The community is under new management and they're trying to get things together. They haven't gotten there yet but they're trying. The community is quiet. Safe and secure. Parking spaces need to be spaced out a lot more.

The staff are friendly. They were able to get us a place the next day everything was smooth and quickly the maintenance guys are fast to fix a problem. Friendly neighbors Also the apartments have really good storage area

I’m moving in to village on the lakes tomorrow. I was able to get an apartment that comes with a washer and dryer and also they have a gym that they said is open 24/7. I signed my lease with Leslie in the front office of the complex.

Overpriced for the quality of advertised amenities. The gym was closed for over a year for "renovation". Now it's open, dirty and smelly. Car wash station is dirty & smelly. Pool is okay & there's always trash in the community, & dog poop everywhere. the additional fees & increases in rent are too high to have such a dirty living area & lack of access to clean amenities. The only plus is the door trash pickup.

This community is overall quiet area and well maintained. The location and access to the highway makes it a good location for several surrounding counties. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to requests.

I was asked to leave a review after I moved in. I did not see the apartment before moving in so I was relying on photos and a floor plan with dimensions. My apartment was larger than I expected. It’s a good value and the process to obtain the lease was smooth. I worked with Leslie and she asked me to leave a review.

This apartment complex will go out of their way to Nicole and dime you and charge you at every turn. Their "24/7 premier maintenance service" is some of the most rude, lazy, and unhelpful people you will encounter. I would recommend avoiding this apartment complex at all costs and to not waste your time.

Absolutely perfect! Beautifully clean apartments, the first thing I noticed was that this was a safe and secure place due to the fact that you had to be buzzed in through the gates to get inside. Then I notice how spacious and clean the environment was, the grass was healthy and luscious looking, the amenities of the complex immediately got my attention, this includes the gym, the pool and the flocks of ducks flying around that stunning rustic massive lake in the middle of it all. Adrienne had the most sun shinny welcoming presence I had gotten in a long time. Well I dont know what radio station they had on but I was fire! I was jamming the entire time was in the office anyways This was the first time I was leasing an apartment so I was a tiny bit clueless about what I was doing but she was so helpful and pleasant to me at one point I thought she was annoyed with me but I thought wrong, she was so patient and she even went as far as to educate me Thoroughly on everything I need to know about each apartment, all the required paper works etc. I needed to make the process go through smoothly, so I respected her transparency! I had made a mistake online, reserving the wrong apartment with the wrong date and her manager Leslie when above and beyond to ensure the problem was fixed promptly. Adrienne not once did she had to be pushy or aggressive, she was a wonderful listener, and she did an extremely wonderful job today. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I lived here for two years. Mostly quiet, lots of military, price is high but seems on par with the area. Service guys are nice, lake is pretty, worked with Leslie in the office. They usually fix what I need pretty quick.

Crowded parking, disgusting pool, gym never open. Dog poop everywhere. Rent skyrocketed a couple months ago by a few hundred dollars. Work orders take weeks sometimes to get completed. Community portal bulletin board is garbage and posts must be approved. I posted about the disgusting pool and it was never approved. Gates fail all the time. Neighbors are nice.

Friendly and safe community to live in Spring Lake. Good value too for other apartments in the area and in Fayetteville. We love the details in the apartment like the beige walls instead of white and the new carpets them put in for us.

It is a good apartment but since the new management took over getting to talk to someone is a nightmare!. The Gym is still not open after a year of living there. All other Gyms in the area are open and you increased the rent. The exit gate by my apartment seems to always be broken. No instructions were given to be able to access the community (for Guest and if you forgot your fob).

A lovely setting, by the lake. Quiet community and responsive office staff. Ample parking and well maintained grounds. Apartments are spacious and the pool/patio area is a plus. Walking distance to library. Convenient location to Fort Bragg and Fayetteville. Gym is still closed at this time.

Great. Love the views of the lake and the amount of space in my apartment. We have not had issues with parking in this community. Since COVID I have not been to the gym, but will look forward when things are safer. I especially like the special gatherings during the holidays!

Not great. If you want to wake up and walk out to bird poop all over your front door area than be my guest, but it's been a couple months now and I doubt they are going to clean it. Also they really don't upkeep the small things.

Only small issues with our unit when we arrived. All issues were addressed quickly and professionally. Love living by the water and it truly feels "luxury" with all the, at least comparatively, high quality amenities in the apartment. Much better then any apartment I've lived in so far and on top of that people are incredibly nice compared to places I've lived before. I work on Fort Bragg and being so close to base is very nice. Overall I am so far extremely happy living here and am excited for the future.
