I moved to Henderson from California in June 2025. In fact, I never saw the apartment community in person. It was literally a blind rent. I saw the apartment community online, loved the layout and the area and applied. We made the 3 hour drive with our whole life, kids, everything, not knowing what to expect. Before I arrived, Ashton and Giselle had impeccable communication skills and were always so professional and friendly. When we finally made it, I was impressed! I love our unit. It's beautiful, spacious. Aside from our unit/ property-grounds, maintenance is AMAZING. From my past experience with apartments, it usually took them 2 or 3 days. At Remington, the maintenance staff come very quick. Sometimes 1 or 2 hours after the request or put in. Diego is the main one who completes our requests and he's so nice, professional and gets the job done immediately. Everyone here is great.

Very professional staff. Very courteous & responsive office staff. Very knowledgeable Maintenance staff. Good facilities, pool, gym. Clean surroundings. Assigned parking spots for residents and slots for guests as well. Very responsive to urgent issues like the Smoke detector losing power & beeping in the middle of the night

The staff are compassionate and treat residents as important individuals and with kindness. This is a nice place to live, comfortable, well kept, relatively quiet and conveniently located with easy access to major roads so venues are no more than 20 minutes away. This apartment is is clean located in a nice area close to the highways to get to work or to the other side of town and shopping centers and stores are all around everything's convenient this is a great area I've been here for four years and very well taken care of the grounds and the people That live here seem to be very nice

When I first moved in, I wasn't happy with Karl's management and really regretted my decision to relocate here. However, since then, Ashton and the rest of the new team have been incredibly helpful, addressing my concerns and proving to be supportive. Their commitment to improving the community has turned my experience around, and I truly appreciate the positive change they bring. It's made a significant difference in how I feel about living here now.

I enjoy living here. I have had no problems with any of the staff. There was only one incident that i was not happy about. It was the night Feb 11 2025 that my car was stolen. But they are improvivng the situtation with cameras etc., I am looking forward to have Secrity Officers would be a plus for your safety.

I love living at Remington Canyon. The office staff is so nice and the maintenance team is so efficient whenever I need anything. I love that they are really pet friendly and have a doggy area. Also the apartments are upgraded and really cozy.

The office staff and maintenance staff are amazing. They are kind and hard working. I appreciate them trying to keep us in the loop while so many changes to the property have occurred. The pool has been upgraded, sinkholes have been filled, and the landscaping have been changed since I've lived here. Unfortunately, losing all the grassy areas in our complex (except for directly in front of the leasing office) has been devastating to our community. It's harder for the kids to play outside and it has caused the trees to die making our homes hotter during the day. I wish the kids in the community had a safe place to ride bikes and play together like they used to.

I'm so glad I renewed my lease and continue to stay at this awesome property. The entire staff delivers excellent customer service and it's a convenient, comfortable place to live. The recent improvements around the community (parking lot repaving, pool refinishing, handrail installment, etc) have been well-managed in terms of communication and logistics, and it also shows that they invest in the upkeep of our area. It's appreciated and noticed!

Everyone here is extremely friendly and close to so many shops and restaurants. The property has recently upgraded the pool, mailroom, pavement, etc. Nice to see constant improvements! We love it so far!

Remington is the best!! The staff is awesome and always ready to help. Every time I go into the office I am always greeted with a warm smile. The complex and amenities are very clean. The truly care about the residents.
