I love this community. It's like living in a resort. Any thing you need is right here. Social events, a gym, pet friendly, cyber cafe, car wash, pool, and a fire pit. I truly enjoy living here. The staff is fantastic, friendly, and very professional.

I love the community. This is just what I needed while I was waiting for my house to be built. Feels like I am on vacation 100% of the time. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I recommend it to everyone!

Everything from the application process until the day we moved in was smooth. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The apartments are are designed very well making it feel like home. They are also very sound proof so you hardly ever hear your neighbors! Looking forward to the rest of our time here!

Great community. Everything you could ask for in a apartment. Clean and very nice. Great parking. Fitness center and swimming pool available. They have a room you can rent out for very cheap to have parties. Great community.

Altair at the Preserve is such a fantastic apartment! This is my first move/first apartment and the move in process was so easy. The staff are friendly and helpful, the amenities are fantastic, and the apartments are beautiful. I looked at many apartments and this was by far the best choice.

I really like Altair at the Preserve Luxury Apartments! They are rather new, and the one-bedroom apartment I lease is great! The location is very good, the rooms are big, and there is a walk-in closet. It has high ceilings, a washer-dryer combo, and valet trash service. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality place to live. The staff and residents are very friendly, too.

The move in was flawless. The staff has been awesome and explained the move in process. The trash pick up is without a doubt incredible. Looking forward to the summer time to enjoy the pool and common ground. Will refer all my friends

Quiet and well managed and maintained I love the valet trash service. No unsightly dumpsters overflowing with garbage. You cannot hear traffic from364 in your apartment ???????? close to everything you would need

Great apartment complex and helpful staff I like the amenities like the dog playground and spa. Have only been here a short time but so far it seems quite and everyone is respectful. I like the deck and third room.

It has been good so far; one month in one issue. Trash seems to been an issue, the trash compactor does not get ran enough and I am not sure the trash receptacle is large enough for the community. The hours posted for the office staff to be in are not followed; I received notice that I had a package at the office, I went three times to retrieve and no one showed up on Sunday Nov 10th. The posted hours are 12-4.

This community has struggled a lot. I noticed they have been though what seems like 10 maintenance guys, new leasing consultants and a new manager all in the first few months. They seemed to over promise amenities such as bike storage, gated community, car wash with working parts. They were built extremely fast as we still had tape in our apartment when we moved in. The new manager seems to be handling things a lot better so give them a chance. Overall, the experience was good just be cautious of new construction.

The staffs would try to get you to fill out the application while you are there so that they can collect the fees. Then they will try to get you to pay the deposit to hold the apartment. You should get a copy of the lease and read about the 60 advance notice for moving out. There are plenty of restrictions. They demand a lot of personal information. When you ask, they would talk like a lawyer, "the lease agreement states that ....." Absolutely the most arrogant leasing staffs and manager after you signed the lease!

Love it! Great place to live! We recommend! Any time I have had an issue it's quickly taken care of. I think it's quiet and the valet trash service is a great addition, an unexpected bonus to the whole package.

The staff are friendly and professional. This is a well maintained apartment community. The community is situated near plenty of shopping, food and entertainment options along with easy access to the highway.

In general the apartment complex is clean and kept up in good shape. Experiencing loud music or radio at late night sometimes. When moving in the new unit, repair such as paint etc. was not done properly.

Such a beautiful place to live. So stylish and spacious! So many fun things to do in the community. Car wash, pet spa, fire pit, heated pool, clubhouse and a gym! The parking lot is so big I never have to worry about finding a place to park. I highly recommend living at Altair at the Preserve.

It's a nice community but they literally threaten to fine you for EVERYTHING. They hold the residence to a standard that they themselves don't hold up to. The complex is 8months behind in their completion. The complex was supposed to be done in March 2019....it still isn't complete.

So far so good, we are enjoying the area and are looking forward to moving into a 3 bed room unit, our forever home. We are really liking all the amenities. We enjoy the size of the bathroom and loving the deep soaking tub.
