Brand new, gorgeous community. Apartments are spacious with all up-to-date appliances (washer/dryer, fridge, HVAC, microwave, and ceiling fans). I searched many apartments in the area and this one was a no-brainer. Every single staff member is super friendly and a pleasure to see every day.

I have only been living at Sycamore at Tyvola a short time, however from my tour, application process and moving in experience has been great! The apartment was impeccable. The grounds/community are kept clean!

Courteous staff, prompt and thorough response to maintenance issues. Overall, it's a great community to live in! Definitely a "professional" environment, with few kids. Mostly singles/couples and families with 1 child.

The front office is amazing! Always eager to help and get back to you right away. Ashely and Amanda are wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. So far the community seems great ! Minor hiccups here and there, but brand new buildings and that is bound to happen. Love the fact it is brand new and has a elevator!! So close to work as well.

Have lived in the complex for approx. 9 months. The office staff are friendly and very competent. Any maintenance issues are generally resolved on either the same or next day. The property has little noise and thus far neighbors have been great. This has definitely been my best experience with apartment living in Charlotte.

I moved in to Sycamore at Tyvola a week ago and so far really like it. The floor plan is great and the office staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and responsive. The leasing process was easy, the property is really nice, and it's a good location.

The staff were friendly and everyone worked as a team helping me decide on the best location for me in the community! They call me by my name and that really makes it feel like home! Loreal answered all my questions and if she wasn't available someone else answered them. The property manager came out and welcomed me and also took me to see the apt one more time! I know how much team work can mean to a business owner and they are really doing a great job, the maintenance staff all made a point to say hello and introduced themselves and asked me if I needed anything.

Our experience at Sycamore at Tyvola has been very positive. Since the development is new, all of the apartments are in great condition, and all of the appliances are up-to-date. The community feels safe and secure, and the leasing staff is always willing to help you, from the application process to your move-in-date to adjusting to life in the community. Once construction is over, the community will be beautiful and peaceful!

The front office staff has not figured out the logistics of how to move in a resident smoothly. The best customer service I have received thus far is from the maintenance team. They are always quick to solve problems since this is a new development- so there are issues to work out.

Thus far, I have had a terrific experience renting with Sycamore. I am constantly blown away with the support of the staff members and feel like home when I come into the front office each day. The maintenance staff is phenomenal. Jose and Chris have both reported to calls about a maintenance issue quickly and solved the problem professionally.
