I adore living at Spring Park. I constantly refer people to live there. Staff is great! Neighbors are... well... they're neighbors. I love my fireplace, and my apartment is absolutely wonderful. It's peaceful and a great place to live.

Nice location, average maintained, like the amazon lockers, slow maintenance so far its been about 2 weeks, dog friendly but some owners don't pick up their dogs mess. Haven't heard my neighbors, just hear their water usage. I had to do some cleaning when I first moved in, it wasn't cleaned. I bought my own pest spray and glad I did several black widows, roaches dead outside the next day. Feel safe, overall would recommend this place.

The community is great. The management staff is dismissive and apathetic. When they actually show up, the maintenance team is fine…but they rarely keep appointments. I have wanted to live here for a long time, and now I think I will be moving when my lease is up. Communication and trust are the most important thing for me, which does not seem to be the case here

We have been here many years because we really like it. We very much appreciate the convenient location of Spring Park and the quiet atmosphere of the apartment complex which allows us to make this apartment our comfortable home.

Im very pleased with my comfortable spacious apt. I'm happy with the neighborhood views and love the tree filled property. It is a very quiet convienient location. Im glad I moved here. Andy and Ashley in the office have been helpful and kind. Maintenance has been polite and thoughtful.

The apartment was not clean and there were general maintenance items that should have been addressed before move in. It was apparent that an inspection either had not been conducted or the staff was not concerned with the condition of the unit.

My overall experience would be excellent minus poor maintenance experience and the poor conditions (extremely dirty) unit when I moved in. There was extensive pet hair and dirt in the carpet, it required professional cleaning after I shampooed it at least 6 times, the shower was filthy and covered and dirt and pet hair. The floors were so dirty that I dumped out 3 buckets of black mop water. I was told the unit was cleaned prior but it didn’t seem like it. It 7 weeks for a pre-existing leak to be fixed and legally it should have been addressed within 7 days of the request. P

I just moved here in April of this year. So far I am very pleased with the quality of work of all the staff that I have met. The area is lovely. I am gradually adjusting to living in the city, having lived for the last 39 years in a rural area. It is very convenient now living close to shopping centers.

I enjoy my neighbors and all of their fabulous fur babies. The green space is wonderful and the proximity to the park can’t be beat. I find the staff to both friendly and efficient. The schools in this area are excellent.

I like almost everything with these apartments. Location is the best, schools, grocery stores, etc. Managers trying to solve your problems as quick as possible. One of my recommendations is to check that everything work inside the apartment before the tenant move in. So in future there will not be some kind of misunderstanding between stuff and tenant

Horrible! Avoid at all cost! They break new mexico state law!
I went 18 days without AC. I was lied too repeatedly. They broke new mexico state law and their own lease agreement when I tried put in my notice leave the property. I was lied too every time I talked to them. They claimed the vendor was on site. The claimed my unit was getting a new AC every day that I talked to them. They refused to accept their own rental agreement that allows you break the lease if they do not maintain, heating, AC, fixtures within 7 days of being notified. They taunted me repeatedly when I showed them pictures of my unit being 95 degrees every evening at 6pm! Now I have 5k in charges because I sent them the document from the new mexico state court house that says you can leave after 7 days of the land lord not fixing their AC and lights! I still have several lights that will not turn on in my unit after over twenties. NO NO Lights, taunting me, breaking new mexico state law, lieing and misleading you constantly, breaking their own agreement and still charging me! Stay away from them at all cost. I had to get an attorney!

Horrible experience We have not had AC for 4 days now in this July heat. This is a repeated problem. Work orders get signed as completed while they have not even looked at the problem. The staff in the office is usually impatient and unprofessional.

Spring Park is a beautiful and cozy apartment complex right across the street from great little shopping center (including grocery store!) Top-tier gym that I believe is open 24/7, and literally right next to a wonderful park with a nice loop to run around. I moved into a cute little one bedroom perfect for just me, and the price is very reasonable. It has vaulted ceilings and a sky light. Work orders take time just like most places, but I feel that the people working in the leasing office are friendly and professional.

It is much different than any other place I have rented. It is definitely new. I wish there was more training and communication. Every issues I have had I had to do a lot of research to figure it out. The apartment unit in itself looks good. If I was to buy this unit, I would definitely do some upgrades since some of the stuff does not quite fit or serve the apartment well.

WARNING!!! AVOID at all Costs!!!
WARNING!!! Negligence, dishonesty, rude, and boorish behavior are common practice by staff. If you enjoy neglect... This is the place for you!!! Management doesn't complete anything due to short staff and incompetency. Their negligence will cost you the renter thousands of dollars in electric bills due to unmaintained appliances. All of which are at least 25 years old. Every morning there's 2-3 employees in the office. Doing very little, but still unable to answer a phone. Negligence strikes again!!! I've even experienced severe neglect on work orders marked as complete and no work has been done. Dishonest and negligent seems to be how the office staff runs the property. The "maintenance" crew seems quite inept. The head of maintenance seems to be the silent quitter type. He is quite smart but very lazy (causing his coworkers to quit rapidly), which means no work orders get completed. Trash never gets collected enough, so it's all over the lot. Property is deteriorating rapidly, and with poor construction practices, such as particle board in high moisture areas, tiles glued to plywood in shower basin, cheapest flooring and cheap counter resurfacing, you can expect Greystar to charge you (thousands of dollars) for their poor construction practices upon moving out. Ashley our manager here on site doesn't bother to train the employees she hires. Not one employee knows how to resolve any issues. Guess who suffers? The renter!!! Ashley has taught all her employees to ignore the phone until about noon when people are busy. Seems intentional so they do less work. If you are lucky enough to reach an employee you will be disappointed further. We're short staffed is all I hear for 4 years, so nothing gets completed. I've waited three months to see a plumbing leak dripping into a electrical conduit be repaired. They "fixed" it and it still leaks. Severe negligence is common practice by management here at Spring Park!! You will have to threaten legal action to get any work order completed. Greystar is by far the worse rental management company I've ever experienced. My A/C leaks R-22 for the duration of my stay(which is against the law). Also, the leaking coolant has cost me thousands of dollars in electric bills throughout my 6 year stay. Don't fall for their fake pictures (on their website) showing granite counter tops and stainless steel new appliances. That's a fake apartment that doesn't get rented. You really get half functional older than dirt appliances that have been neglected to the point where maintenance staff can't fulfill all the work orders. Furthermore, the countertops are just painted (no granite), so they flake and chip away with a gentile touch. Spring Park has gone downhill ever since Greystar took over management. There's 300+ apartments and extremely under staffed. If you need maintenance on anything even emergencies (such as pluming leaks) you will be neglected, but neglected after struggling to get an office employee to answer the phone. I believe any good reviews this property has have been written by Spring Park or Greystar staff and should be disregarded. SIDE NOTE TO OWNER: Greystar isn't hiring adequate staff for your property to be maintained. This means your property is decreasing in property value due to neglect. To Ashley: Tenants should not have to call multiple time to check on work orders already submitted. Try doing your job!

Will never recommend spring park. Service is extremely slow and some staffs are very rude when concerns are raised. Even for emergency service have to wait for a long time. Recently had an air conditioner issue and had to wait for more than two weeks to get it fixed that too after continuous follow up everyday.

Overall I have had a good experience with the apartment complex. I think in the past 6 months the maintenance has really gone down. The response time is very slow. I have also had a few issues with neighbors that has been frustrating but the office staff has been willing to address the issue.

So far not good. No one showed up to pass my apartment key on my move-in date and I was force to spend a lot of money and time to delay my relocation for 2 days. More than two weeks since I submitted a work request for a critical problem (disposal leaking) and it hasn't fixed yet.

I’ve been in my apartment for just under a year. I am fairly close to the main road but surprisingly I haven’t had problems with noise. It’s a pretty quiet complex and I’ve never had any issues with other tenants. What I love about the apartment is that there’s a full size washer and dryer, it’s next to a great park and across the street from a strip mall with groceries, pharmacy, book store, urgent care and more. People aren’t so great at cleaning up after their dogs which is annoying but I’ve never lived in an apartment that doesn’t have this issue. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here.

The apartment is nice and clean for the money. The community is quiet with amazing amenities. That being said the maintenance team is either way backed up or just doesn’t care about completing tickets. I’ve had 2 pipes fall apart and spray water all over the place. I’ve had to shut off hot water for my washer because the valve leaks if it’s on. And I can’t use my garbage disposal or that side of the sink as the disposal has a serious crack in it and causes water to flood the cabinet. The ceiling fan is so annoyingly loud and wobbly. As well as the ice maker just not being hooked up at the time of move in. This apartment has serious potential and the complex is great. But the issues should’ve been fixed from the start. This shouldn’t be an ongoing problem. Especially for as of writing, 2 weeks of waiting. Once these issues are fixed I will be way happier with living here.

Miserable Care, Costs
This place fing sucks. Like sucks so bad that some days I have breakdowns on things I'm jimmy rigging to work. I'm paying 1'200 a month for this place. I haven't had a working oven since I moved in (Feb 2022). Things they said they'll fix before I moved in never were. The toilet randomly clogs with nothing in it, and behind the toilet is exposed plywood. In a high humid place. I have blatant black mold growing on my windows. My air conditioner leaks a mystery fluid, which they blamed on "running the air conditioner while showering". I don't run my air conditioner because my apartment stays cool at night. The walls are infested with black ants. Every morning, hour lunch break, and after work I have to inspect my cats food because the ants emerge from the walls and infest their food if I'm not shifting the location of their food bowls every few hours. My bottom floor entrance handle is moveable, as a single female it's uncomfortable. People leave dog ---- everywhere. On the sidewalks, grass, and your car if they could. The dumpsters are often overfilling. They censor people on the community chat, and when the auto blocker fail they say those comments are from several years ago (sure. The one I wrote yesterday is in it. But sure) I finally got a newer car after 10 years and someone tried to break into it. Someone also backed up onto the side door, peeling off paint, then fled the scene in their parking lot. I haven't even own this vehicle for a month? With my living space being such garbage. Couldn't you guys just give me a month with something nice? Please?? The pool for this place failed several inspections before finally opening this year. It is not heated, instead freezing cold and filled to the brim with death bugs and debris. While I write this I've watched the air conditioner drip 15 times now.

Quiet except for loud exhaust pipe vehicles! Even the dogs are quiet :) (They have a nice park nearby!) Staff is professional and neighbors are friendly. It was sad the pool didn’t open until late, and the water looks a little dingy. Having a gym is amazing. There is often trash around the grounds, and leaves and branches/spider webs on the exterior stairs. Water has been a bit expensive lately. Maybe Overall I’m happy I live here.

The online payment portal charged me 5x the intended amount in June, which left my bank account significantly overdrawn. After 3 days of no response from the leasing office I had no choice but to call my bank and reverse the unauthorized transaction. Now I am being charged a $65 fee for doing so. Seriously, steal from someone else. It's a shame, because other that that it's a nice place.

Since I moved in here, they had spiders(black widows) counted over 20 spiders we killed. We had water leak after water leak, came home to our home flooded in water over 2 inches. Office won’t even answer calls for my insurance to cover the charges and had use relocated to another apartment to have another flood under the kitchen. Again now we are covered in spiders and ants mostly. They charge for pest control yet we haven’t seen pest control since our last apartment and that was the first week of move in. The office staff don’t seem to follow simple directions when I feel as if I am not allowed to have company. I work a lot and have a child yet my babysitter has to be on my lease in order to watch my child, which is ridiculous! I am not pleased with this community and they also made it a point to make an emergency phone call when i was moving my stuff, they also gave me an apartment with a screwed up lock that is a struggle to even enter my place. My apartment don’t even look completed due to the water leaks, ants and holes for these critters to enter. I went out of my way to purchase more and more products and also they still owe me the hotel rooms I had to pay for those times they didn’t have an apartment for my daughter and I even move into!!! I’m still waiting for my child’s tuition money to be reimbursed on the apartments behalf, due to losing all my furniture!!
