I have moved in about a month ago and I have no issues so far! The apartment is on a relatively quiet street and right next to a park. There are grocery stores near by and the office staff have been very helpful with the move and all of my questions.

The management team is terrible. The only person that is helpful is Alexis. Most of the time they will not answer phone calls or respond to emails. Darcy rather avoid confrontation than actually help out with an issue.

Very nice staff. Beautiful location. Happy to live here. The apartment home is nice with minor flaws. Alexis and Brandy are wonderful and very friendly. I just wish I wouldnt have to wait outside to talk to them in the cold.

This is a great place to live and as a single woman, I feel very safe here. I never have trouble with neighbors, parking, maintenance or anything else. The apartments are clean and have optimal storage for each unit. Although, I never used the wood-burning fire place, the apartment comes with one. There is a beautiful park near the complex with friendly people. The apartment is updated and very clean.

My apartment at Spring Park is clean, quiet, and beautiful. I haven't had any major issues since moving in. Service requests have been completed quickly. The move-in process was a bit difficult, but since moving in, I have really enjoyed my home.

Spring Park is a great location and complex for the $900-$1200 range. It has amenities (e.g., washer/dryer in unit) that many complexes in the same price range do not. My unit is clean, neighbors are quiet and respectful, and management has been helpful.

Its been so wonderful and I do absolutely love it here and the staff is amazing. Yet I feel the office should send out notices about the noise after hours and loud music. The walls are somewhat thin and noise travels. Also neighbors slamming their front doors shut. Hopefully the office will enforce a rule about this. The noise gets out of hand at time.

I feel very safe living in this community and have seen no violence since I live here. The management is very helpful too when I need assistance with maintenance needs. I also love the park right next to Spring Park Apartment. Plus the weight room accessibility is just as great.

Great location, little on site amenities, no hot tub. Once your in your in and the complex knows it. With COVID, the staff is practically non existent and if you have any issue you are welcomed to a pre-recording of Hello, thank you for calling Spring Park. Get used to that phrase, youre going to hear it a lot. No hot tub, no Amazon lockers, package service which allows delivery drivers to drop off at the office is only a recent addition and with the office often being closed, extremely inconsistent. I have had to go to the USPS post office and wait in line to pick up my package more often then receiving it through my complex. For months, due to COVID, this premium apartment complex looked more like a trailer park. To be clear, we were under a pandemic so this was expected but the complex offered no reduction in rent for a lack of access to all amenities and ground maintenance. The only reason Im here is due to the close proximity to one of the best parks in the city and its location right next to a super market and Tramway. If your looking for location only, this is it but dont expect to be treated like a priority.

There was many things that were broken when we moved in that they never fixed, but when we moved out they charged us for them out of our deposit. On top of that the move out costs for breaking the lease are kinda ridiculous. Granted we didn't read the contract clearly , but I highly recommend it, although trying to give notice like that so far in advance is impossible for most situations.

Love living here, the park is great, the neighborhood is great. Apartment is really nice, spacious and comfortable. People are quiet. Close to lots of good stores, hiking, bike trails... Fast to get on the freeway.

Its pretty and in a great area, they just really need to work on their communication. We spent about two weeks of calling and emailing, trying to get a virtual tour, or even photos of the apartment. In the end, we didn't get either. We just had to move forward with the lease and hope. The floor plan is nice and the appliances work like a dream, but the cabinets are dated and the hinges are extremely rusty.

Other then that, love the place but just upset about poor maintenance check before move in n actually have it everything well working before next movers

Overall, all staff are friendly and helpful. Rarely answer phones in office, grounds are kept well, pet friendly, directly in front of large park. Living room space in 2 story townhouse is rather small, but overall, really great location, pretty fair price, and safe community.

Spring Park has very few peers in Albuquerque. It offers reasonably priced attractive units, a great location, and top notch administration. I have been here nearly four years and I have never had to wait more than two days for a maintenance request to be fulfilled. Spring Park has what has to be the best location for an apartment complex in the Northeast Heights. It directly borders one of the largest, if not the largest, public park in town. Directly across the street is Mountain Run Shopping Center with a Smith's grocery store, a Walgreen's, a book store, and an emergency health care provider.

Great location, not far from the nicest areas of NE Albuquerque, across the street from a pharmacy, supermarket and restaurants, and within walking distance to some of Albuquerque's best elementary and middle schools. The #2 bus runs right in front of the complex with frequent buses to Kirtland AFB. The park behind the complex is large, beautiful, always filled with people either exercising, playing, or having picnics. The apartments are nice, well configured, and quiet enough. The views of the mountains are wonderful. The staff is friendly and the prices are appropriate.

My job requires me to relocate frequently and I can honestly say that Springpark Apartments has been my favorite place yet. I know my immediate neighbors by name and they know me. Every maintenance request I've submitted has been taken care of within 24hrs. Any time I've had a question about my lease, the ladies in the front office have gone out of their way to explain things to me. For anyone looking to live in a community with a true sense of belonging, I highly recommend Springpark Apartment Homes!

I just moved here from Oregon and I am so happy to be here. I love Elizabeth, she was so patient and wonderful with me. I had to do everything on-line with no wifi and an 8 year old laptop (yikes) We did everything over the phone and on-line so she was very thorough and very patient with the leasing process. I was looking at other places but because Elizabeth was so great i continued on. Stephanie was also extremely helpful and patient with me with the on-line process too so I'm here now and i love it and i love living here. I love everything about my apartment and the office staff.

I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. I lived in these apartments for roughly 10 months and had thee worst experience here. The people in the front office staff are very rude and disrespectful. When I first got the apartment everything seemed ok there were a few stains in the carpet and the dish washer was dirty and had lots of water sitting it. The tub was dirty and I found small but some trash in the cabinets. Thanks to whoever left the unused TAMPONS, then my electricity was extremely to high and I lived in a studio I am active duty military so I was never home. I was paying at least 350 for that I called and asked PNM they told me to talk to my apartments, I talked to the apartments and they told me to take it up with PNM i basically got the run around for months. Then my washer went out at least 5 times I would use it and it would not fill up with water it would leak out of the back and all over my kitchen to the living room and other parts of the house. I asked multiple times for a new washer they did not want to give me one because they kept saying that the washer I had was brand new clearly not. The water is horrible and the ice tasted like dirt you literally could not put the ice in anything it would ruin your drink. The water also left some white residue after washing my dishes. There is dog poop everywhere from other residents not picking it up. When I moved out of my apartment I never received a bill summary I had to call and ask if everything was okay with the apartment and would I be getting my money back that I put down and I found out that the next day my bill that was over a thousand dollars would be going to collections that I never received. I asked what was wrong with the apartment and I would like to see pictures that they took. I never received the pictures the lady at the front office Sarah told me she could not assist me at the time because she had something going on and she would have someone call me later that day, no one ever called. I never had a dog but for some reason I am being charged for the carpet which I found insane with the washing machine constantly broken and there were already visible stains on the carpet. My car got stolen. There was lots of break ins and cars getting taken Oh someone got killed across the street right where you turn in to the apartments. To avoid any problems I would avoid these apartments at all cost just so you have no problems in the future.

As much as I would like to recommend Spring Park to other people I really can't. There have been many thefts at the apartments and the management consistently does not respond or notify tenants when it happens. My car was broken into while I was a way and the management "forgot" to call me and let me know so I came home to my car being broken into for several days. When I went to find out what happened, I was told that there were several thefts on the property the week before. No one was being notified. My neighbors left earlier this year because both their car and apartment were broken into. The management staff is very young and doesn't quite understand the concept of customer service. They are incredibly concerned about money, but many of them haven't learned any people skills and act very entitled when you come to them with any kind of concerns. They really need to get someone over thirty into management there. On the positive side, the maintenance guys are great and the proximity to the park is fantastic. Like I said, I wish I could recommend the place but too many people I know have left these apartments because the management has not responded properly and thoughtfully to difficulties that it's residents are having.

I have been here for six years. I love it. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great and has been minor. It is quiet and the grounds are beautifully maintained. There is extra security at night which is a big plus. I especially liked the fact that a washer and dryer are furnished in the apartment. Academy Park is right next to the apartments. The wide open space with beautiful trees in the complex and the park are great. Pets are allowed but never a problem. It is across the street from a grocery store, restaurants, gas station and just about anything you need. A library and several churches are near by as well as a grade school. It is perfect for all ages. I recommend it without reservation.

I recently moved from Spring Park Apartments but wanted to let folks know that while I was there, the office staff was always very courteous, friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff was ALWAYS very prompt and so clean you didn't even know they had been in to do the requested work except for the copy of the work order they left and of course the work had been done. My experience was wonderful! Thanks so much!
