I fell in love with this property. After budgeting the monthly cost and I would need to also rent furniture, my needs would need a short term lease. Do to my work contract in the area, committing to a 15 month lease is difficult

Great location, incredible staff and apartments are clean and comfortable. Allison was amazing took her time answered all questions we needed. The tour was good we where not hurried at all. My daughter is know asking for Allison. Lol

It's a great community and the staff is always professional. I would refer anyone to check it out. The grounds are maintained and it quite. I feel safe walking the community and using the gym. Great place to live!

Sycamore at Tyvola is fine. There are way too many smokers for a community that is advertised as "non-smoking". The maintenance staff is great, but residents do not pick up after themselves in common areas, nor most of them pick up after their pets. There are a lot of children is this complex, which makes it pretty noisy at times. It's also hard to feel safe here as a single woman. One of the back security gates was broken for several months in 2021, with only a couple updates from the office staff. It rendered our "gated community" totally useless-- residents have also seen a higher-than-average number of car break-ins as well.

We love our apartment. The staff and maintenance team are wonderful to work with. As with any communal amenities, there will be some things that are under frequent maintenance (ie. grills, fireplaces, treadmills). However, we do think the apartments are very nice places to live in.

I absolutely love living at Sycamore at Tyvola. The staff is so friendly, the amenities are clean and top-notch! There is plenty of parking and it's a very quiet area. I'm very happy here and can't wait for the pool to open back up for summer.

The community has been very friendly. I've enjoyed living here so far. I feel safe living here since I left a 30 year marriage. It's a beautiful area. Convenient to just about everything. I love it!

Overall a nice experience. The property could be a bit more proactive in having the cleaning crew come through more often. It feels that the common areas are not as clean as one would want. Since there are a number of pets, it would nice to have the cleaning done more often.

The community s well maintained but security is a big concern. There are incidents of car jacking ,theft and even a homicide. Request to install additional security cameras was ignored. Maintenance staff are very responsive.

I visited several apartment homes prior to Sycamore at Tyvola. The staff here was very helpful in helping me find the right apartment for my needs. I had one price in mind and I got a better rate than expected.

So far so good. There is a huge wasp nest on our patio but nothing that can't be fixed. It was very clean when we arrived. Only thing that bothered me somewhat was the top of the shower (molding) was very dusty and not cleaned.

Very bad, comunity is nice but neighbors dont, i libe in a first floor and the people from the second floor have kids and they never stop running, jumping and crying the whole day from 6am and they never stop i pay the rent every month but i cant enjoy my place, i cant sleep i cant do nothing in peace at home and is hard for us to live like this :(

Wonderful management and maintenance staff. Anytime there are hiccups with trash, mail, or the property they keep residents in the loop and handle it quickly and professionally. A great place for dogs with a cute dog park and tons of pavement for walking. The pool is phenomenal as well! The mail system can by dodgy, but nothing worse than any other apartment, and the office staff handle it quickly if anything comes up. Love living here!

It has been comfortable and quiet. We love that it is a pet friendly community. Overall this has been a good place to live. Near so much. The only thing it doesn't thBs going for it is you can't walk to things like train or restaurants.

Very clean and quiet complex. Maintenance staff friendly and responsive to work orders. Apartments give you a nice modern , open floor style living experience. Great location if you love golf. Only downside really is the out of date bathroom. Old style shower and tub, no towel storage.
