Honestly I haven't always had the best experience with the complex I had to ask more then 3 times for someone to remove trash from across the hall (Trash was sitting outside and smelling up the third floor for over a month. Once I finally was fed up and went to the office to let the manager know and he seemed to have a attitude with me like this is my first time complaining . I have seen 2 roaches inside or near my doors. Let me remind you I have never had bugs in any residents I have stayed in (So it makes me wonder where are the roaches coming from). Pest control is charged in the rent so I was very confused when I seen a small roach crawling in my kitchen( when I thought that's what I was paying for). They also have problems with wasp's, sometimes I cant sit out on my patio because they are flying everywhere. I wasn't allowed to have some type of PRIVACY on my own balcony (which include curtains even if they are professionally done) that I pay $1163.00 every month for (My apartment is facing the parking lot so sometimes I may not want the whole world in my business. I also didn't like the fact that SPECTRUM is the only service provider the complex uses because satellites are prohibited. Not ALL PETS ARE ALLOWED so ask before moving in this place. I also expected the 3rd floor to be the cheapest because of how many steps it is but NOPE I pay more then the 2nd floor when it is a lot harder to move things to the 3rd floor then it would be to the 2nd floor (GOOD COMMENTS) but other then that the complex is pretty quite kids can go outside and play without any issues or loudness, gym stays open 24/7 if you like to work out, THEY DONT TOW CARS (your guest can park overnight if necessary) which is great. Neighbors mind their business for the most part ( You will always have that one) I would only recommend this place to a friend if they are looking for a quite environment with plenty of different food options other then that I know for a fact there are other options in the area with better pricing.....

Roaches are horrible here....Not all apartments have them & management/ staff will lie just to rent the apartment! Don’t let them sucker you in by the move special! Please do your research before considering moving here!

we love living here we had to do an urgent move due to our old apartment complex not fixing a mold issue so we contacted erika here at arbor and she jumped right on it and had us moved in asap everything was so smooth we couldn't have asked for a better appartment

I have thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay in the Arbor Steelcreek apartment complex. More importantly, I am thankful for the professionalism displayed by the friendly staff. If not for the purchase of my new home, I would certainly continue my residence here and will highly recommend this wonderful community. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and schools. With the moderate size of this community, it is impressive to experience the personal attention and interaction provided by the amazing staff. Prior to this, I had never written a review for any apartment community. This isn't to say the others were bad, I just had never experienced an entire staff so friendly, professional, and accommodating. You will not be disappointed!

I have had a pleasant experience here up until this year. This year they made me move out to upgrade my apartment to a deluxe...the process was not pleasant. I've been a tenant for 7 years and I have excellent rental history, they did not offer to help me move or accommodate me in any way. They made me move out for a week and pay another deposit for the same unit. My neighbor upstairs said that they did not make him pay another deposit for his unit when it was upgraded. The apartment was poorly updated, the paint job is mediocre, holes were left in my ceiling from putting in new fixtures.

it's been great i enjoy the neighbors that i've had over the several years that i have lived here and the new friends i continue to make the pool is wonderful to have when it gets hot and i can stay there all day and relax cookout swim it's a great way to spend a day home i have no complaints at all

So far so good. I don't have any complaints. I enjoy the location of the apartments. Close too many places I go to on the weekends and also I mostly love the hard wood floors, the balcony space, and the set up of the apartment in it's entirety. It's cozy just for me.

I just moved to this community about 4 months ago. I really like its so far, really clean, trash is mostly always full in the mornings but they take care of it before the day is out. It's quiet for the most part. I can hear a lot of noise from the people above me (all kind of noises) , so I worry the people under me can hear my son playing. Other than that I really enjoy it, the people are nice. Hopefully this summer is good as well. The office staff are nice and helpful and I love love love that they can receive packages when you're not home. Coming from jersey I truly appreciate that! I asked about moving to a larger apartment when my lease is up, so I definitely would suggest this community to others.

I have lived here since the beginning of January and so far it has been nothing but exceptional. Friendly office staff and prompt maintenance make this place great. If there is ever an issue, it is handled accordingly. I have lived all over the Steele Creek area as I have been here for 18 years, and this has been the best of the best. If you want quality living for a great rate, I definitely recommend Arbor Steele Creek.

The grounds are clean at all times. Office staff are EXTREMELY polite and processional. I put in a ticket for a repair, and it was completed the next day. Great job. I would recommend Arbor Steele Creek to everyone.

would recommend this neighborhood to anyone. It is safe, clean, and well maintained. The staff are friendly and are prompt in their response to maintenance issues. The fitness center is top notch and the pool is great along with the gas grills. The updated playground and dog park are great for families. The location is great as well. Rivergate Shopping Center is within a mile, as well as access to major roads and highways. I have lived here for over a year and I am proud to call this place home.

Very safe, clean and quiet community.Years ago I chose this place because of the friendly staff and the great price offered to settle in the Steele Creek area and that hasnt changed. However, the staff here are ever advancing in certain areas to always keep ahead of the needs of the residents and community. Ive lived here for several years moving from a 2 bd room to a 1 bd room. I dont plan on leaving unless I move to another state or become a homeowner.

I been here since 2016 i love my apartment. I don't plan on leaving til i find a house. The staff is very professional and friendly. We have a lot of fun events and giveaways. It's very safe and peaceful here. I would highly recommend my apartment home.

Office staff is always very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. Any maintenance request is always answered quickly and work is done professionally. Grounds are kept clean and I have never had any problems with noise or neighbors

I have lived here for about 6 months now, I love ASC. Wish i wasn't moving out but unfortunately it has become too expensive for me to stay. But after shopping other apartments in the area the past few weeks, its clear that you get the quality you pay for. My dog loves laying out on the deck in the sun, too bad i never got to experience the pool since it was closed (seasonally) during my stay here. The office staff are very helpful, and maintenance is on top of the ball. I had an issue once during off hours with my a/c (which was my fault for freezing it accidentally) and they sent out an on call guy to come fix it and it was resolved within 2 hours since it was summer time and 82 degrees outside. Really gonna miss it here.
