Penny in the office is always helpful as is James with the maintenance crew. My only complaint is that I can hear the TV and voices from next door when I'm in bed, lol. I love the neighborhood, the park next door and it's nice to have a supermarket, gas station and several places to eat within walking distance. Lease renewals are always sent early and or convenient!

I have lived here for four years. Ashley, the manager, is the reason altogether why I rent here. She works very hard and professionally. James and Penny are also wonderful. Older apartments which means maintenance is always busy but still they get things done quickly and well. Thank you!

The overall appearance - is just not what is used to be. Trash areas are unsightly, trash around buildings and parking spaces accumulates - used to be policed almost daily prior to Greystar purchase. Paint has long worn off caution areas - like steps and speed bumps. I asked about this months ago - no action. Trash/debris accumulates in entryways - prior to Greystar just never happened. Prior to Greystar my patio was blown off just as often as the entryway - never had to call, because there was routine clean up, so junk never accumulated. Shrubs were blown off after being trimmed. The place just is just run down. Used to be pristine!!! Outside windows have not been washed since Greystar took over. Seems to me that upkeep would be more important than just collecting increased rent. It's just sad to let the complex run-down. Suggestion - upper management needs to wander around a bit - might see things to be addressed before they become unsightly. Even Maintenance personnel passes by, why aren't they seeing and reporting problem areas that need fixing?? This is my home and has been for almost 14 yrs...I want to be "proud" of where I live!!!! I have lived in 9 different states and have rented apartments in 8. Very Quiet neighborhood. No drama. Gym, pool. One of the safer and quieter parts of Albuquerque. Grocery store right across the street and a beautiful park directly behind the property. Many big trees to keep shade.

I booked the apartment after touring it, and the whole process went smoothly. The staff were very helpful and I had a very good experience. The check-in process was smooth, and any issues with the apartment were fixed quickly and the maintenance staff were very helpful.

I love living at spring park. The location is so convenient and staff members are friendly. I’ll probably live here until I can get a house (if i can ever afford one). My doggy loves the park at the back of the property and I like that these apartments are one of the few that actually still has grass.

Enjoy being next to a park, swimming pool and exercise exercise room. Also next to a shopping strip mall where groceries are avaliable with restaurants and an outgoing US Post Office along with other businesses.

For the amount of money I am spending, the apartment should be professionally cleaned and fully prepared for a new tenant. Clogged vents, front door damaged, front door light damaged, foam seal for front door ripped to shreds, door sill loose, front door doesn't shut all the way, surfaces in the apartment were filthy, bathroom not clean, carpet not cleaned, fan has never been cleaned, AC is so loud I can't sleep and I have to turn it off and freeze at night. The list can go on and on and on and on.

I had an electric bill come in triple the amount i’m usually used to paying and Ashley at the front desk would not help until I asked for her supervisors help and when asked for help she would redirect me to people underneath her who are severely undertrained.

I had a horrible move in. None of the appliances were working. When I managed to get the washer working it flooded my apartment because it wasn’t connected. The dryer takes forever to dry. My dishwasher rack was missing. All of the move in maintenance I submitted was never answered. They don’t follow up with there tenants. Overall it is very infuriating and unprofessional.

Horrible experience with the apartment. The heater is not working for the last 3 weeks and still the same. They don’t care about the residents. Initiated more than 5 service requests for the same heater issues, still not resolved and last few service requests they closed with out even checking anything. Think how I am surviving here without a working heater here. Started signs of health issues but we are trapped with 12 months lease. Don’t know what to do now. Bad decision.

So far it has been a great experience, one of the better that I have had with apartment living. The office staff is wonderful and very easy to talk to and very accommodating. Maintenance has taken care of issues in a timely manner. It is a quiet neighborhood in the better part of town. Only issues is there is one car that comes in every night around 2am BLASTING music through the parking lot, and the neighbors dog sings the song of his people at 5am. Other than that, a very quiet community to live in.

This complex is visually ideal and located in an ideal area. However, there have been things stolen from the back of my truck, swat teams here multiple times, the water is constantly being shut off, and there are a lot of things in the unit that do not work as they should. I have not had a good experience here.

Ashley and Penny have always been bubbly and sweet when any issues, no matter how small or big, and very quick to address them. They always make my family feel welcome. The maintenance team is always quick and professional as well.

I have really enjoyed my time at Spring Park - the staff is friendly and prompt to respond to issues, I LOVE my floor plan (A2U) with lofted ceilings, a sun room and a nice amount of space for one resident, and I really like the area, namely the proximity to several great coffee places, a grocery store and a very pleasant park. The courtyards have a nice amount of green space to enjoy, and the people are generally really friendly. I'd just wish the pool was open for more of the year - it's a nice space, and I'd like to enjoy it more!

I enjoy that the power has stayed on through all of the storms. The water has had some issues staying on but the manager's at the office has reassured me through it. It seems like the pipes are fixed now. The AC has been working perfectly and is AWESOME! The park behind the apartment complex is such a lovely, wonderful, peaceful place. I have had to fix both of the toilets in my apartment and replace the back door on the patio where things can be stored. Also I had a rental payment issue where there was more taken out of my account then expected because of 50$ convenience charge fees. Overall not perfect, but pretty good. The location of the complex is good, as long as you don't have an apartment next to the roadway. My neighbor above me is easy to hear and his footsteps are always present, but we're friendly and he tries to keep it quieter when I'm home. It is a bit hard to save on electricity because the windows and doors don't have a great seal so the cold (or hot) air escapes quickly. ALL OF THIS, but for the price it is a decent deal to be close to the foothills and in a fairly safe neighborhood so that's what I'm looking for till I buy myself a house. The staff is AMAZING and by far the best part of the complex. The maintenance is amazing whenever I need them they are ready to help and the same with the office staff. That is definitely something that is better than any other places I've rented from.

I like what I don't see when I look out my window. I don't see parked cars, dumpsters, or city streets. Instead, I see a lovely little park with picnic tables and BBQ grills, people walking their dogs and kids playing.

Appreciate it being dog friendly. Someway to reinforce dog owners picking up their dog poop. It puts peoples pets at risk for exposure to harmful bacteria. Stepping in it , carried in to one's home. Maybe with cameras on the complex, may help.

My experience her has been good so far. Very nice location near the park, seems like a safe part of town. In our unit it seems to be a little loud at night with all of the vehicles, but other than that it is fine.

I lived here in 2016 for a year and a couple months and I simply had no issues. I came back in 2021 and it was ok then but I feel that the maintenance "supervisor" was a joke and here way too long. I still have an issue that dogs are not all on leashes and even though they are not attacking anyone and they are friendly enough, there are enough elderly (+65) people here that have no business getting startled or jumped on. Lawn care is ok but watering is out of control. GET IT FIXED. I AM TIRED OF WALKING THROUGH MUD. I'd be hard pressed to believe we are not paying for the overwatering. TOTALLY UNNECESSARY!

We love the location and floor plan. Our move in, as was previously mentioned was pretty stressful but the staff has been taking care of the broken cabinetry, tiles, and countertops. Our car was broken into the first night we were here, thankfully nothing was stolen. My brother, who also lives at Spring Park had his car stolen a few weeks before we moved in. I wish there was more security or cameras to help minimize car thefts.
