Probably the worst community I’ve ever lived in. My experience was very positive in the beginning since I was here when they first opened, but it’s so sad how much Altair has FELL OFF after just 3 short years. Management is iffy and does things underhandedly, you can never reach anyone in the office, the community itself is DIRTY due to constant trash being left around, people SPITTING on the concrete (how unsanitary), there’s numerous SAFETY concerns as there has been numerous car break-ins around here for the last year. That leads me to my next point - Altair has been promoting their “gated community” since I moved in. They promised gates would be up within the first year but as we head into 2022, the gates are finally up, but they haven’t been functional for months. That was one of the reasons I moved here. The office lets your concerns fall on deaf ears even though you’re paying for a luxury apartment. I can go on and on, but if you’re looking for a safe, clean community to call home, Altair isn’t it. Save your money.

The apartments are beautiful however there is clearly an issue with the trash. For an apartment complex that touts luxury living, having the residents pile trash in front of the compactor very literally every weekend does not live up to this image

The move in process was simple and easy! The staff was very helpful when answering our questions. There is no elevator, however the stairs and hallway were large enough to be able to easily carry furniture around corners.

The apartments are beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen is lovely and has tons of drawers. There was a mixup with my move in and it wasn't cleaned when i arrived but the team worked to get it clean and seem to be very responsive!

The only thing thing that is luxurious is the price. The office team is very nice and the maintenance team is exceptionally friendly. At a glance the units look like they are going to be nice. However, once you move in it becomes painfully obvious that the developer had no care for quality and property owner just wanted to fill these to start generating revenue. There is virtually no caulking in the bathrooms, the water pressure is non existent in the showers, the water heater is too small for the size apts they are in, the drawer and bathroom hardware fall out of place daily, the paint smudged easily and the doors and baseboards are cheap. It’s also worth mentioning that the flooring cracks and breaks due to the flooding and leaking from other apartments plumbing and the lack of any moisture barrier below it. It’s a gated community where the gates are left open by the management team and have not been used once in 3 years and as a result most of the residents have had their cars broken into. Management refuses to fix any of the issues in the properties and is reliant on a high demand for housing to drive occupancy. This is very typical for RKW managed properties based on the class action lawsuit losses for properties they mismanage. I am aware of one tenant who reached out to regulators and is in the process of holding RKW accountable for their lack of delivery. My advice would be to rent somewhere else until they are forced to fix their problems.

I love this apartment and the employees that work here. All how live here seem to be very nice. I like the pool and computer room with free coffee. I also like the work out room. I like playing pool as well.

Great place to live. Great maintenance and office staff. Stricter rules regarding pets peeing on landscaping would help the appearance of the community. So discusting to sit on your patio and see tenants allowing their dogs to pee and crap turning the grass and landscaping brown.

I love my apartment and community. The amenities are wonderful and always clean. The only issue I have is with the water pressure. In the shower, the pressure is so low you have to have the water all the way turned to the hot side to have enough pressure to get a mediocre shower. The tubs are nice and deep, but it takes close to 30 minutes to get enough water to soak and by then you are out of hot water.

Altair at the Reserve is a well maintained facility. It has beautiful common areas with well appointed party room. There is good outdoor parking close to all units. The car wash facility plus areas for grilling are good.

The beginning process was easy and Bristina and Michelle are just wonderful. Great office people and great community. Very clean, well maintained. Very nice and quiet and just a great apartment complex to live and spend time at. Dog spa and other amenities are terrific.

I'm from out of town and the management office was very patient and helpfule with my inquiries. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. When I finally moved in, I found the apartment to be perfect as if nobody lived here before me and there was a previous tenant. I haven't found any imperfections. I love it.

The maintenance work orders are completed quickly. I don't think you want me to review the property honestly. The positives are the apartments are very spacious, pretty. The pool is nice. The clubhouse and workout room are very well taken care of.

Moving in to the Altair was very easy and everything ran very smooth. All of our questions got answered quickly and any correspondence was done in a timely manner. The apartment is beautiful, feels like a home and we are lucky enough to have a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool. Very beautiful amenities inside and out.

Grounds are very well kept and nice looking. Maintenance team is very good and responds quickly to requests even amidst the pandemic. Front office staff are fair and nice. Upstairs neighbors and stairway traffic can be loud, but at the fault of the tenants, not the staff.

Well maintained and properly ran. The amenities are top of the line and the buildings aren't made out of builder grade materials. Very modern. The office staff is friendly and we enjoy living here. We will be staying until our house is built.

Apartment is beautiful with nice appliances. Living room is a little small for the size of the apartment. I thought it would be bigger. The outside around the apartment is well kept and looks very nice. Lots of doggy bags everywhere. Though, one disappointment about the complex was the very small dog park.
