Haven't been thrilled with the instructions given, or the consideration it takes to move while working a full time job. Tried to move over the weekend, bad info delayed the process, ended up having to take PTO to move in the rain. A week went by before my mail keys were sorted out. Not impressed with community management this far. Hope it improves.

I enjoyed my time with Makayla Reynolds. She was kind, honest, and just made me feel at home before I knew it would be my home. The location I love as it is away from everything and kind of silent as the dogs bark. I wish that did community events to meet who is close to you. Yet I know it's in the works. I know none of the other team member so I can't speak on them but ole well. I just got here so talk to me in a few months and see how I feel when it gets real and I am oner the new move in feel.

This apartment complex is very accommodating to service members and civilians alike and has great amenity. Family friendly as well as your regular solo tenant. I would highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a second or third step up in apartments or a temporary replacement to buying a house.

Great apartment, great community. Lots of areas for pets and overall great experience so far. Only issue is people don't clean up after their pets. Exit gate is broken sometimes but no security concerns exist.

I’ve lived here for three years. I’ve lost count of how many times the property manager has changed. They’ve allowed gangs to exist in the community and the gates never work. They look for ways to charge you extra and if you place a maintenance request, they’ll ignore it. Plumbing here is awful and so is the carpet.

Its clean and nice. My only issue so far is the the trash becomes cluttered and a mess. The trash also doesn't work for it is a compactor as well. So people just pile up trash because there is no where else to put them.

The experience was not as good as I thought it would be. Some matters were left unattended, and amenities were not available, such as my fireplace. There were a lot of change overs with staff in the office. I gave up on calling the office because the calls usually go on without an answer. Hopefully the emergency number has been updated so that I can actually reach someone in our community versus calling the office after hours.

I enjoy living here. It is a short commute to work. The staff is super professional and kind. The maintenance staff is good about completing work orders in a timely fashion and the apartment complex is huge on building community with various events (I.e. pool party etc). I'd love to reserve the club house for future events.

Not a "luxury" apartment at all. Gate has been broken since September of 2022 and it's March of 2023 and still not fixed. The trash ppl are lazy and will leave trash on the 3rd floor for days at a time. The staff is rude and in reachable. They don't answer the phone so you're forced to miss work and go inside to speak to them and then they're rude when you do. The hot water doesn't get hot enough and doesn't last long at all. However, the inside of the apartments are beautiful besides the old and ugly carpet. And the maintenance staff are always friendly and on Time.

I love my apartment and the surrounding area. Appliances are fairly new. The only drawback is the fireplace does not work. I am told you can't get parts to fix it anymore. One selling point for me was the fitness room and the pool area. The area is fairly quiet, but still close to shopping, restaurants, and schools.

Upon arriving at Stonegate until I left I had an amazing tour. It completed my list of everything I wanted especially the Location. There are close stores around where you can bust. Close to Fort Bragg. Wonderful place to live

Its a very quiet yet very active community, you can tell that if you wanted or have a family with children this is where you would to be. If you are military you aren't too far from post 10-15 min regardless of traffic.
