This apartment complex isn't ugly on the inside, but on the outside is a whole different story. There's always dog ---- everywhere & I mean loads of it. Kids out late & being extremely loud, trash is never picked up when it needs to be, maintenance says they'll follow to make sure things are fixed/working but never do. This place isn't worth the money

Location not bad but false advertisement of gated community. Packages are not safe either. I have never lived in community where my fedex and ups items were not safe. Not very quiet either, you can hear everything in others apartments

Unreliable office staff. No ownership for the business and/or acknowledgment they represent the agency. Everyone I have spoken to passes the responsibility to the next person. Customer service is lacking.

We have been here for a short amount of time, however the property is clean, quit and very family orientated. The staff is very helpful and professional, my family and I are very happy with our new Home.

They like to say 24/7 security but that's not true. There's only one trash compactor for whole complex and it's usually overflowing. You may get lucky and have some good neighbors like me but I also have some of the biggest noisemakers right above me. Is ok for the price.

It's a beautiful community and with good staffs but the maintenance and cleaning services need to do better. The best staff is Halona Benjamin. She really put in work to make sure my moving in was smooth.

Delightful
Even though I was not selected for an apartment at this complex I wanted to give accolades to a very deserving someone-Halona Benjamin. She is professional, curtious, and a delight. How great it is to walk into a business now-a-days and be greeted with warmth and with someone who is genuinely a people person and personable. Great job! Thank you, Mycerdia

Trash always in my hallway and I have complained many times and it is still there, right now! Two large garbage cans full of smelly trash under the stairs been there for months! People have started to put food trash on there and it stinks now with flies!

When first moved in it was an amazing place and we're very pleased but within a span of 4 months everything started getting worst since the sense of security is being lost with gates never working and mail theft being so common. Garbage disposal is always been an issue and renewing isn't an option with such ridiculous increase for a even worst quality of a living space.

I have been here for 2 years and both years the pool has opened close to when it’s time for them to close . The management team has changed nearly 5 times since I moved it . Unorganized and not really worth the price . Former management lost my papers and I had to renew my lease . I will be moving out when this lease is over .

Very nice place
Everyone was helpful when I moved in. The office staff was so friendly. The apartment is nice and spacious. I love the sunroom, so much natural light. I'm also glad to see so much additional parking as well as garages.

The staff did'nt seem to know what they were doing. The gave conflicting and contradicting answers to my questions only to change it they next day and claim that I heard them wrongly. e.g The 1st day I came here to make enquires, they told me that the rent is inclusive of the power (electric) bills. The next day they told me it was the water bill that I heard them wrong. but I know what I heard. My wife heard the same. They told me that all I needed to take possesion of the apartment was for me to pay the one month deposit and the next month full rent of July 2022. (this was on June 27th that I was to move in). I paid the deposit and had the check for July ready which I presented to them as I was driving in with my rental truck on 28th june. But they refused to give me they keys unless I pay the prorated rent of June as well even though this was never stated by them earlier in our communications. I had to take my stressed out wife and children and go into town looking for were to get a check to give them so I can move in. I felt this was exploitatative. Also as I stated earlier I was supposed to move in on the 27th and had already made plans with movers and moving truck company on that date. But they called me later on 26th and told me that the apartment won't be ready on the agreed 27th due to some things that still needs fixing. This incompetence caused me and my family a lot of psychological stress and also financially as I had to cancel my booked movers for the 27th and scramble for new once on the 28th. This cost me an extra $850 in expenses. On top of that we were shocked that they did not even do any or most of they things that resulted in them blocking me from moving in on the 27th, like installing the washer and dryer and changing the shower handle. It was in short one of the worst experiences I have had moving into an apartment

Nice apartments, but shouldn't be called luxury. The pool isn't open, the mail area is littered with trash, trash is left in breezeways for days causing bugs to enter apartments, and the gates are never fully functioning.

At first when I moved, there were community boards in the breezeway of each building, nothing now. They use to make the office a gathering area, not now, lawn care has gone down hill. Trash, not caused by tenants, blows around and not picked up. Shrubs are not trimmed in a timely manner. Gates won't work. No sense of community. This place has the ability to be so much more but I really wonder what is being done. Our maintenance staff is wonderful but they are stretched out and need more staff

Office staff works hard to answer questions and to get results for issues the residents may have. They also make you feel welcome when you come into the office. I didn't feel like I was bothering them when I stopped by.

They have High Staff Turnover. Maintenance is slow to fix things. A lot of appliances are old. Rent is really high for how small the apartments are. Pet deposit is really high too. Security gates are down a lot. Property isn't properly maintained and the trash service is ridiculous! The dumpster isn't regularly maintained either.

Trash is left all over the parking lot and grass areas. Tenants above bang on the floor up through 3am. Staff do not take their job seriously. Work orders do not get fulfilled on time and never follow up.

The apartment community residents do not take care. There is trash on the grounds. The dumpster is unsightly. Cars and trucks speed through the complex. I'm surprised there haven't been any accidents.

The issues i have had have been minor. It pertain more to the billing with the management of the property changing. The area and location of the property is in good and the building is well taken care of

They gym was a huge deciding factor when we picked this place. Because of Covid, it took awhile for it to open. The gym as of 8 April 2022 is not even a gym. It looks like someone found a bunch of useless equipment and threw it in a room with mirrors and called it a gym. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. It's old and should be updated. Old management promised new equipment, but failed to deliver ANYTHING! Hopefully under new management there will be change, but it's been almost a year and still nothing. Rent is high, people can be disrespectful and not as friendly. Never had a problem with new management though.

Overall I would give the complex 3/5. Recently the rent increased and with the current issues in the complex, I don't feel it was justified. I have very loud, unruly neighbors who throw parties often. They make noise well into the early morning hours. My air conditioning still does not work despite the work orders put in.

Beautiful community growing everyday would recommend 10/10 to any friends or family looking to move into Spring Lake dogs are all under control and well kept grounds and pool looks so inviting will not be swimming

The community is good, the staff is nice and do good work and make sure they clean up. The water pressure in the apt is the biggest issue. We hardly get any water pressure and it has been a constant issue for over a year

Nate came to change our light bulbs in our house and was so nice and efficient! He was great with our dog and was super personable. He was extremely kind and really made the whole experience hassle free and easy. He has great manners and was polite and respectful the whole time. He definitely represents Stone Gate well!
