The complex is really nice and quiet. There were some minor things that were missed in the cleaning procedures such as heavy mold in the shower and bath. The carpets were a bit rough but nothing a little vacuuming didn't fix. The only issue is parking where some families have 3 cars taking up vital parking spots close to your apartment which is supposed to be limited to 2 cars.

The ladies in the office were very helpful during the leasing process. My apartment was clean and ready for me to move my things in. I'm very pleased with my apartment and the community. Thank you Stone Gate Staff

My experience here at Stonegate Apartments has been great for the most part. If I ever had an issue they always figured out a way to help me. Nate the maintenence guy has been very helpful to me and my family

The community is nice and well maintained, the individuals that work in the office are very knowledgeable about any issues that arise. It's located in a very good spot of town with access to a lot of restaurants and work locations.

Love the place staff is great. Once a issue comes it gets resolved as soon as possible. No crime safe place for my kid to be and loves to be. Pool is always clean and never had to worry about anything while living here. Big military friendly.

This is a great community to live in. The ladies in the office are eager to help with any issues we have, and just in general everyone who lives here is very friendly. The location is close to lots of fast food and shopping.

It's great living, you can actually use the amenities. The staff are very welcoming, professional, and polite. Maintenance program is on point and any issues are taken care of fast and done the first time around.

Apartment was not clean upon movement. Management/ main office personnel are nearly impossible to get ahold of. The only saving grace of this place thus far was the maintenance man coming in and replacing things that were broken prior to our move in, he was extremely polite.

It's the nicest apartment complex in Spring Lake (proper). The facilities (pool, gym room) are in good condition and the staff are generally very helpful, and the grounds are well kept.The maintenance crew are wonderful.That being said, it's still very much Spring Lake with some obnoxiously loud (music, vehicle muffler) traffic cruising around during the evenings and weekends, to include some of the residents in the parking lot. The vehicle and pedestrian gates are also not much of a deterrent, apparently being breakable by the vehicles and pedestrians they're supposed to be able to keep out.

Cleaning team for Apartment needs to be certified. To include the electrical team and carpet installer's. Two switches for light and fan only one switch controls both. New carpet put in apartment and was coming up when we first moved in. Clothes and dirt behind and sides of washer and dryer. Oven was still dirty. Moved in on 17 December and still no cleaning team, carpet repair or electrician. It's now 29 December.

I love the location of these apartments!!! They are so beautiful on the inside, they help you out the best way they can even with below average credit, and very beautiful common area. Patricia was the most help that I had in the general area of the county. Most places just take your money for application and say good luck.. she actually helps if there are issues.. She showed interest in the needs of the customers whether it benefitted her or not. Excellent service and apartments. Definitely worth checking out!!!!

I absolutely love the community. It is a military friendly community. The management staff is amazing. The only issues that I have is the neighbors kids above me with all of the running and jumping at different times throughout the day and night but, overall I love it.

We chose this apartment complex because they allow pets. There are several fenced dog areas and a non fenced area if you want to walk your dog. Maintenance is quick to respond to request which is a huge plus. The grounds are well kept and it has been pretty quiet living here so far.

The new ownership is not as good as the old owners. They very rarely answer the phone and return very few phone calls. They have eliminated a parking area that several residents have used with no warning or explanation.

I have enjoyed living here . I haven't had much problems with staff or neighbors. My only issue is my account is still saying I have a balance. Nobody seems to keep me informed or return my emails about the situation . It's been since may and i'm on my second lease now .

Old management has serious problems thru out property immediately following Hurricane Maria which caused major damage and Old Owners refused to repair.New Management is trying to play catch up on repairs and the current maintenance team is trying there hardest to repair,replace broken down equipment and they work well with residents however since Covid many amenities like Fitness, tanning, business area have been over limits to residents ..

It started out great; the staff was extremely pleasant and supportive. Once change of ownership took place, the eventual increase in the rent is excessive from my vantage point. I'm Active Duty in the Army and will only remain here in Fayetville for one more year. I'm hopeful my current rent charge in accordance with my current lease will remain the same cost.

I have had a mixture of great experiences along with some not so great experiences. I like the proximity to work the apartments are. Very convenient. The gym is still not operational, community was informed around April it would be ready to go and we are still getting notifications that it is being worked. Pool is nice with large area, but hours have some inconveniences. Staff tries to maintain the safety of the property, however I have not noticed many changes other than information being pushed out through email notifications (this is not saying nothing has been done, just from personal observation). I cannot say the community issues are not being worked, as I do not have a direct hand in them. More activities for residents would be nice. Sand volleyball court, operational hot tub, more welcoming resident area with more to use in back of office.

We have had an overall good experience living here. Management team is very responsive to any problems. Cleanliness of the community has improved. Looking forward to the reopening of the gym and other amenities.

The new staff had been helpful and keen on improving the overall maintenance of the community. The apartment itself is spacious and modern. The convenience of having washer dryer in unit is great. Overall the community is a great place to live
