I have a beautiful apartment, perfect amount of room for two people in a two bedroom. I have a nice view to look outside to see children playing outside in the park. I see many people walking their dogs in the park every morning.

We moved in 2017 and the mantainance has been a problem they showed up days later until now with van metre has changed in a better way. We have seen some changes in putting mire lights and making that the apartment complex looks good.

I have been living here since 2016 and have seen three different managements. This new management company Van Mantre, has begun to really do a wonderful job with cleaning up the grounds and fixing lighting that I had complained about for several years with old management. I feel safe walking my dog in the evening times and being on the bottom floor. Police monitors the area throughout the night which helps the comfort of being a single mom and raising teenage kids. Trash pickup daily is extremely convenient and pool and workout room is a plus.

We absolutely love this community! The staff are always super friendly and quick to answer any questions we have. Our apartment is extremely spacious and exactly what we were looking for. The pool is wonderful and there are plenty of places to walk your cute pupper around as well!!

This property is very clean and updated with an amazing professional staff. The process was extremely efficient and streamlined. This led to a smooth move in with no issues. The only issue I have is this survey that is demanding a minimum of 200 characters

I've lived here for almost two years and the problems have not ceased in that time. Management refuses to place cameras within the property that would not only help car break-ins (because the gates are consistently open for one reason or another) but would also adequately tackle the massive problem of residents not cleaning up after their animals. We've had our share of appliance issues due to them not being regularly serviced or updated and more often than not maintenance shrugs their shoulders and says "they don't have the part to fix it." This has led to our dryer being fixed multiple times for the same problem and is currently running through the handiwork of appliance tape. Lastly even though the apartment complex stresses the importance of how calm and quiet the property is, I've had to call the spring lake police department more than once because the "community managers" they have that enforce noise ordinance must not be bothered by the raging parties that happen till 4am.

The community itself is not too bad it's very convenient location from the Butner/Randolph gate. There should be assigned parking cause it is hard to find a good parking spot. The visitors don't use the visitor's spot. There should be a rule to not put family's with more than one child above people. I'm speaking as a parent myself.

Previous owners were negligent rude and didn't care, these people are kind, well mannered, thorough and have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Things were done timely but not rushed, all issues addressed and no complaints

Some maintenance requests were completed quickly, but many of the requests I have had, were unable to be completed by the previous staff. They continued to push and push dates on when my carpets would be fixed and cleaned, and they never got me new blinds.

I currently live here. The actual apartments themselves are nice. The appliances are nice enough (nothing fancy, but very usable and modern) and any problems I have had with them have been quickly responded to by maintenance. The apartment rooms themselves are spacious, well maintained from what I've seen and a comfortable living space. It's too bad that living in this complex is a nightmare. Trash is spread everywhere. The trash compactor was set on fire by neighborhood kids. Management never talks to tenants and tells them what to do when something happens. There's currently thousands of packing peanuts all over the complex that management won't pick up. Neighbors from surrounding neighborhoods have LITERALLY broken holes in the fence and pulled the fence bars apart or down to gain access to the complex and the swimming pool. Every single day there are people in the pool that do not live here. Management doesn't care. I've emailed multiple times, gone in and spoken to them in person and nothing ever changes. I feel like I'm living in a landfill with a motel pool that anyone can use. It sucks too because a year ago this place was amazing. This new management is awful and needs to be fired. I moved out of Army Barracks to live in this complex, and frankly the barracks are nicer.

Prior to Hurricane Maria this community was Outstanding in every aspect of living, However after Hurricane Maria Current Ownership fired/replaced the entire staff and has offered absolutely no help to them or the residents who have complained abut their safety. Vehicle Break ins occurring almost weekly, Dog feces all over complex because lazy resident refuse to pick up after their pets, Gates and fencing around property purposely broken, Equipment in fitness center broken, Tanning bed broken, Open access from outside non residents to the Pool and community rampant to where Police Officers who lived there moved out. The Owner (George)refuses to fix these and many other issues and at the time that I left this place he was not listening to the new management team hired or the residents who reside their .. They call this community Military friendly but I wouldn't recommend this community to anyone especially Military Personal

I enjoyed living in Stone Gate Apartments. It is a military friendly environment. The staff including Jennifer, (Apartment Manager) and Kirstin, her assistance were phenomenal. Their professionalism and attention to detail proved to be instrumental in my transition to North Carolina. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. I had a great time staying there and would move back if I could. Again, thank you for a job well done. Stonegate is a place I called Home. Tish

If you want a good look at Stone Gate, when you're in the office, take a look at how dirty the work out room is. We have lived here in the past and things are consistently broken and not repaired. We visited friends last summer and according to them, the hot tub was broken all summer. The car wash is frequently unavailable. These are the amenities you're paying for in your rent and you expect to be available when you wish to use always the case. Also if something is broken on the property and you let the staff know, this does not always mean prompt repair. They seem to take their sweet time repairing property fixes. I am unaware of their "priority" system. On the plus side, the office staff is friendly and our experience was that if there was an issue in your apartment, maintenance was prompt.

I have lived here at Stone Gate for a little over two years and I have really enjoyed my time here. My only reason for departing is due to retirement. In the time that I lived here at Stone Gate Apartments all of my maintenance needs have been met and or exceeded. Both the office staff and maintenance workers have been extremely polite, courteous, and professional. The apartment complex is well maintained. Trash is picked up daily around the complex because a few residents litter and do not care for others. My apartment comes with a full washer and dryer. Any place else in Fayetteville or Spring Lake, you would have to rent. Where I live is quiet. I have a great view of the pool area. I am really close to the gym. The gym is 24 hour access and is well equipped and maintained. My neighbors who do utilize the gym do pick up after themselves so, that's a plus. The location of the apartment complex is a bit of a challenge due to the local construction in the area. Once that is complete in the next few months, then the commute onto post will not be a hassle. Plenty of shopping and restaurants here in Spring Lake. Yes, you have to drive a little bit to Fayetteville for more variety. Again, once the roads are finished that will not be as bad. Spring Lake itself is still growing and more is being put into the town so, look for more variety in the next few years. Overall, I have really enjoyed my time here at Stone Gate and would definitely recommend this complex for anyone coming to Fort Bragg for the first time. I'm actually sorry to be leaving here.

The property is absolutely beautiful, there's landscapers out here every week. All of my neighbors are very kind. I love that the gates are closed around the clock. Even the Pedestrian gates require your key fob to be opened. My apartment is spacious and everything in it is high quality. Whenever I have any issues or just think something should be looked at, the maintenance staff is always quick to come and take care of it and they're always very courteous and professional. The office staff is incredibly friendly, always asking how everything is in my apartment, always ready to help. I've enjoyed my time at Stone Gate and will be renewing my Lease this summer.

I have lived here through the old staff and the new. The new staff has done an amazing job turning this place around. The staff is friendly, the maintenance crew is great, and the Apartment itself is nice. The area is gated, so that thwarts most from wanting to attempt to gain entry. The pool is nice, and the gym meets the standard. The only complaint I have is there needs to be cookies every day, not just on Fridays at the Office.

Living with Stonegate has been a complete rollercoaster. There's times when it has been the best place I've lived, and then times when it's been the worst. The maintenance staff has improved from what it used to be. It went from being ran by the rudest and laziest people you could imagine, to someone very professional and timely. The actually staff, has had numerous replacements, and really hasn't shown any improvements. They're rude and unprofessional, and nowhere near understanding with the military and how last minute moves come up. They're more about taking your money than anything else. Example, you put in your notice 30 days in advance like they ask, yet you're stuck paying for the whole next month. Overall the apartment is actually really nice, and the price isn't bad, although it has had a pretty size jump lately. They definitely make sure they get your housing allowance. I wouldn't suggest living here to anyone honestly. Just a lot of drama, and if you do, you're better off not interacting with the staff.

So what can I say about living here, overall it's been a good experience. I've lived in a bunch of apartments so I'm used what the norm is. My past living experience wasnt anything close to what I got here, at the same time I am paying for what I'm getting plus a little bit more of the perks with the gym and having apartment crap fixed quickly. So for the money and closeness to base this place serves its purpose. If you're coming to fayetteville thinking you'll find some hidden paradise, keep dreaming. This city is garbage like every other military town. They want our money and have a nice day. It is what it is.......

I have been living here at Stone Gate for a year. I was looking at other properties in the area as my lease was coming to an end but could not find another complex that compared in rent and amenities that Stone Gate offer. I decided to renew my lease at Stone Gate.

As a military family, my husband and I have lived in a lot of apartments, but we have never had a worse experience than the one we had at Stone Gate. l wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We had neighbors who threatened violence on us for months, but would complain that they could hear us walking around at night. (I'm sure they could, since the apartments weren't well-built, especially for being so over-priced.) But the complex's solution was to "let" us move units. The people below us punched my husband in the face, and still the apartment did nothing. We will never be returning to Stone Gate.

I lived here for about 8 months in 2014. Got stationed at Pope AAF (Fort Bragg), and after moving all around Fayetteville for about 2 years and not finding a decent area, I decided to give Spring Lake a shot and moved into Stone Gate Early January. It's a good community, well kept/naturey, gated, quiet, mostly military/contractors (I was an E-4 but mostly saw E-5/6's and officers out and about). I was impressed with the spaciousness of my apartment, close to 1000sq ft., modern everything, washer/dryer included in my unit, very energy efficient. I used central air at night and my electric bill(my one and only utility bill here) was always reasonable @ $20-$50 a month (Was paying well over $150 anywhere in Fayetteville for some reason). Moving in was a very easy process, everything was finalized in about 2 days. Had two minor maintenance issues while living there, both were fixed in under 24 hrs. Got orders 8 months later and moving out was simple. I put in my 1 month notice and copy of orders, and they honored their military clause, I got my deposit back, and left on very good terms. If you're looking for a decent place to live, close to base, and as far away from the madness that is Fayetteville/Bragg Blvd as you can get, this is one of the very few apartments that's actually worth the price tag.

I love stone gate I feel safe outside I can walk my dog around at night I feel this is a real community I get to interact with people that live here and I love the events that they put on here and when I come to the office there are yummy cookies made fresh daily I can swim in the pool and hot tub and tan all day and I can have fun cookouts. I absolutely love living in this community. The grounds are constantly maintained and the apartments are beautiful. The staff is very friendly. I like the fact that it is a gated community and there is a controlled access gate with a camera that you can view using your tv. I also enjoy the fact the complex has trash service that comes to your door and picks up your trash. I dont plan on leaving until I PCS to my next duty station.
