The community itself is safe. I enjoy the amenities and feel like this community is a great value compared to neighboring rentals. Residents will talk to each other in communal areas and there are many resident events. They are working on increasing even more safety measures by placing more cameras in lobbies and stairwells. It can be noisy at night with main road traffic.

We have lived at Sycamore at Tyvola for about 2 years now. We have been forced into having community WiFi here with our lease and it is the worst possible thing in the world. We pay $75/month for this service and it goes out almost weekly. My partner and I work from home and we get screwed constantly by the internet outages. We have been reporting issues for more than a year and a half and they still have not fixed the issue. Even with the new manager, they have done nothing. We have asked them to please void our monthly payment of $75 for an amenity that they are not upkeeping or maintaining. They have told us we will get a late fee if we don't pay for the WiFi. Cecelia, our old community manager was the exact same as our current community manager, Curtis Burton. Jasmine, one of the leasing agents, has been nothing but rude, disrespectful and insulting in this whole process. She has rolled her eyes at me, talked down to me, and has just been down-right disrespectful. Overall, if this is how they treat tenants that have paid rent on time every month, don't damage the unit, renew their lease multiple times, are quiet and mind their own business, I don't even want to know how they treat others who are in different situations. We will NOT be extending our lease here anymore. We also had someone break into our car, the pool is closed most of the year, they advertise a walking trail that they don't upkeep, the gym hasn't been cleaned in months, you can't email with anyone in the leasing office directly and they rarely answer their phones. They constantly have over half their units vacant since the new agency took over the property and we have watched countless neighbors move out in the last 6 months. I would recommend you look elsewhere.

The community is always clean and well lit. There are a lot of activities to participate in posted in the elevators. If there are any issues, they are addressed quickly. And it is so quiet, we love it

The community is wonderful; the grounds are well-kept aside from the pet waste left behind by residents. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally-located, and the office staff and maintenance team are very knowledgeable and friendly.

This community has been great since before we lived on site. The communication from the leasing office was what sold us. The apartments look as good as the ones closer to uptown, but the pricing is actually affordable. Everything has been clean. They take care of the grounds here. We are happy.

The community is dirty. The safety of tenants is not a concern from management. I have received numerous complaints falsely made against my apartment. Tenants living in the building are openly smoking drugs on balconies, even when the community is supposed to be "smoke-free". The majority of my lease there has not been a working elevator and limits the amount my family can even visit.

My overall experience here has been pleasant. The community and amenities are updated and appealing. However, noise can be an issue depending on the activity level of your neighbors, as the floors and ceilings do not seem to be very well insulated. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet community feel within 10 minutes of the city. It offers a great price for the overall quality.

Great place to live, feels very safe and is affordable for the area. Maintenance is done within a day usually and problems are always fixed. I've lived in two units here and haven't had any issues. Definitely recommend!

Very pretty community with nice office staff. Our 2 bedroom apartment is nice and open and we love all the natural lighting from the windows. The only issue we have had was noisy upstairs neighbors, however, the office has been very supportive of our concerns and seem to take them seriously. Will definitely be resigning!
