Very helpful staffs at the office made our move in very smooth. A lot of friendly dog owners in the community, so as a dog owner ourselves it was very comforting. We just moved in couple days ago, so we are excited to get to know more people in the community.

Since touring Altair At The Perserve, I have have only had great overall experience with the staff working here. I have been pleasantly surprised with the community overall after moving and. Everyone is very respectful and helpful and there are some really great amenities to take advantage of which is a bonus. I absolutely love my new apartment and cannot recommend leasing here enough!

An honest review

The ugly truth is the units are not very well insulated you can hear everything even your neighbors upstairs flushing toilets if you’re anywhere near Highway 64 or 40 you will also hear traffic all night long. There is no soundproof wall. It’s not a peaceful location or quiet the staff is somewhat attentive maintenance Men are great and come out right away. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful, this is not your spot

I haven't been here long. So far it's been pretty good. The staff is wonderful and responsive to address my needs and concerns. The community overall is pleasant. The highway noise is an issue for me at night. If you're good with white noise then it won't be a bother. They aren't finished with construction as yet so it's a bit messy out which is to be expected.

The complex is beautiful. There is a lot of amenities to keep you busy including a pond, a nice swimming pool and a 24 hour fitness center. The staff is very quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking.
