Only problems I've had is renewing leasing I feel like there is a lot of missed communication but I love it here and the neighborhood is very calm and it's a great place to live. Maintenance also does a wonderful job always

I Love swimming in the pool. I like to go to the gym. I have lived in this apartment area for about 5 years. Everyone in the staff is very nice. I have 3 nieces and 2 nephews that I love very much. I love my family.

Its a great community. The staff is amazing and great changes constantly for the betterment of everyone. Each service request is completed and each incident is handled efficiently and effectively. Keep up the great work!

Poor response to complex maintenance and neighborhood issues. I've advised management several issues in and around the complex concerning safety issues, broken amenities, the population of renters in apartments and the behavior of tenants and NOTHING has improved

Leasing office put Tenets above you that have kids that make lots of noise where YOU WILL MISS WORK DUE TO LOUD BANGING JUMPING, DON'T PUT ANYTHING ONYOUR WALLS DUE TO THE WILL FALL FROM THE OTHER TENETS.

All issues that I have came across eventually get addressed which is why I continue to renew my lease each year. I most likely will continue to renew each year until I purchase another home within the next two years.

My experience has been great so far maintenance responded promptly to the minor issues that i requested to be fixed in my apartment no complaints. The staff seems to be helpful and professional when called upon for questions.

I've had a great experience at this community. The leasing office host occasional events to show their appreciation for their residence. They have very nice amenities (pool & fitness center). I would definitely recommend!

Quite simply not good. After having my move in date moved back 1 week with no notice, the apartment was still not ready for move-in. The cleaners had apparently never showed up. The cleaners have since been scheduled twice only to never show up. I've also submitted a maintenance request regarding the lock not working well with my key and have heard nothing.

I have been telling the staff about the problem with the lights in the common area since I moved in. At first only one light was out and the one that worked was flickering. The maintenance people promptly took care of any issues that I had inside the apartment. The staff is sometimes slow on taking care of issues in my common area.

extremely dissatisfied. the spring into summer months were miserable because of a faulty air conditioning unit that took months to be fixed. then followed a roach infestation that persists. roaches are everywhere jn this apartment. this is disgusting and unsanitary

Listen we put in reviews to save you heartache, headaches and money. This place is the worst. The staff has an attitude because they are not able to do their jobs. No empathy..John from the company that manages this place at RKW is also the worst. If I use chain of command why are you mad. I put in a maintenance request and they don’t follow through. Next I contact Luke Woods the manager and he does nothing next is the company that manages this slump. If you come make sure you ride around the entir complex to see the trash bin that they have hiding in the back! Disgusting! Since I started complaining I no longer get emails about the events that they offer at the office. I wish I would have read the reviews!! It’s not worth the money I promised. It’s not a good place to waste your money. Paying a price to comfortable live comfortably is one thing but paying to heartache and headaches are another. Don’t waste your time or money.!!!They change staff members like they change underwear. That’s a red flag! Stay focused and informed.

Up until about 4 months ago, my stay here has been rather pleasant. I've never had any issues with my neighbors, the staff was always pleasant, and it was located conveniently to my job. It's a fairly safe and quiet neighborhood. Lately however, I've had maintenance issues that aren't being properly addressed. There seems to be no sense of urgency and no real attempt to figure out the root cause of the problem. It's very unfortunate, because I enjoyed living in this community.

Terrible maintenance service , we have more than 37 days with water leaking from air condition system and it is still leaking water, plus the ceiling damaged due leaking water problem from 2nd floor and big hole on sheetrock is still in the closet

AWFUL. Please save your money and your time and do not move in here. My husband and I live here and we hate it. There are so many awful problems we've had. Here's just another bad thing to add to the experience we've had her. The trash area is always overflowing because the compactor is always broken. It’s like this almost every week. As well as our “bulk pickup” area, construction workers use it because the office lets them and it’s honestly just a pile of trash in the middle of the neighborhood!!!! What the f. Please don’t move here!!

Everything is amazing. The staff is so helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. There is always good communication and when one needs anything they get to it immediately. I recommend moving to the Arbors of Steele Creek

There as been a roach problem and the office communication seems to lack following up on anything that I have asked or called about. Other than that the grounds are nice and the pool/gym are a nice feature to have.

I moved into my apartments during the height of the pandemic (June 2020). Each leasing agent on the property helped me along the way to make sure my moving process wasn't tedious. Thank you for being knowledgeable. I appreciate it!

My roommate and I signed a lease for one unit which was not ready on our move-in date, and we were told to sign a new lease for a different unit having not been able to view either unit before signing either lease. Upon walking into the "ready" apartment, we were hit by an overwhelming stale cigarette smell. We could not help but notice the multitude of dead AND alive roaches on the floors of every room, the kitchen sink, the kitchen cabinets, everywhere. The dust had not even been wiped off of ceiling fans before we were given the keys. We did not move in on our move-in date(Friday) and when we tried calling the office, they would not answer our phone calls until we used a phone number they did not have on file. We were then told we had to wait until the following Monday to talk with a manager about our options. We are terminating our lease and will not be living in these apartments. Our unit was overpriced for what we received and are aggravated by the lack of professionalism and communication on behalf of the leasing office.

Moved in April 2021 and problems since moved in. Gym area is great and well equipped. Appliances are old and outdated. Appliances continue to break down and the response rate is extremely slow due to multiple reasons. Property management lacks empathy and minimized most of my concerns

Is this a joke? I lived here for 4 plus years with no damage to the apartment and you all sent me a check for $4.99. This place used to be beautiful until the management change to RKW and the place went downhill. The quality of neighbors went down and people disrespect the property. Loud music at night, the inability to find a parking spot at your building, people smoking weed, people grilling on their balconies, roach infestation, trash/liquor bottles on the ground, broken down cars, and half broken trash compactor is only the start. Instead of the manager resolving the issues, they rather move you to another building and you been living at the complex longer than the troublemakers. And having a food truck coming to the complex weekly is not a way to butter up the residents. There are more serious issues that need to be addressed. For any new folks moving to the area, DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE!! THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS. DO NOT LEASE ANYTHING FROM RKW RESIDENTIAL PERIOD!!! You're better off living off Arrowwood at this point. Attached are pictures of the my former apartment without damage as well as other pictures. Additional pictures to come.

It's an awesome place very quiet and friendly neighbors great surrounding gardens the apartment seem large and have wooden floors and carpeted bedroom and the leasing is fast in answering calls helping
