The staff is absolutely incredible. The leasing office is always smiling and willing to help with anything. Very on top of everything. The work order guys that fix all my appliances are the nicest people I've ever encountered. They are fast and always have a smile. I have been living at sycamore for almost 2 years and I'm not planning on leaving until I get my house! I love this place.

    Community looks good . Security can be increased for pool . Rent is on higher side . Definitely it can be reduced. Maintenance and leasing office staffs are good and knowledgeable. All the issues are fixed immediately.

      Great place to live, safe friendly and responsible community. Ive continued after completion of my first year, in the same unit. Whenever theres a need of a maintenance, it always gets done on time. The commmunity online portal too is amazing. Easy to use and schedule monthly payments without any hassle.

        The community is fine. That's it - there's way more noise than in other apartments I've lived in, the community events are sad, there are walking paths, but they are very swampy always, even in a drought somehow - I could go on. Even if we weren't buying a home, I know we wouldn't be staying an additional year here.

          I truly enjoyed my experience at the community. The location and security made it great. The management company works hard to instill a sense of community, but with so many people it's not easy and I commend them on their efforts. The maintenance staff has been amazing and I was thankful for their speed when it rained in my bathroom. I am very happy I lived here while on COVID-19 lock down. Helped ease the stress.

            Nice modern gated community with great amenities (pool, gym, lounge, dog park). Each building has an elevator, which is handy for moving, grocery runs, handicapped. Recommend top floor unit as the soundproofing between you and neighbor above is not good....constantly hear them walking above my head and their dog.

              Security getting into the buildings is actually pretty good, however, people can come and go as they please at the gates to get into the complex. Gym is like a hotel gym, nothing special. Pool area is nice, and it is relatively close to all the going out hot spots. I don't see that there is a sense of community here, but have to remember that the Covid stuff is going on. Still think it is more expensive than it needs to be. the complex across the street is quite a bit less and it has all the same ammenities.

                The leasing staff are very friendly and answers all the concerns . They do a montly special like yoga, cookie decorations, etc., which are very fun to do and feels refreshing from regular day activities. The way they handled necessary precautions during the pandemic was very appreciative. The maintenance staff resolves the requests promptly. The community is very spacious and great for evening walks. Recreations like tennis court, swimming pool are an A+.

                    I moved from another state. The office staff was amazing and helped make it a smooth transition. The maintenance crew is friendly and get things done in a timely manner! The best part is each building has an elevator!!!

                    Easy move in experience. Safe community which is an added bonus. Apartments are spaced out and from the most part pretty sound proof. Friendly neighbors and pretty much quiet all day round. Clean and spacious. I'm happy about my decision.

                        I love living at Sycamore on Tyvola. This apartment community has everything you could ever ask for. Its beautiful, safe, and quiet. My 1 bdrm apartment is so spacious!! Maintenance requests are taking care of immediately and the office staff is so friendly! I amenities are so nice too! In addition, I love the little community its tucked away in and the location is so ideal! You're literally a short drive from everything. I've never been more in love with my apartment!

I am mighty impressed at each and everything and Kudos & cheers to the staff for its upkeep and maintenance. Facilities are really good and all the apartment design, appliances are all up to the mark and very modern and chic. For the rental amount charged it is totally worth it. I am very happy here,

                            The staff here are very friendly, i have not met anyone that wasnt polite and respectful.                               I've lived in a new apartment every year for the last 5 years and this is the one apartment that I do not want to leave! It's beautiful and I always feel safe. The flor plan I choose made it so my roommate and I could basically have the same size room and they're so big! I would be fine never leaving here.

                                  The staff and community is wonderful! We're very happy in our new home! We moved here from Nebraska and everything was completed prior to picking up the keys in person. The transition was very easy!                                   I did A LOT of research on apartment communities in the area before deciding on Sycamore at Tyvola. My decision was based on the location, price, layout of the community, and the friendliness of all of the staff. Hunter was sooo patient with me every time I visited, and even helped me measure the apartment to see if it would accommodate all of my furniture! So far, I have been very happy with my decision!

                                    Nice, pleasant and calm community. Apartments are beautiful and attractive. Pool view is awesome. Amanda and Hunter are really helpful and attentive. I just moved in and seeing lots of issues within apartment as Move in clean up was not done at all. I have raised maintenance request, hope so it will get resolved soon.

                                          For the most part the community is okay. I feel as though people who have more than one car should park on the back rows to ensure everyone gets a space. And people who stay above others shoukd be mindful of the noise they keep.

We do ask our residents to abide by the Charlotte Mecklenburg mandated quiet hours which are Monday through Sunday from 10 PM to 8 AM. Should you be experiencing issues with this after hours we advise residents to contact law enforcement to report a noise complaint as well as inform the Leasing Staff so we can contact the resident directly. As for parking we are more than happy to send out an email blast to our residents to remind everyone that we kindly ask those with multiple vehicles or guest to park towards the back of the parking lots to ensure parking for those who work later shifts.
