requests have been taken care of immediately and maintenance is quick to respond.

Have enjoyed living at the Preserve, but with rent raising 500 dollars this next year not sure we will stay. Everyone here is very nice, but with limited income $500 is a lot. Otherwise we are very happy living here.

This complex is very well maintained and kept clean. It is safe and well lit and there is plenty of parking. It is a gated community. The swimming pool is constructed so that it is safe for non swimmers and smaller children. There is a workout room and a meeting area.

i've been so much happier in my 3 days of living here prior to my last complex , i feel safer , more at home , and overall better in a way i didn't know i could feel . i have felt more comfortable here due to neighbors and my leasing staff than i knew i could be

Altair at the Preserve is a step above all other apartments. The staff is great and put together amazing resident events. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. This is by far the best apartment complex I've lived in.

I have only been living at Altair for a week now. But I am very pleased with my space and how quite the complex is. The amenities are nice, and I cant wait to use the pool. The move-in process went pretty smoothly. Response time from the front office via email varied a bit depending on who you talk to. Other than that everything has been good so far. Very pretty complex, gym, pool and free coffee had me sold.

This complex is such a wonderful place to live. The staff is very attentive and positive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The amenities are so nice. The overall look of the apartment complex is beautiful! I plan on staying here for a very long period.

Has not been a good experience. I will not be renewing my lease. The assistant property manager is very unwelcoming and unpleasant to interact with. There's always tension and ingenuine energy when interacting with leasing, management (Kate Deffendall) and confrontation with maintenance (Phil). I'm not comfortable interacting with staff. I refrained from creating a maintenance request due to the unethical behavior and negative interactions with from Phil. I avoid going into the leasing office for anything unless I really need to, very unwelcoming from certain leasing members.

I don't like the leasing office Agents of this community, May be it was for my case. But I wouldn't refer any of my friends here. Somehow leasing office Agents were not at all courteous. I expect them to be more kind and understanding of the situation.

Altair is a nice place to live. It is very well maintained. The landscaping, grounds and amenities are beautiful and always kept clean. The staff is always willing to help me when needed as well. The only think I think is missing is a playground. I know the kids that live there or visit would love that.

It has been welcoming and the apartment was clean when we moved in. The amenities have been useful and no complaints at the moment about any of the facilities or services. The girls up front have been very nice as well

We are very happy here. It is quiet and clean. Love the car wash and the fire pit. We don't have a pet but we enjoy greeting neighbor's pets. Nice high ceilings and counters. Fixtures are upgrades and very nice.

Wow, this is a wonderful community. Very quiet and respectful residents, helpful staff, and lovely facility. Looking forward to the community event held throughout the year to get to know more people at Altair.
