Appt was on time. Was able to view a 2 bedroom appt on the ground level. Was given a package with additional information. Was shown the pool area, exercise room, computer area. Drove through the complex. Very well kept. Beautiful landscaping. Appeared to be quiet all around the complex.

    I have been extremely satisfied , and very happy with mood. As a disabled wheelchair person for a long time. This is best handicapped bathroom I have ever had. Dod park is large and our dog runs in it everyday.

      The complex is growing on me. I live on the first floor and have a garage which is close to my unit and very convenient. Anytime I have an issue, the maintenance staff as well as after hours maintenance tides to the occasion and take care of me. The guys are very professional and thorough and by now know me by name.

        So far we have enjoyed the area, the neighbors, the quiet, and the location of Stonegate Apartments. We have been very happy with the maintenance staff and how quickly they respond when issues arise and how courteous they are when they respond.

            Over the 3 years I been here ,a lot have changed .But I can say the management has gotten better. Wish we still had trash pickup & security just to roam the neighborhood at night for safety reasons. K

                    Amentities constantly being taken away/ no security/ safety concerns

                    The things that sold me about this complex no longer exist. A history of car break-ins from neighboring communities and what do they do? Take away the security gate (because they no longer want to maintain it). Were told that we would have a security company in its place- that is not happening. People from surrounding areas use the pool. Limited access to clubhouse during pool season (they keep doors locked in the summer so no one can come in and use club house, bathrooms often do not work, grill taken away from area, entire area falling into disarray). Valet trash was taken away. Dumpster is far away and often overflowing with trash. Residents have to haul trash from their vehicles to dispose of. When you contact management, you are simply emailed a snippet of your lease that states they have the right to take away amenities (which is true but why??) I am a single woman who moved here because it felt safe. It doesn't anymore. Staff (with the exception of Quinice and maintenance staff, who are doing their best with what they have) are condescending and passive aggressive. I was literally offered "warm smiles" instead of resolutions. Corporate does not care either, they do not respond. Brochure to community needs to be updated so people can truly see what they pay for. While teach unit's rent price varies by unit/apartment, they in no way consider what the CUSTOMER finds in value for THIER money. Instead of answers I was also offered assistance in breaking my lease (for the appropriate fees stated in my lease, of course). This "family owned" company in no way cares and is satisfied with subpar customer experiences, even though to the customer- these are our HOMES, our community. Not just a buck locked in by a lease.

                      Wish we still had the security gates, and I wish we had a better trash system. It overflows and becomes a health issue. Speaking of health issues, management needs to crack down on people not picking up after their dogs; it's everywhere.

                        I am just new, but I can say this 10/10 unit for me. And the community is peaceful and safe that you can walk around because it wide also. Kudos also to the staff they are really accommodating and will really tend your needs whatever questions or actions needed in your unit. I can recommend this apartment to you all.

                                    We enjoy living here. The area is good the people are nice, when we have issues the maintenance is quick and efficient with fixing them. It's not a bad place to live. Stonegate keeps you updated with anything going on which is nice.

                                      I love it here. I hate the security issues with constant breaking down gates. It's always clean and the pool is active. The staff at the leasing office are friendly and professional. The pet control guys come in every Tuesday. Free Cable service provided ?

                                            The response to maintenance concerns is handled quickly and efficiently. The community grounds are kept clean and clear from trash. Although listed as a gated community, the gates are open at most times throughout the day and night.

                                              I've had a generally positive experience living in this community. The maintenance team is responsive and usually resolves issues quickly. The neighborhood is quiet, and the amenities?like the gym and pool?are well maintained. Parking is sufficient, though it can get a bit crowded on weekends. Management communicates important updates in a timely manner. I also appreciate the landscaping and cleanliness of the common areas. Overall, it's been a comfortable and safe place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable apartment community.

                                                be prepared for rent to go up once you renew, the amenities are garbage as well as the horrible gym. they say valet trash was included but now we have to pay 20$ to even use valet trash plus cars get broken into and they have no means of a secure complex nor do they have any surveillance cameras to help with these issues
