The apartment is high end and in excellent condition. I love the trash concierge who picks up daily trash from our door. Maintenance is quick to react and thorough. It's clean, safe and the amenities feel like resort living. You can't go wrong living at the Altair at the Preserve.

Everything has been easy from the start! Exceeding our expectations once we moved in. I was unable to tour, so my husband did. He left out that they have trash valet, which is an awesome feature. Also, the amenities are incredible as well as the other residence. Very quiet community with everything you could ever need right here! Highly recommend.

Great apartment community. The construction and landscape is beautiful and the staff is is very helpful. The rooms are very nice and have an attractive open floor plan. These apartments are also in a very good neighborhood with a nice location.

Great! Staff is super helpful. The community is nice. And the maintenance team is awesome. It's also a very quiet complex, which is my favorite aspect. Beautiful view and amenities! They are very receptive and always send emails to aware you of what's going on

Office staff is very professional, maintenance staff as well the apartments are well maintained. So far since I've been here since 2018 I love my experience, no complaints. I will refer a friend or family member to the community.

My apartment is new, spacious, and very comfortable. The community has nice amenities, and although it's hard to meet people during social distancing, everyone has been nice. When I've had maintenance issues, they have been handled within 24 hours. It is in a safe neighborhood, and I can walk or bicycle nearby.

Very well kept property with deluxe appointments, nice size rooms, convenient to Chesterfield valley and Lake Saint Louis. Nice swimming pool, work out room, meeting room for small conferences or parties, TV and internet available from AT&T.

Altair is a beautiful apartment complex with a wide variety of amenities. Staff is courteous and professional. I would recommend anyone to live here. Close to a lot of restaurants, shopping areas, and easy access to the highway.

The community is very well managed. Grounds are well kept. Apartment is well designed. It is working well while our next home is being built. It would have been nicer in a unit that was not backing to the highway. Overall, this is a really well run community with thoughtful residents.

The Staff are great. However, the apartment is very beautiful on the outside but cheaply made. The walls are very thin and you can hear dogs barking loudly and constantly. If you live on the 2nd floor you constantly hear the loud noises from the 3rd floor. When people are walking upstairs it sounds like the roof is caving in. Altair is a great community to live in However, if you are looking for peace and quiet you may not find it here.

We have had a great experience at Altair! We have three small children, and everyone has been super welcoming, including the staff and neighbors. We will be living here while our home is built, and our kids are sad we will be here for a short period of time!

Very nice spacious apartment with all the upgrades you could hope for. We love all the community amenities. Our kids have loved the time we lived year. The location is great with everything you need just a few minutes away, and easy access to the highway

The community is very friendly. All of the emanates are really nice and kept up. The units are in really good condition. I like how you can pay your rent and put in maintenance requests online or with an app on your phone, they even have lockers that send you an email when you get a package so you don't have to worry about porch pirates. The staff has been very friendly and helpful.

The community is clean. The apartment was clean on the surface. The leasing agents were nice and helpful. They completed the walkthrough with me and gave me a proper tour of the apartment complex and all its amenities. I have no complaints thus far.

Just moved in. So far not great maintenance has never fixed my shower and the cleaners never cleaned the apartment of previous renter pet hair in washer and doors and floors They supposedly have sent someone to clean twice but it is not clean and I had to delay move in and pay extra at my other place to have it cleaned. I moved in and it wasn't cleaned. No one check listed the apartment with me.

I really love the community and Apartment complex Beautiful, nice, and welcoming. Beside the incident I had with the neighbor below me.. on May 14th she came upstairs knocked on my door very irate and mad called me and my family ------- while we where moving in and, and said that I don't belong here all while her feet was placed in my doorway pointing her fingers I asked her to move out my door way and I shut the door. But so far it's been Okay.

The overall moving experience was great. Staff was extra helpful each step of the application and move in process. The property in itself is beautiful and extremely well kept, I would definitely recommend the property in the future.

This community has been awesome so far! Trevor and Shannon are amazing at what they do! I am very pleased with the situation so far. I am looking forward to meeting more of my neighbors after we heal from the present pandemic. Altair has done a great job at being responsible and keeping us safe.

It's been ok. Just ok. While there are some nice things here like maintenance, I don't think this complex deserves to call itself a "luxury apartment complex". Maintenance didn't respond to my request for a week, leading to all the fridge in my food to spoil.

The entire staff was incredibly helpful and very kind throughout my move in process from signing my lease to handing me my keys. They were also always quick to answer any of my questions. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are very well maintained!

It is extremely load with the road noise from the highway. The grounds are not being well maintained. It will look like a standard apartment complex within 2 years, not a luxury community as they advertise.
