I relocated from Durham to Charlotte. Every time I called the leasing agents my questions would be answered, big or small. The leasing agents are professional, helpful and kind. The maintenance crew are also helpful and professional. Move in day, it took very little time to obtain my keys to move in. These are spacious apartments with lots of storage. I am so glad I moved here.

Moving can be stressful, however, Hunter, in the leasing office, made our experience very easy to move in! He was polite and always assisted all our needs. He was very efficient when answering back emails and was sure that all our paperwork was completed in a timely matter. Whenever we wanted to stop in by the office Hunter also took time out to meet with us and assist us. The community alone is so beautiful and clean. It caught our eye the minute we toured. The area is spacious and just seemed like home the minute we stepped in. The apartment designs are up to date and have large beautiful windows. There are only great things I have to say about this place. I love my new apartment, I could not have chosen a better place.

Loved the process, flexibility and security. Amanda was an awesome advocate. I also had great interactions with Chris! thank you both. I love the pool / grill / fireplace area and the cleanliness of everything in public areas.

Clean and well kept. Ashley was great from start to finish. She went over and beyond to accommodate me and make this an easy transition. I am thankful i came across the Sycamore. I've been a resident for 3 days but I'm excited about the future living accommodations.

I love the cleanliness of the community and how open the complex space is. Amenities are very nice, the complex has many cool events happening regularly. Maintenance is always killing it and responding to requests same day that it was put in. Staff is very nice and always willing to help. You do pay a bit more than you'd like but you get what you pay for. Only negative is not having enough accomodations for pets as far as bag stations.

Pros: Great location and amenities. Office staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is ample parking and great outdoor patio space. Cons: paper thin walls. You can hear every conversation from the hallway. You can also smell everything because of the poor barriers. Pool is great for sunbathing but no shade and not a lot of cabanas.

As soon as we pulled in we knew we wanted to live in this community. The apartment complex is nestled away from main roads so it's quiet, but it is still close to plenty of shopping and restaurant options. Staff was busy with other potential residents but greeted us as soon as we walked in and let us know there would be a wait. When it was our turn, we got the full tour, we got to see different models of what we were interested in leasing. We were told upfront about the specials and promtions that were being offered. The day we wanted to move in would have incurred additional fees and that was explained verbally and in email so we could make the best informed decision. Signing the lease was super easy and was done online, we only needed to show up with our deposit, rent monies and a few addendums that needed to be added to our file and we were handed keys! We were able to get our keys on a Sunday which was perfect for us and the apartment came wired for internet and a free cable box was included so we were able to have entertainment from day one. We had a few issues with hot water when we first moved in and management gave us access to an unoccupied apartment so we could take a decent shower since it was the weekend and no one could come out until Monday. The hot water issue was resolved quickly the following day. Overall, this has been an amazing apartment complex and experience. I would definitely recommend!

Very happy we found Sycamore apts. Close to the city, well maintained, staff is friendly and always ready to help. Balconies are larger than most I've seen, which was important to both of us. Plan on staying here.

This community is really good and having spacious apartment to live in.. I really the management staff and they take good care of resident. They treat everyone very gracefully.. special thanks to Rochelle for handling my process since the day I visited to see the community and day I moved in..

Pros: Staff is super friendly! nice place , new apartment . Cons: spectrum community wifi is really bad and hard to use little expensive for the market price this is nice place compared to other apartments in the same vicinity but definite no due to the wifi as you are paying for it still the service is really bad and frustrating

I've had a great experience so far. From the time I walked in to tour the apartments Ashley (and all the staff) have been phenomenal. I had a very quick move in and Ashley as so helpful and accommodated everything I needed.

It has been wonderful living at Sycamore at Tyvola. It is much more quieter than my previous apartment complex. The leasing staff is so quick answer questions and assist however way they can. This has definitely been my favorite place to live considering I have been in 4 apartment complexes in the past 5 years.

This community is here to please. We love the personal space afforded to us via beautiful grounds, ample space between buildings and the quiet atmosphere. If you like to socialize the amenities provide wonderful opportunities to meet new folks or enjoy your current crowd.

everything was good except the keys for the main door was not working we had to wait for someone to come and open the door for us. And the door door was not working properly. They fixed these when we moved in promptly though

Apartment is looks good and neighbors are good and - No car wash or cleaning space , no children's park or play area, typical Kind of hotel staying , and Expensive rents , not value for money . No flexible solutions about moving / renewing options from office , they say we are Brand new we are like this that , balw balw blaw

After walking the property with my initial experience and the overall cleanliness, high ceilings, brand new building and modern design really sold me. Best leasing office personnel and maintenance staff. Love it here so far. I give it 11 out of 10 stars if I could.
