Absolutely love living here. Nobody bothers. Everyone is friendly. I would recommend this apartment complex to my family and friends. You will not be disappointed at all. I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.

When I first arrived at Remington Canyon, I was warmly welcomed by Marie. She was very kind and eager to help me find the right apartment for me, but not pushy in any sense. At the time, I was going through the sale of my house, so I was a little overwhelmed with the thought of moving back into an apartment. Marie told me everything I needed to know and made me feel like she truly wanted me to be part of the community, and not just for my rent. I was excited by the idea of the apartment being newly renovated. Again, having just sold my house that was brand new and barely 3.5 years old, it was important to me to feel like I was still moving into a home of sorts, and not someone else's sloppy seconds abode. The upgrades are really nice, though being a chef, I do find the fridge to be a bit small - something I didn't notice the first time. It's also a little inconvenient not having ceiling lighting (except for in the dining area, there is a very nice fan/light combo), or at least the option to install them myself. My apartment doesn't get a ton of natural light, which is a double-edged sword - it's great because it keeps the place cooler and in theory, should mean a lower electric bill (especially in the summer!), but kind of sad, having come from a very bright, naturally lit home. Not a deal breaker, just something to get used to. I LOVE how quiet it is. I wake to the sound of chirping birds and that makes me pretty happy. :) At my old house, I woke to a PITA dog, that would bark its annoying bark ALL day, EVERYday. SO glad to not have that problem anymore, despite the large number of dogs I've seen here in my first week. I was a little nervous about moving into a first floor unit, due to my sensitivity to noise and my weird work hours, but my upstairs neighbors, so far, have been just fine, and I haven't felt annoyed by any of their movements. It's been just like being on the first floor of a 2-story home. No biggie (thank goodness!!!). When looking for apartments, some people said that the gates here aren't ever closed. That's not true. They are open during business hours and closed once the office is closed. Not a big deal for me. I love how convenient everything is from here. I only moved 11 minutes from where my house was, so I'm still shopping where I was, but now with even more options, being that the 215 is as easily accessible as the 95. Overall, I love it here so far.

Marie, who works in the leasing office, is great. Her friendliness is one of the reasons why I chose to move into this community. Compared to other apartments in the area, Remington Canyon is such a great value. I love everything about my apartment. There were some issues with it when I first moved in, but those are getting resolved promptly. I just wish they had checked everything out (appliances, etc.,) prior to me moving in.

I have recieved exceptional customer service from this property.The ladies in the office are friendly, courteous and they respond to me very quickly.The maintenance is prompt and efficient. I enjoy living here. Alot of kids pkay outside my window tgatvwould be my biggest complaint.

Great, quiet community that is conveniently located to our places of employment, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Marie, in the front office is wonderful. Kind and accommodating. In the 2 years that we've lived here, in a 1 bedroom, non-renovated apartment, we have had only the tiniest of issues. Microwave went out and it took a week for another one, but while we were waiting, we were given one to use. Then the oven went out, but we just needed a part replaced. The problem was resolved in a day or so and the maintenance man was great! We've only ever needed maintenance maybe 4 or 5 more times after that and these instances were only to replace a filter, fix our towel rod, replace batteries in our thermostat. Tiny things. Otherwise, our stay has been so good that we decided to renew our lease and also move to a renovated apartment. Sure, sometimes the gates act up, and sometimes the hot tub water is dirty, and sometimes the neighbors kids are too loud, but that's life. These situations are always resolved quickly. We recommend

Moving in was pretty bumpy but the apartment itself is nice and at least one of the leasing consultants is friendly and helpful. The gates are always open during the day but closed at night so there's some security. All the appliances are brand new, the flooring is nice, and the carpet is very soft. I've had minor maintenance issues minus a small gas leak. Really convenient location and super close to both freeways with lots of shops and stores close by. Not a perfect 10 but I would still recommend.

The only complaint I have is the call walk in closet. the lower rod is so low than my clothes are dragging on the floor and the top rod is so high that I can't reach it without a step ladder, which I can't use because I get dizzy and lose my balance a lot, so I don't do ladders. Not enough kitchen cabinets, No place to put your towels or linen. Be parted to sending extra money buying storage units. Near shopping, parks, bus transportation, etc.

I have been pleased with my experience. It is a quiet place to live and the staff is very personable and helpful. The neighbors I have met are usually friendly and considerate. If there is an issue with tenants, the staff remedies the issue.

This is a great place to live. We love it here. Neighbors are friendly, staff is accomodating & amazing, & complex is in a great location near colleges, schools, restaurants, malls, gas stations, bus stops, etc. We first moved into a 1-bedroom, in 2015, & just recently moved into a newly renovated 2-bedroom. Love it here & will live here as long as we want an apartment.

Excellent office staff and maintenance staff. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping areas. The highway is very easy to access. Real nice people I have encountered that live here. The pool and spa are always clean, along with the gym area.

The staff is extremely friendly and will answer all questions that you have. Maintience responds quickly to any and all issues. The up keep of the grounds are fantastic. I have recommended this location to many friends. We are located in the center of everything which is fantastic. You should really check Remington Canyon Apartments out.

We moved in two weeks ago and our experience has been great. We previously lived in Rancho Serene Apartments and the difference between the customer service between this property and our former apartment is like night and day. Gabriel and Chris in maintenance are friendly, courteous and professional and make sure they get the job done right. The office staff is also very accommodating. So far, I'd highly recommend Remington Canyon Apartments!

So far it's been friendly and clean. The gym is decent and pool looks nice. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Common areas seem upkept and clean, though many kids running around, it isn't too much.

I had a problem with my neighbors week smoke coming through my vents. The past 5 months I have been in the office trying to get the problem fixed but management has done little to nothing to assist with the problem. The manager, Sarah, seemed as if she was trying to just get me out of the office rather than fix the problem.

The office staff is very polite and accommodating. However so far i have not had much luck with the maintenance staff. I'm extremely busy single mother and student, and i work full time. so i usually give permission to enter, however after my last maintenance call i will not be doing that again. to keep the story short, maintenance entered while i was not home, made a huge mess, and left. other than that i have not had a problem living there. Its quite and clean.
