The gate has not been working for over a year, so the community is not actually gated allowing other complex's residents to come to our pool and roam our complex without living here. Otherwise it's been an okay experience.

      Won't feel safe with gates cause they don't close. Neighborhood is nasty and they have someone out here every week. Old apartment nothing is new inside. All carpet and the one bedroom has no light in the bedroom.

      Beautiful place, quiet overall, friendly staff- been here just one month and so far so good. Only thing I have issues with is the trash dumpster- too small for the complex and trash is often left everywhere around it.

        I really like this community. Any issues I've brought up were always resolved in a decent amount of time. I love that it is pet-friendly. My ONLY complaint would be the trash area. The residents always leave their trash around the compactor instead of putting it inside.

          Very nice community! Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Pool and gym area are always clean and well maintained. I have been here for a year and have enjoyed being here. Love that it is close to Ft. Bragg.

          Normal kitchen cooking causes fire alarm to go off unexpectedly. The sensor is in an undesirable location. The Fire Department visited twice and recommended blowing air on the ceiling sensor. Did not help. Prospective tenants should check this out before signing a lease.

            why do the motorcycles have full parking spaces. I work later and my reward is basically never getting to park next to y apartment. That harley davidson is always there taking up a full parking spot. People have their dogs poop on grass and don't clean it up.

                I have been here less than a month, but I love the community, and all of the staff have been helpful and friendly. I wish there was at least one assigned parking per unit because it is hard to find a parking space certain times of the day and week. Love my new apartment. It is open and spacious. The area that you take your trash needs work.

                  Overall the experience is good. The security gates need to be fixed, and maintenance work should not require so many visits. Those are my only issues. Otherwise, it's a good property. Everyone is friendly.

                        A good apartment complex to live in, especially if you work at Ft. Bragg. Grounds are maintained, and there is a walking path around the adjacent lake, plus an exercise area for dogs. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner, and the staff on-site are friendly and helpful.

                                The staff is great and very friendly! The community is very quiet/peaceful. The community is also pretty disrespectful and tenants leave their garbage 2 inches from the trash compactor instead of throwing it in the bin?even when it is wide open. People also do not pick up after their animals so there is poop EVERYWHERE. My only other complaint is that the community is advertised as "gated" and the gates are wide open due to maintenance issues or something, which is kind of disappointing. Other than that, I love living here!

                                    My car has been broken into twice. There is no surveillance except for the front gate which is usually wide open, as well as most of the other gates. We used to have trash pick up now we have to take it to the compactor, which is usually disgusting, piled high and well out side of the fence. The maintenance staff needs to be better trained on professionalism and how to complete basic tasks in the unit. People with children should only be allowed to live in bottom units.

                                      Quiet and safe apartment property with a small, pristine lake! Very pet friendly with a dog park and lots of sidewalks and green grass for taking the pooch out. Friendly staff and neighbors. Located next to a large Army base so probably half the residents are military. Apartments are roomy and comfortable. Maintenance personnel are quick and polite. No power issues even during heavy storms. A great choice for those not yet ready for a full house!

                                        Nice apartments. Maintenance people are nice and helpful, office staff is essentially useless. Definitely don't go there if you need help with anything they should be able to help with. Trash is always over flowing but that's because residents don't want to put it in the trash dump for some reason, not the staffs fault.

                                            Maintenance has been an ongoing issue. Even with repairs completed, they are not completed in such a way that retains the value of the property and thus detracts from the experience as a whole. This is why you can look at the walls and see the aluminum tracks on the corners and the dry wall screws in the walls. Not to mention finishing nails that are not caulked and finished in trim pieces.
