Some early issues with management have been resolved, and problems have been quickly addressed by the new management. Maintenance was quick to fix problems on punch list. Did a great job of listening and being attentive to needs of my senior mother who is the occupant.

This community is beautiful, the staff is amazing as well. The location is perfect since I am close to work and nearby stores and Carowind. I am completely satisfied with my apartment, even though the kitchen in my unit is a little outdated. That's just a minor thing though.

I love the staff and my neighbors.i haven't had any problems living here..my only problem is the .residents with than that everything is just waiting on the gym to open that i properly won't use.

This is my first time renting and the staff at the apartment community has made our stay here easy, taught me alot, and last but not least enjoyable. The amenities are growing, there's alot of pet owners, (dog friends) the community v is always well kept and beautiful. The staff changes alot but everyone that works here is usually so nice and helpful. Apartments are 1 and 2 bdrm, a little small but they've just built storage spaces and garages that will be available for rent.

Ok experience could have been better. Counter top was not glued down upon my moving date. Wall has grease/oil stains from previous renter and try to say they painted over it. Air vents completely disgusting.

Exelent and Renovated Aparment, nice Community, we have School, Shopping Centers, Park and recreational activities centers, easy access to comen apts no traffic. I'm recommended to all my friends to come to the Arbor Trace Aparment.

Very nice community to live the staff are very nice. The community is very quite and clean which i love even tho it's summer time i hardly see kids being out and about. The community is close to very nice shopping centers

We moved in on June 1, 2018, and were told that the fitness center will be completed at the end of June. I called a couple of weeks ago and was told that it would be completed at the end of July. Today is August 1, 2018 and now I am told that they have no idea when will the fitness center will be completed. I asked them about the laundry facility and that too is under renovation so even if you wanted to do laundry at the apt complex you cannot because there is NO LAUNDRY facility, that too is under construction. I am in the process of building my new home and my house will be completed from the ground up before your renovations of the fitness and laundry facility will be completed. You do not mind charging me extra each month for the fitness center and the laundry and not once were we offered a discount since we cannot use the facilities. Shame on you for not caring about your tenants. Would not recommend this apt complex to my friends of family.

The staff has been extremely helpful and pleasant. There hasn't been anything they weren't willing to help me out with. The local area has so many things to offer. I would gladly recommend moving to Arbor Steele Creek Apartments.

I would definitely recommend Arbor Steele Creek. The complex is clean, quiet and comfortable and any maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. It's by far the best deal in the area. I've been here for several years and will likely be here until I decide to purchase a home.

You can't have people come over you house without them assuming that they live in your apartment my nephew car broke down in the apt complex maintenance was onsite while his car was getting towed the next day I received a notice stating that if he lives there I need to put him on the lease I advised them he does not stay there Then 4 month later on June the 7th I received a notice stating that a --------- was living in my home and that I need to put him on the lease I explained to them that I did not know a --------- then They came back and said that the notice was issued to the wrong apartment and to disregard it About 2 days later I received a call from -------- stating that ------- the manager at the apartment complex wanted to meet with me When I got there I was told that they had received a complaint about weed smoking and young adults hanging in my apartment i was offended it's just me there and I don't smoke nor drink when I advised her it was not coming from my apartment she then tried to pin a car break on me that happened prior to me moving in until I interject and told her that when I was moving into the apartment the neighbor told me it's not safe due to car break in and young guys hanging in the parking lot all night she also said that someone's car windows were busted out prior to that's when -------- from the rent office came back and said oh that was not your apartment it was someone else's apartment then she tried to justify the car break in by saying there was a expensive pocket in the front seat and that was why the car was broke into about a week later my apartment door was kicked in while I was not home my tv was stolen and they also took some money. Because it was Saturday and early in the morning I was only able to get in touch with the curtesy officer as I told him what happened he was not concerned about my safety at all he asked if I was home I told him I had to go out of town for my job and won't be back until next week on Wednesday and that my niece will be there upon his arrival he told me since she not on the lease once he fixes the door anyone not on the lease had to leave at this point I'm thinking I pay rent and I can't have company or anyone at my place while I'm not there this is crazy I went up to the office and told ------- that I don't feel safe and would like to be moved to another apartment and that if she was unable to I would like to end my lease her response was that she issued a 7 day notice for me to vacate the premises at this point I was just like wow my apartment was broken into and your issuing me a 7 day notice unbelievable management or maintenance dose not care about your safety they are more concerned about who is coming in and out of your apartment which should not matter as long as they don't live there

Overall, the experience is good. The office staff is helpful and nice. I enjoy getting the newsletters consistently ever month. I appreciate them notifying my promptly when I get a package. I enjoy the activities that they plan for the community.

The apartment staff is very helpful, they are adding storage units and upgrading the exercise room, the location of the apartments are great with Carowinds, Lake Wylie and several shopping units nearby.

It's typical apartment living. The walls and ceilings are thin, so you can hear noise from other apartments and outside. I like that it's modern, but i don't like that it's so small. There isn't constant noise from the neighbors which is great. The entire community is very clean.

I thought I liked it but after living there two years I wish I never moved in. The people throw chicken bones out all over the place I was taking them out of my dogs mouth all the time. The kids ran around wild all over the complex unattended. A large percentage of the people do not pick up after there dogs or them self. If someone drops something in the parking lot they just leave it. The office charged me a full months rent last month when I only had 5 days that was suppose to be taken out. They blamed me for not cancelling my auto pay? Then they told me I would get a check in the mail for a refund!? Don't move in here.

Arbor Steele Creek will meet all your living needs within the community. Then, to have your shopping, entertainment, restaurants & grocery stores close by is definitely a plus. You can't get a better location for your money.
