The area is very nice and I really like the apartment. Since the apartment is older though, some things need to be fixed, and maintenance still has not come. That makes it frustrating and difficult at times. Other than maintenance issues, I really enjoy living here.

Just over the years it’s all become over priced and we’ve got nothing to show for it. Worse amenities. Worse or non existent “perks”. Spent who knows how much on “renovations “ to the exterior just to get more people to rent and quality went down after that.

It’s a very nice area and convenient location with great amenities however I haven’t gotten any of my issues addressed. I was told my issues would be resolved within a few days and it’s already been 2 weeks.

Mostly OK for very limited space & rather higher priced apartments. Satisfactory appliance maintenance, though occasional faults such as a leaking refrigerator ice tray, but did not cause any lasting damage, and speedy dishwasher & sink disposal replacement when they failed.

It is a very peaceful community, supermarket's a five minute walk, the park right across is very well taken care of and a nice place to walk. The gym is very well equipped and always clean. All my interactions with the staff have been very corteous and service is very professional.

Good. The apartment is the perfect size for me with a view of the park and mountain. I enjoy the families picnicking in the park, children learning to ride bikes, volleyball. Management does well on repairing things to keep the apartment functioning well.

The staff is what got me to stay. Great people here. I have an overall appreciation for the hard work the staff does in this community. The only way I am moving out of here is when I buy a house. This is home.

My only qualm in the complex is the amount of noise coming from the traffic, unfortunately the outdated windows in each building supply no sound proof; but other than that, my experience has been positive.

Location is awesome, We are right across from Smiths, Gas station, nail shops, cafes and many more. The apartment layout for a 1 bedroom works well for me and my fiancé. Base commute is about 20 mins, major stores are less than 15 mins away. Phenomenal Staff! Gym is well kept and has a ton of equipment. Surrounded by a beautiful neighborhood.

I wouldn't recommend Spring Park. The location is great, but there have been far too many unnecessary hassles in the couple months I've lived here. I'm fairly disappointed since I had a good first impression when I moved in.

Car thieves really like this place. I know someone living there got car broken into and stolen twice in three months. The management did nothing to improve security. Are there enough security cameras in public areas? Are there police patrol?

I don't think Spring Park wants my review published. The neighborhood is nice, my car got broken into once. The apartment is in poor condition, every surface has been painted and every finish is budget. The apartment management needs more quality assurance in the cleaning and the maintenance requirements. I also think it is unacceptable to ask someone to sign a lease sight unseen.

So far I have not been here a month and I am unhappy. The wall are so thin. When I was taking a show I heard someone peeing and I though someone was in my bathroom with me . I was in the kitchen and I could hear someone throwing up again I thought someone was in my apartment. I am so regretting moving here . And the price is way more that what this place is worth. The sad part I signed a year lease.

Lots of dogs with irresponsible owners in this community. The walls are thin and I have to listen to my neighbor's dogs bark, sometimes when I'm trying to relax or sleep. Also, the grassy green areas are big dog toilets. I've have mentioned my issues to management and they failed to even respond back to me. It almost seems as though I was bothering them...... Note: It's listed right in the lease contract (Pet Addendum) that people's pets are not allowed to disturb other residents.....

Everyone is great, everything is great. The electric bill would cause me to warn people away from here consistently. The words would be absolutely do not live at Spring Park unless you love a $400 electric bill. Other than that, this place shines.

Beautiful park for walks, runs, outdoor gatherings and awesome view of the Sandias, very quiet and safe. Pet friendly. Residents keep to themselves but are friendly. Parking is accessible especially with covered option. Many spaces for guests.

Very old interiors, but my park view is lovely and my neighbors are quiet. Safety is good. Outdoor maintenance was better before covid (maybe they are short on revenue now) . Lawn maintenance is excellent. No sidewalks so it is hard to walk a dog.

you should not require comments to be part of the survey because many people are happy with the service but prefer not to have to type comments. Surveys are important but they take up peoples important time and it is a low priority to most customers

We love living here at Spring Park. While maintenance and the main office seem to have a disconnect we would appreciate being resolved, the area is great and the management is kind. We plan to live here for years and only hope the complex continues to up its quality (which is already great).

This complex is terrible! I've had a roach infestation, my car broken into, the garbage spills over onto the grounds, people allow their dogs to run wild, neighbor uses a bull horn to cat call to women in the park. I moved out over the summer and I'm still waiting on my deposit refund. After moving out I received a call from their collections department saying I owed thousands of dollars. No I did not their record keeping is so poor they never closed my account properly. This property is poorly managed and maintained.

Do your research. We certainly glad we only signed a 9 month lease. Great location and pretty on the outside but inside has many issues. A good move in special doesnt make up for the poor condition on the inside of the apartments. Make sure you read your lease, 60 day notice to say youll be moving out.

Prices to high for living space, decent community, trash people in management. Tried to raise my rent prices after my apartment flooded. Left my apartment in a ---- state after they cleaned it still had mold. Everything brakes like its 100 years old
