This community has to be by far the worst apartment in Gibson springs. This is not luxury. The pool is always dirty, with the floor covered in bird poop. The grass/grounds have dog poop everywhere. The gym sucks. Maintenance sucks. The front office sucks, except Marie. The apartments have mold. They supposedly renovated the whole apartment, but it looks like they just glued and nailed over the old stuff. Cheap appliances, weak water pressure, everything is horrible!

I never write reviews, but this apartment complex is extremely dishonest!! The absolute worst apartment I have ever lived in!! Do NOT move here. Michelle and Sarah are unethical, vile human beings. My family and I had to break our lease due to the living conditions of the apartment. Everything is cheap, everything breaks, and it takes weeks for the lazy maintenance team to fix things. The water coming from the faucets had a horrible smell, the toilets were always overflowing, the sliding doors for the washer and dryer would always break off the henges. The fire place never worked, the ac ventilation system was covered in mold and the air conditioning was faulty. The water heater room on the balcony was also covered in mold!! I could go on and on of why we decided to break our lease. (Mind you, we have been respectful tenants. Rent never late, never caused a problem) Upon moving out, we received a huge bill in the mail stating we owe them close to 2,000 dollars. Are you freaking kidding me? In all my years of renting I have never received anything like this. When I called to ask about the charges, they gave me the run around, stating they would be in touch with me and blah, blah, blah. They never called, so I called again, spoke with Michelle and told her I disagree with some of the charges.....They are charging us for carpet replacement throughout the entire apartment. This is absolutely wrong! There was a small area in the living room messed up, due to small children, but the entire apartment needing carpet replacement is LIES! The carpet had normal wear and tear. We were there for almost two years. After telling Michelle my concerns, she hung up right in my face!!!! These women are snakes, and will try to scheme you for everything they can. I am so dissatisfied with the management, and very disappointed they are doing this to me. I will be taking them to court!!!!

It has been really amazing to be this close to school. A lot of my classmates live in the same complex so it makes it easier to study in groups. They make us feel really safe and I leave my wife and daughter here every day as I go to school and I never have to worry about their safety

I just moved here two weeks ago, so I can't comment on the responsiveness of the office. But so far I'm very pleased--my apartment is clean, quiet, seems pretty safe, is in a great area and at least somewhat affordable. Quite a bit of road noise at night.

I love my unit!!!!! the area is peaceful with great amenities!!! the office staff is truely amazing!! my only concern is my nasty neighbors that dont clean up their dog poop!!! this place has a great location and worth the cost

I have lived at Ventana Canyon since 2015 and have had excellent experience with the manager, staff and in maintenance technicians. There is plenty of parking and relocated to markets and restaurants and an excellent elementary school!

I really like the community but i am bummed that the bbq areas were removed rw ently. Hopefully they get replaced with propane ones. One can hope right?! I like the quiet community but i think community events should be promoted better, post signage, flyers, something more than just an email would be nice!

After just 2 weeks, I've noticed an extreme amount of road noise. My unit is near a corner of 2 main highways. Also, being on the 1st floor your always subject to music and heavy walkers above. If I stay the whole 6 months, I would need to move to back of the complex for peace and quiet.

This apartment complex is great! It's very convenient, nice and quiet. Everyone in the office is very friendly and maintenance calls are always on point. Just sucks because the rent goes up $100 every year.

Staff was very friendly and the updates to the apartments are very nice. The community seems quiet and the construction of the apartments do a good job of blocking sound from the other apartments. I would recommend living here.

The office staff is fantastic. From the minute I called the calling center to the minute I moved in was a great experience. The rent was a little out of my range but the customer service rep was so helpful and professional compared to other apartments I had called I decided to come in for a visit anyway. At that point Marie (at Remington) had me sold and I decided to rent here. Michelle is also very professional and the maintenance workers are very helpful.

The staff is super nice and acknowledge you when you walk in. Marie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the community. Major highways are within a 5 minute drive. There are more than enough places to shop, eat or drink in the area. The complex is quite and comfortable

A nice quiet community with several shopping options nearby. The staff is friendly, the maintenance workers professional. The only issue is the recent influx of VERY LOUD CARS in the community. It's like a street racers convention sometimes.

I love it it's really a great place to stay clean and quite just how I like it, all my appliances were brand new my carpet was brand new even my flooring in my kitchen and bathroom was brand new and the rent is reasonable I'm happy I choose this place for my home thank you Remington Canyon oh and I forgot the staff is great

Staff is professional, courteous and prompt in attending to requests. Their maintenance people are great and the contractor they recently called to fix a floor covering problem was excellent. I am amazed that I don't hear neighbors through the walls or ceiling. The only thing that would make it better would be to make it a 55 and older community, as children get noisy outside and some have been destructive. However, the office always promptly takes care of issues with destructive behavior. Great service from them and overall a great place to live.

Not worth the price. Had issues fixed on move in day, and once more after that and they were on time. And then slowly after that it took 3 months to come fix a washing machine. Price is not worth the ---- apartment they put together. It's built cheap and put together half assed. For the price of this place you might as well get a house with a roommate or two.

We haven't been here for very long, but so far it has been awesome! The check-in process was great and the staff was so on top of things! They made sure our move in went smoothly. I just had to put in a maintenance request and there was someone at my door to fix the problem within 30 minutes even though I had contacted them just before close on a holiday! We have been very pleased with Remington Canyon Apts.
