Great apartment community, the grounds are kept clean, the gym and pool are a plus. No huge issues with maintenance thus far. Neighbors are very courteous of one another. No vehicle break ins or packages taken, which has been an issue at previous rental communities for me. All in all I'm satisfied with this location and living conditions.

We really felt welcomed even when we first walked in the office and applied to stay here, once our application was approved we were overjoyed to be apart of such a welcoming community. The management team is also very professional and friendly.

It's not bad. Definitely gotta work on the pest control because the bugs in and out of the house are all over. No roaches though, so I'm thankful. Umm, I was shown a regular apartment when I did my walkthrough but didn't know till the day I got my keys that I was moving into a handicapped accessible apartment. Not convenient for someone who is 5'8 and the counters stop at my hips.

Nice place when I moved in 2024. It has gone downhill since. It is clearly on its way to becoming Section 8 housing. Nothing wrong with Section 8, I just do not want to pay a premium for such a place.

Decent community.

Maintenance is very fast Jamell is my favorite tho super cool dude who is very professional and friendly. Don’t have to worry too much if something goes wrong I know they will fix it in a timely manner. Community is decent. Problem areas around complex but complex itself is pleasant. Neighbors can be slightly noisy but all In all not too much of an issue.

Village on the Lake Apartments is a nice place to live. It is accessible to shopping for all your needs. The admin takes good care of the units and of the grounds. They respond promptly and efficiently for your maintenance if needed.

Maintenance handles business. Just make sure your appt was properly cleaned before moving in. Over it's not that bad but neighbors could be obnoxiously loud. Trash area is always dirty as I don't know what.

Nice and quiet community; spacious units; low on parking, it seems like you have to fight for parking close to your building and if you are not home by 6:00 PM, you may have to park far away from your building. There is no control at all over who are parked tenants and who are visitors, that is a problem. And, trash has been an issue since the gates were taken down.

Very quiet community and easy access to fort Bragg if you work there. Amenities included most of it washer and drier that most apartment don't provide. Staff are friendly and helpful. Storage also available for renting.

Amazing apartment. Wouldn't recommend if you're in the military and your unit deploys often. They have a 30 day window, and if you don't have orders, nothing can be done. Other than that, amazing price for an amazing space.

It's clean it can be loud sometimes however that's not a big problem I have had no issues with anything and it's safe. The balcony is large for only one person it's a great fit and for my first apartment it's great start

Lots of issues with the apartment, lots of maintenance requests. Leaks, machines not hooked up, Luke warm showers. Electrical issues. Smoke detectors going off for no reason. Area to walk dogs is not well lit after dark.

I originally picked this location for a number of good reasons & mainly for the gated community that we no longer have. However some rate changes needs to take place. Especially since it's not gated anymore.

Just moved in and it is already very poorly managed. Garbage piles up next to the one and only dumpster at the entire complex. Maintenance crew is disrespectful and fails to follow simple requests. Our lease will not be continued with this management. As soon as we are completed with our lease we will be moving.

Besides the car break-ins from outsiders the community here is great. Nice upkeep & quiet. The gate is no longer closed which is why I believe we had a flew of car break-in. My residence had 2 of our cars broke in which caused damage & no one has been charged or found guilty. Great community otherwise
