Breathtaking

Spring Park has several different floor plans to choose from. I have lived in 3 different styles and have loved every one of them!! Spring Park is not your typical apartment community, the office staff is AWESOME, Maintaince ROCKS and all the residents are very nice.Spring Park takes very good care of me and I LOVE TO COME HOME. Spring parks landscaping is one of a kind and I love the park that is behind the property. I would recommend this property to anyone.....Believe me you will not be dissapointed if you choose this place as your next home!

ehh...

The apartments are pretty nice... Granted the money you spend you could probley get something alot better. The location is really great the park, close to shopping and food etc. My favorite thing about spring park is how nothing ever gets done when you ask for it. I love it when people in the office patronize me about cleaning up dog crap (its everywhere) and trash overflowing from the dumpsters, my apt has two different colors of white on the walls and things magically get forgotten about when i call in a service request. just beware before you move in to Spring Park.

Good Staff, Nice Location

We´ve had very few problems with our townhome-style 1 bedroom apartment. The office staff has always been very nice and willing to help, the maintinace has just been ok. We do have some noise issuses but only late at night when you have no TV or radio playing, but the office staff has done their best to help. The location is very nice, centrally location within the city and close to good schools. Also, a very nice, large park is located right behind the complex.

Horrible Place!!

Over priced, management sucks, tile falling out in the bathroom, security sucks my car was broken into and the rims were stolen had to have taken like a least 10 minutes to do.Security was obviously sleeping.Then they tell me I have to move my car or put rims on it within 24 hours!Smallest one bedroom is like living in a shack.

Beauty and beast

Beauty: <br>Very green apartments for the Desert. Kind of like an oasis. Beautiful trees and grass, nice indoor heated pool, nice outdoor pool. Next to a good-sized park to run and play at. <br> <br>Beastly: <br>Management doesnt have very good help. Maintenance is hot and cold, rather annoying. <br>Inconsistent. Cars are a bit junky for this expense of an apartment--not overly junky just less than what is expected for this area of town. Cheapest 1 bedroom is cramped. <br> <br>

clean, nice part of town, good management, good value overall

My first apartment was on the first floor below obese newlyweds. I really liked the complex but couldn´t handle the noise so I moved to an upstairs apartment close to the park - worth the money. There´s a grocery store, sports bar, restaurants, and a fitness gym right across the street. Aside from the typical police sirens at night (standard for all of ABQ) it´s pretty quiet. The management has changed 4 times since I´ve been here but service has been good overall. The pool is clean, fitness center is small, and the basketball courts aren´t the greatest. Still, for value, location, cleanliness, and distance to activities, this is one of the best in town.
