I have my keys, but I don't officially move in until I vacate my other lease. I'll move in on April 20th. My only complaint was the condition of the storage unit and the lock. I'll check back on Tuesday to see if I can move in as promised. I hope that it's cleaned and spray for pests. If not, I will have to look into an off site storage facility with better locks and cleanliness.

Our Staff are great and always eager to help you. Also, I can't say enough about our maintenance staff. They have always handled any call I have made in a timely fashion and are a pleasure to have come in to do the work. Great community to live in.

This is a beautiful place and the staff so far has been wonderful but there are a few issues. The main issue is the smell in the hallways. They offer front door trash pickup which is great but the smell in the hallway if terrible. Also the wall are really thin. You can hear everything. But there is really nothing they can do about that.

Overall, pretty positive experience. The property has relatively well maintained, the staff is courteous and attentive to your needs. The amenities are nice, although my wife and I only use the gym. The apartment is nice as well.

Excellent gated community with all amenities nearby. I would highly recommend would be really nice if they have children play area. Also sound insulation would have been little better. Leasing consultants are very friendly

The safety has become a big concern for me and some of the office staff are not approachable. I would want to move to another apt which is not in the private level as we have some security concerns during the night

It was amazing experience. Staff was brilliant. Apartment are spacious. Community is good. Good amenities. Good maintenance. It is very quite and it is really well made. No parking problem. It was a good experience.

Good move in process and ovarall ambience is great, the only thing at the downside is no car care center and kids play area, community activities should be increased and wooden surface should be made in such a way to avoid voice impact

Very new and unique. Plenty of parking and leasing office is a convenient walk. Leasing office is quick to respond to needs and provides friendly and quick service. Close to plenty of shopping and Interstate 77.

The staff is AMAZING everyone from the leasing staff to the maintenance crew has been nothing but exceptional! It's costly to live here, but you get what you pay for! I just renewed my lease and happy I did! If you are looking for a complex with great amenities and attentive staff, make Sycamore at Tyvola your home!

I love my new apartment home here at Sycamore at Tyvola! The staff is wonderful. Maintenance is always timely and very courteous. I've had nothing but great experiences each time I counteract with any of the staff members. The property grounds and buildings are very well kept. I also love that it is close to everything, such as shopping centers, Uptown Charlotte, the airport, you name it they're only within a few minutes drive!

I love it here. The residents are great, there's a real sense of community, and I absolutely love my apartment. It's easily accessible, great location, and actually fairly priced! Also, all my friends and family that have visited rave about it as well.

The apartment was clean and whole complex is very modern! The complex feels safe with security systems at gate, Individual apartment buildings and then use of your apartment key. WiFi was a bit of a process to set up but it's appreciated that it's included!

Quiet, spacious apartments and community. Fantastic large, top floor 1 bedroom with gorgeous, cathedral ceilings living room. Corner unit with lots of windows and natural light. Convenient to Uptown, SouthPark, and I77. Great pool, beautiful landscaping. Working people with families, peace and quiet.

I have loved everything about my experience with this complex. From the first interaction where they offered to Facetime me so I could see the apartment to every question I have had since I have arrived, they have responded in a timely, professional manner. The amenities are very nice and the grounds are very pretty. I am so happy that I decided to live here!

Hi, I have been residing from last six months. I like everything here except a leasing specialist ----------. He seems to be little racist to ------ and probably the unprofessional leasing specialist I ever worked with. That's what I have observed. Apart from that everything else is great in this community. ----------------- are kind, generous and helpful including the maintenance staff

A great community to live in with almost a resort like luxury apartments to stay. Amenities are world class with awesome staff and maintenance people to help out when required. Easily accesible, ample parking space, pool and gym facility and built in internet connection, with connectivity all around the community. Don't look further if someone is looking for stay in Charlotte area with affordable luxury.

Amanda in the leasing office is very professional and courteous. The apartment has lots of space and is a great community. The pool area is very nice and has quite a few amenities like grills and a fire pit.
