The trash does still come but it says he starts at 7pm but he starts at 5pm. Takes forever for maintenance to complete task. Walls are just painted over and they look terrible. Paint is literally rubbing off.

It has steadily declined over the course of the time I've been here. They now care more about rent and social activities than the true living experience of the residents. My vehicle was stolen in the summer and they did absolutely nothing to help in resolution. There are no cameras on the grounds either. If continued to have issues with noise from neighbors and reached out to the staff for support and they did nothing. The pool opens late every season and doesn't get the constant maintenance that it should with it being such a large community. Lastly there's always an update or issue regarding rent pay. I utilize a rental pay app that allows me flexibility with paying my rent according to my pay schedule. Each time there has been a change to their resident portal, it prohibits me from using that app and payment needs to be submitted in full by money order. Otherwise I incur the late fee which wouldn't be an issue if I could pay as I normally do through that app. The staff has given me a hard time regarding rental payment in the past due to their mistakes and I've had to chase them down to get resolution, sending numerous emails and having to stop working to go into the leasing office. Out of the almost 5 years I've been here, I'm the least satisfied with the staff working with this complex through Rangewater.

The experience has not been pleasant, most of the problems have been settled but has left a bad taste in my mouth. We were not able to move in when we needed to, we found that we had roaches!! We asked for a storage unit when we moved in, we were told we would get the key in a few days. Six week later we found we were being charged but had no storage unit. We received credit but not all of it. I have gone to the office every month since September and it is now about to be February and I still have not gotten credit for the money I paid. This make me wonder if when we move will I have problem getting my deposit back.

In the 2 years that I lived there management is terrible, they changed it twice, the pool and gym never work in the hot summer of last year, the pool was closed most of the time, a lot of noise on the upper floor and always picking up things that were thrown from the floors above when I didn't sign the contract they increased $200 to $400 more per month, also with many more people than those legally registered in the apartments, the cockroach infestation increased. I did not recommend it.

The move in experience at arbor steel creek has been a pretty easy transition. The staff has been very helpful and made the move in easy. The only complaint I have is that it is impossible to get anyone on the phone in the office. If you want to speak to anyone you have to email or go to the office in person. Other than that it's been great

Pretty good except the trash pickup. Sometimes trash is left for days and the critters get in the bags leaving food and trash outside my door. Also bugs are appearing in the apartment (roaches). Staff is good

Prior to the entrance of current management company, the office staff was more "friendly" towards elderly renters. There seemed to be a greater willingness to assist seniors with maintenance concerns like trash removal for items we are no longer able to carry to the dumpster. It felt more welcoming. Now it seems requests are ignored or hold low priority and the response usually begins with: "We don't do that" or "All you need to do is...." There has been no interior maintenance done on this apartment in the last 7 years. It could use fresh paint and mini blinds replacement.

It's been mostly unenjoyable. The complex was dirty and vermin infested for 2/3rds of my lease. Not only that, there's been MANY issues regarding fees. Most of the promised amenities were off limits for most of the lease due to "cleaning". It's to the point where i don't even use them anymore. I have been charged for internet even though i already had it, and several other issues. There has been some good things about my experience but it's not worth mentioning. Once my lease is up i won't be returning.

Management is horrible when it comes to customer service, we have a downgraded apartment and are forced to pay the same as upgraded units. They raise rent $200 when you go to renew, pool and gym are always down for repairs and closed most of the summer. They don't answer the phone.

My car has been broken into twice with in 3 months. The property manager said the they have no camera on the property except a dummy camera near the trash compactor. Initial move in was suppose to be for the updated floor plan but when I walked into te apartment it was the regular floor plan. Rent for the a 1x1 apartment also dropped $300 for a new lease this mint h but when I reached it they said that it was not applicable for current residents. I will not be signing another lease

Here since 2019 trash has always been an issue and still an issue. As of 2023 do not like the parking pass and the timeframe for maintenance. I have to pay a fee to pay my rent with a check in the app

I've lived here since 2004, in a different building until 2028. It was a great place to live and still is in ways. Nice apartments, location, fellow residents. But the changing of property management 3 times has resulted in a decline of upkeep on the property, garbage, pool, exterior of buildings. Poor communication about things and unnecessary charges.

We were pleased with the office staff when touring and moving in. We had some difficulties with move in, there were holes in the wall in places as well as the kitchen faucet was broken among some other small issues. It took several tries to get things fixed by maintenance in January. Our faucet is still broken/wiggly. We were very impressed with the added amenities when touring and moving in, they were a huge reason we chose to move here. We have been disappointed with the regular lack of access to the gym (closed several weeks March through June and then closed again in late summer) and with the pool not opening until July. Overall we are fairly satisfied with our apartment and the quiet community itself but some things are left to be desired.

I have had the worst time with this apartment complex. The front staff never get back to you or send generic responses and do nothing about it. Also maintenance takes forever to take care of simple issues. There is trash everywhere from the overflowing trash area to neighbors throwing trash everywhere. They are horrible about communicating changes or new rules implemented in the community. The new ownership of the community has done a horrible job communicating with us residents and have led me to absolutely hate my time living here. If I was able to break my lease without loosing thousands of dollars I would have months ago.

This apartment complex is absolutely unbelievable and unbearable! From the minute you step onto the property you are being gaslighted and lied to about EVERYTHING. Apartments are cheaply painted over without being cleaned, the outside is consistently foul with garbage overflowing everywhere you look, old food all over the staircases and yards, wasp nests everywhere, and not to mention THE COCKROACHES. The cockroaches are in every single inch of the apartments multiple people from different buildings and neighbors of my own have all said the exact same thing, “There’s cockroaches everywhere no matter what we do and the office either ignores our pest control requests or send one guy out that doesn’t know what to do, no matter what they always come back in a matter of days”. The “weekly professional pest control” they offer is absolute garbage they either come in and say “the stuff i did last time should be working so idk” or they never show up and tell the office they did! The people working in the office are absolutely clueless and care more about their own personal phones than trying to help anyone. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! This complex will make your life unbearable and no one will help you here

The new management company never answers the phone to help with resident questions. The pool is not open despite it being almost July. The trash pickup is very inconsistent. It is sad that this property changed hands.

My experience here is nice. They keep area clean and the neighbors I got to know doing different events that complex offers are nice. When you need repairs or explanation on events staff is very helpful

I love my apartment, there are a few damages on the bathroom sink handle and I don't have a trash can. Other than those 2 things I have no complaints. Very cute, quiet neighborhood. Very close to everything I need including my job. Love the girls in the office they helped me tremendously!

Of course I could say everything was great. But that wasn't the case. First I had issue with the keylock and had to get assistance with that...ok...could have been user error...but the front office person had to try a couple of times herself before getting the key lock to open. No biggie... I got in to the apartment. I did like the apartment and would have been happy to apply that day. However when I asked for the quote, again same young lady was more than happy to get that over to me. However, 1 hour later I still had not received it, so I called her back. She says, I'll send it again. And she did However the quote did not have the dates we discussed....to many issues. That I'm not willing to deal with.

So far I like it good people and quiet. Maintenance don't come within 24hrs but gets the job done when they come. Staff always nice and welcoming. Good place to be in. Just a few things I would change meaning to fix in the apartment but otherwise comfy place

Neighborhood is in a great location ,however the communication of maintenance lacks severely. The turnover is pretty bad as far as staffing of maintenance. The lack communication is annoying and no one is taking accountability for the lack of customer service

It was hard to get a hold of my leasing agent. And it still is. One week before our move we got changed of apartment, from one on 1st floor to another on 3rd floor and we didn't even get a different price on rent.
