Please tour before doing anything. I’m ready to buy out of my lease it’s only been 1month. It has potential to be a great apartment community. But the maintenance is not up to standards and upkeep of buildings. Location is great, parking ehhh, and trash area is atrocious. That could be solved easily by placing a secondary trash area. They paint over everything to make it seem like it’s move in ready.

It’s nasty and these apartments should be cheaper than they are it’s not worth at all renovated should be cheaper than and the classic should also and the dumpster area every day nasty all day long I’ll go out there and clean up myself and it’s back dirty in less than a hour like I never touched it terrible community

Lack of communication when a service order is submitted. I get the automated responses. I have a water leak in my kitchen that is still not completed resolved, even though I received a “work order closed” email. It has been over a week and at no time was I provided an update. I also submitted a work order for my dishwasher. After several days, with no communication advising if the problem was resolved, I happen to catch someone in the office and asked about my dishwasher. The maintenance person, responded with “oh yea, I fixed it”

I have nothing to say! This has been my only qualm except for the fact that summertime, vacation the pool wasn’t available for us due to maintenance. At 1 point it was closed for weeks at a time!! Summer is only a few weeks of hot swimming weather to be able to swim especially those who work and want to take a dip after work!

The community as a whole is a nice place to live. Maintence is friendly and efficient with any requests I've sent in. The grounds are taken care of weekly and the noise level isn't too bad. People typically are friendly and keep to themselves. It's a pet-friendly community, which I love. It's near all the local shopping I want to be at as well. This is a perfect spot to be at.

El ambiente es muy tranquilo y el lugar está muy bien ubicado; pero la atención hacia los inquilinos de parte del personal de atención al cliente no es muy buena. A su vez se suma el poco uso de la piscina en verano casi no permiten el uso porq siempre está la mayor parte del tiempo en mantenimiento.

In the seven years that I've resided here, I have been happy with the present management and maintenance staffs, and this property has changed hands about three-four times. The few visits I've had to the leasing office and my maintenance requests have always been met promptly with professionalism, courtesy, patience and satisfactory resolutions. As a senior citizen, these attributes are much appreciated.

The maintenance individual was accommodating and after some time was able to resolve the issue with the ac unit. he informed me in intervals throughout the process and shared parts he had to change due to being old and and worn out. Very professional and kind. the experience was great. no issues since the AC was fixe.

The maintenance team is very nice, but things just don’t get done in a timely or even efficient manner here. The leasing office staff are the issue. When we first moved in, things seemed okay, but we have grown exhausted from always having to do their jobs for them.

Life has become a bit less stressful and a lot more fun since I decided to live at Arbor Steele Creek. From the extremely helpful office staff to the timely maintenence crew, there is not much I don't like about my community. I enjoy the amenities provided and look forward to events planned at different intervals. I was even surprised when there was a raffle for paying rent on time and I won. One of my favorite weekends apart from the food truck day. Apart from all that, the location is pretty convenient, relatively close to some really nice parks, and has made living in Charlotte much more comfortable. 11/10, definitely would recommend.

Es una comunidad muy tranquila y el lugar muy acogedor, me gusta el apartamento, muy adecuado y muy limpio. Las áreas son muy bonitas para poder caminar y el Gimnasio muy cómodo para realizar ejercicios. Espero poder vivir muchos años aquí.

UNPROFESSIONAL, UNHELPFUL. RUDE, DISGUSTING

Do not move here unless you want to deal with a year and a half worth of roaches, your car being towed, the office staff arguing with you and being rude and egotistical instead of helping you…. your car getting broken in to and them giving you attitude when you ask if they have surveillance footage (posted that there are cameras in the neighborhood but apparently they’re are none and you should assume that i guess). the pool never being open.. the gym also never being open. your mailbox being broken for months and attitude when you ask if they have your mail at the front by chance (they dont and dont know where it is why should they). them asking you for your second house key because matinence lost theirs and never returning your key to you. the pest control you pay monthly for never showing up when they were supposed to to deal with said roaches and its your fault that they never showed up apparently. the front office impeding in your home and business without permission when pest control does finally show up (pest control didnt work). mold on the ceilings. trash. all over the neighborhood. so much more but i moved out months ago down the street to an insanely better place for less than the $1500 i was paying a month for 600 sqft of that mess. my biggest issue over all was the rude egotistical unhelpful office women. one in particular who is lucky i dont remember her name. unprofessional at the most. save yourself the experience of a year of the worst place you could ever live. i wouldnt live here even if they paid me.

En general el lugar está bien. Solo que deberían de rotular en las zonas verdes y también en el área de recreación para perros que el que lleve a su perro ahí recoja sus poop es de mal gusto pasar por las zonas verdes y ver como las personas no recogen eso que debe ser su responsabilidad, eso es bastante desagradable. Y también debería alguien de mantenimiento hacer un recorrido a diario y chequear que no haya basurilla en las zonas verdes o en los alrededores de los balcones, eso es otra cosa que no se ve bien y da mal aspecto para la comunidad.

It’s been fair—poor. I’m not running out of here but I will likely not live here again. I’ve had mail stolen. Ive had pest issues since the start. Maintenance is difficult to get a hold of. Staff is not there to help, rather the are just there to make sure they get a paycheck. Get a copy everytime you pay. I’ve been contacted that I missed a payment when I in fact never did. It’s just poorly run in my opinion and they are not very help when they’re is a problem. They’d rather just push the problem off on something else or straight up tell you you’re out of luck.

The community is very clean and pristine, yet neighbors are pretty noisey! The staff is so helpful and sweet, extremely understanding and responsive. I think some emails may get lost and/or sent to spam, so I would recommending sending a follow-up email if you haven't heard back from them, but the staff are apologetic and sweet.

You need more staff. The person at the front desk signing documents should not have to leave the front desk to go shampoo the carper in a newly rented apartment. Additionally, the garbage remains in the hallways unattended for several days posing a health and safety hazard.

there hasn’t been great communication when it comes to maintenance. the pool hasn’t opened yet (today is june 30th). the playground could use an upgrade. the buildings could use an upgrade. there’s always trash outside of the compactor (A LOT). i’m not really impressed with the community. the pictures online do not represent the community
