my experience was great. the property is well kept. i would recommend all of my friends to live there. i loved the pool area and fitness center. kelly, jasmine and Cecilia are very professional and knowledgable of what they are doing

It wasn't a pleasant experience because the apartment was dirty. Several cabinets were chipped and peeling. The apartment was barely cleaned prior to my move-in. After moving in and not being satisfied with the apartment. I requested to speak with the property manager on how this situation can be reconciled. I have yet to hear back from her unfortunately.

My husband and I moved in earlier this month and it has been a smooth process and great experience. The office staff and maintenance team have been amazing!! They have been so responsive and quick to answer any questions we've had. We love our apartment and the entire community. It's nice to have more room than most Charlotte apartments and surface lot parking!! We couldn't be happier!

Nice area, clean community. Rent increases have been the biggest issue. Went from $1400 to $1650 after a year of leasing. Grounds are kept decently well. Amenities are very minimal- gym is in need of new cardio equipment. Also no longer can print in the office and need to ask a staff member to print for you.

I've lived in this community since December 2020. I started off in a one bedroom and recently transferred to a two bedroom. Overall I've had a great experience since living here. The community and units are beautiful. The maintenance staff is fantastic and completes requests typically within 1-2 business days. They're also always waving and say Hi when they pass you in the community on their golf carts. The amount of land the community sits on is ideal for dog walking, and the fact that it's gated is an added bonus. One big downside of this community is you're very close to the police academy. Any time they're firing their weapons you'll hear it. We're also really close to the airport, so be prepared to constantly hear planes.

Work not sufficient, spot where the hole was is soft and caved it. I called and spoke to Jazmine about it and she said that she'd have someone come look at it specifically she stated that she's let Cecilia know but nothing has been done. As of now I am still not living in the apartment because I can not use the shower. I wish that the leasing office staff were more responsive.

Living in Sycamore at Tyvola community has been a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly, and extremely helpful in resolving any issues that arise. The grounds are well maintained and the facilities are better than many others I've lived at.

Friendly staff-quiet complex, grounds are well taken care off. Plenty of parking even when I come in late, Has a dog park, elevator built-enclosed; no outside stairs. Has a well kept pool and a nice gym.

My experience has been nice. I'm 10 minutes from work. The convenience of 3 major malls in the area. Also our community is pretty chill and the workout area is pretty new and clean. Also the pool is area is nice!

Not what I thought it would be when I moved in, at first glance it's a beautiful place to live once you're here you realized there's alot of trashy people and people who act like this whole place belongs to them and them only! The fire pit and grills have almost never worked, not mention we PAY $$$ for a gated secure community but the gates never work the key fob/ code readers are out dated and have issues working and people just come and go freely who don't even live here?? we have even had a shooting in my building on my floor??. And THEY STILL WANT TO RAISE MY RENT?? look else where

Sycamore at Tyvola is a beautiful community we have lived here for three years just renewed for the fourth year. Grounds are well kept and maintained. People I have had a pleasure to meet are very friendly.Alyson Royle Office Manager is very kind and helpful always a smile when I come in the office or ask her for help.

Alyson has been fantastic! Several maintenance issues at move in; smoke smell, apartment not well cleaned, appliance issues, etc. working through the issues with the team at Sycamore at Tyvola. Overall community is nice and quiet.

Our tour led by Alyson was pleasant and we received all of the information we needed. The community itself was beautiful and had everything we were looking for in our new home. We toured many apartments but this one really stood out. We are relocating from Florida and are excited to be apart of the community!

The apartment had many maintenance issues when it was first handed over other than that the staff are nice. The apartment's security and the community is clean but the initial paperwork was messy as the management just changed and they made a lot of mistakes with the paperwork. But they corrected it eventually

Very mediocre to port experience. Repairs are not completed timely or indefinite timeline for completion. Fire pit broken for many months, grills are always out of service. Complaints are not taken seriously.

I feel safe and have minimal issues with neighbors' noise through the walls or ceiling. The office staff is friendly. I enjoy the food truck events. However, when is the dog park going to be re-landscaped? It's been a mud pit for over 2 months now.
