It was a rough move in but I am now adjusted to my apartment. It's quiet and it's spacious. I've experienced no big issues thus far in my apartment. And although it was a rough start, I believe I will be living here for a while.

Never had any problems here. It's quiet and nice. Very close to a lot of shopping and Parks. I would suggest to friends and family to move in here if they're looking for an apartment. Most of all the staff is wonderful

Not pleasant with the leasing assistant. He didn't seem to care to welcome u while interviewing the apartment and didn't ask any questions and not showing any hospitality that made you feel unwelcome

Maintenance takes forever to get to you and the valet trash folks aren't consistent. Apt staff is nice, but you can't get a live person on the phone. There isn't any type of security on the premises and a lot of residents are loud. They do lots of events at the rental office for residents too.

This apartment leasing consultant Nativity is amazing, she is helping and very friendly. How ever, if you submit the maintenance request, it would be taking forever , or no one show up fix your problem but telling you that the work is done.

Worst Apartments ever
Let me save you the trouble, do not absolutely live in these apartments. We signed a lease before we actually saw the apartment and it was bad. We had no washer or dryer for at least the first 4 months with us staying there, also out sink kept leaking and maintenance drags there feet to get anything done. The management there is horrible and very unaware about anything they are doing we had to break out lease and move out we found a better apartment right down the road for a better price , and its a lot more welcoming then these are. I would save you the trouble and not live at arbor trace.

The team must be stretched thin, it takes entirely too long for responses on request. There are a lot of things I could say negative about the complex in general but I know that the leasing staff Is at least trying.

I enjoy living at Arbor Steele Creek. Management has improved since 2019 and very responsive. My neighbors are friendly and we look out for one another. Finally, the community events are great incentives.

It was excellent to begin with, but overall poor currently. Grade C. The potential to return to its former quality would be easy to achieve; it would just require "an effort"; which is in short supply at the place now among the staff.

Everything is amazing so far, with the only problem that maintenance takes very long to fix any request. But everything else like the apartment complex is well taken care of. The Gym need a little cleaning.

The apartment has been mostly good, however when I wanted to move in they were STILL painting parts of the apartment so I had to wait for that. My washer was not hooked up because of issues and it's been a week and it is still not fixed. There were also some issues with the apartment as if the people that looked before hand didn't even check anything. Other than those minor issues I guess it's been fine

Just moved in a couple weeks ago and overall I love it I did have to clean a little bit more once I settled in but I didn't have any big issues I would recommend spraying your own bug spray before moving but I have had no problems with bugs or anything I would recommend this apartment to my family and friend s

This experience has not been good I was given an apartment that is completely different from the apartment that I toured initially. There still has been no remedy on fixing the issue and they are major issues with this apartment that need to be fixed immediately.

Apartments are alright. lots of bug problems. trash isn't collected like they say, so trash piles up a lot on the property. Its dog friendly, but the park is trash and they don't refill the dog poop bags. Neighborhood is pretty selfish all together Lost of trash all over the property. They only have one maintenance worker so nothing gets done in a timely manner.

It is a nice community with proximity to various stores and shops. The apartments have plenty of space for people starting out or looking for somewhere simple to live. Be mindful of morning and afternoon traffic!! Leave early and/or on time wherever you're going!!!

The apartment is very nice only thing i didn't like was the counter top did not look like the floor plan & my sink and tub is not draining, there is a crack in my floor i didn't get a valet trash can there is a lot ! i don't think i should have any problems paying $1300

Lovely, the area is beautiful and so is the apartment unit, Nativity was an amazing help to my fianc? and I. If there was a problem she worked with us on it, with it being solved quickly. Love seeing the dogs and neighbors walking around in the nicer weather!

Very nice community to live in, people are kind and thoughtful of each other. The staff are courteous and tries to make the tenants living experience pleasant. I would recommend Arbor Steel Creek to all.
