Moved into Altair at the Preserve last year, and it's been a genuinely pleasant place to live. The apartments have a nice open feel, the surroundings are well kept, and any maintenance needs I've had were handled quickly. It's quiet, comfortable, and the team here has always been friendly and helpful.

From the time I toured Altair at the Preserve, until I moved in, all have been very accommodating. The day I moved in, they were not scheduled to be in as early as the truck was coming, but they made arrangements for someone to come early to give me keys. Love my new home.

Couldn't ask for a better place to live. Completely satisfied with amenities, staff, safety and cleanliness of grounds. Any repairs needed are addressed usually the same day. The community is dog friendly as well.

Amenities were best we have viewed. Salt water pool and clubhouse area that can be rented are especially a plus for us. Especially around holiday time clubhouse provides homey area where we can gather a group of family/friends for gathering.

It's been great. The community is always nice and polite. The apartment grounds are clean and everyone is welcoming. One thing is the delivery of packages it can be hit or miss? I love the kitchen and cabinets in the apartment just wish there was more storage. But we resigned and I'm happy to be living here another year.

Maintenance is speedy and thorough. Entered into the unit after knocking and announcing themselves several times. Any mess was cleaned, business cards and copy of completed ticket was left. Front office entered the ticket for me since I took it there first, but the system to enter your own ticket is very user friendly.

Very nice overall, but I have a couple gripes: I feel as though the large number of tenants should warrant a much bigger fitness and pool area. The floors should've had a better sealant/protection applied to avoid thr blemishes that occur on an unprotected wood floor

I moved into a new unit. I love the wood flooring, my kitchen is amazing and there is plenty of room in my two bedroom unit. The bonus is the small lake with a fountain that lights up at night.
