Remington Canyon is one of the best complex in Green Valley. I would recommend checking it out. You can feel at home here and the people are friendly. Staff is great and pricing is fair. A great location to boot.

I recently moved into Remington Canyon on the 21st, everyone here has been so welcoming. The staff is also very kind and super helpful, are quick to answer any questions. Aso, the location is very close to the freeway which is great.

Good sized apartment, great office staff, amazing matinence team. The ac units seem outdated. There's no gate entry clicker which is a little inconvenient, the pool is a little small but overall it's a nice place to live.

Friendly and courteous community. Maintenance goes above and beyond in making sure that our living here is 110% satisfactory. Amenities are convenient and if there's maintenance on the equipment or pool, front office notifies us. Lastly, we enjoy the events that the apartment sets up. At times, kids leave garbage around. One time there was open beer bottle and cigarettes left by adults. So me people really smoke a lot of pot in their patio. Even though pot smoking is legal, to walk out of my apartment and getting a big wiff of pot when leaving is not good.??

So far so good! Karl Hummel (staff member) has been super helpful, we had one minor repair needed and it was brought up in passing by us (and promptly fixed the same day) the location is convenient though the initial feel is not super community based (not the end of the world) I enjoy the property and amenities, I feel rent is a little expensive but maybe that's just the world we live in. Overall my initial experience has been quite positive!

I think I moved in 2018 I would have to look. It's very nice and clean. Front Desk people are great, always helpful. I just wish the rent would not go up so high. If it keeps going $150.00 a month more I can't live here.

I feel very safe here. Staff and maintenance are very nice and when I request repairs or issues, it is handled right away. I do have issues with the toilets being very old and very low to the floor. The master bathtub was discolored and chipped. The shelves in kitchen need replacing. Brackets that hold poles in all closets barely hold and the pole in closet in hallway collapsed. Apartments really really need some upgrades. For $1771.00 per month it would be nice not to hurt my knees when I go. Thank you

So far so good. Every maintenance request has been taken care of quickly. Evertime we have called for some kind of repair it has been taken care of quickly and efficiently. The office staff has always been very attentive to taking care of any issues.

I really enjoyed finding a place when I was looking to move Dec 2022 and I found This place very nice staff and also the apartment looked better in person from the model they showed me. I love the place. However it was minor issues with the pipes in the apartment unit the sink smelled like mildew and they needed new pipe I kept telling maintenance and also the office and they came to fix it but it was not resolved . Other than I have no complaints about the apartment.

Community and staff work in excellence with each other. The management is open 6 day's a week and are in close communication with maintenance staff. Since I have moved in they are responsive and capable of handling and overseeing all my inquiries. I am pleased and feel confident that if anything should arrise, the team will act accordingly and in a timely fashion.

Staff are great very responsive if there is a issue Neighbors are a bit noisy. Upstairs neighbor vacuums at 2am always stopping around people in building 28 has a dog that cry's all the time and poops all over the place

I love my apartment. The parking in the back of the complex has NO access to apartments via concrete or stairs. ALL rock. All neighbors have fallen, including me! ONLY by the Grace of GOD I am alive and walking. This is VERY dangerous and needs to be corrected SOON!!

Friendly staff and accommodating on renter's needs. Always following up via phone during transition or move. Explained the process and took time to tour the property and unit. The only negative comment is the parking otherwise everything is a 5 stars. Parking is a bit scarce or crowded and narrow. No available parking for visitors if needed.

Im in love,all the staff is very friendly and make you feel home. Katrina is just amazing providing everything you need making sure she gets you a place to call home. Units are clean,lots of parking spaces,quiet community. Gym smells great haha,this isn't common at other places.
